Very rasist staff !! Racially profiled my group of people they closed at 2am we could not get the lane we wanted because they had to "clean up " 2 hours before closing .... They tried to stick all the black people in the front two lanes and did not want us to bowl there based off his expression and tone ..the credit card machine was "down" and he didn't even want to direct is to the ATM !! Poor place ..the guy was red head and thin eyes !

Employees are extremely rude and disrespectful! Did not even stay to bowl I was so offended by the staff! I will never set foot in this place again! Go to Centennial lanes in Tinley Park, better place and a far better staff.

They have decent food for the price. The lanes themselves are nice, however, the ball return, on most lanes, is likely to malfunction for a moment and hold up your game for a few minutes. Most of the time customer service is slow; it takes them a while to approach the counter. The beer is generally cold, I don't believe I've ever had a warm beer served to me. I'd recommend this place. I'd give it 1 more star if the bathrooms were modernized/upkept just a little more.

The food was awesome, the crew was awesome, they did a great job for our family reunions event. I'm very ,very pleased with this bowling alley, if I live here I know where I will be going to bowl. The atmosphere was nice peaceful and I thank the crew and management for running such a well-established business

i went 11.00am on monday not crowded at all . plenty of lanes open. games are inexpensive and so is shoe rental. love all the space and room. they offer slot play as,well.friendly staff. always clean and they always have activities going on

Free parking, good rates, good food, clean, public bathroom, they do service liquor, grill closes by 8pm so get there early if you want a burger or chicken sandwich. We kept having to hit the reset button for lane 7. They played music at 1st then after a while you have to pay the jukebox to continue hearing music.

The bowling was great, had a great time with the family and friends, but the service was another thing the staff that waited on us had a issue with the time we wanted the food to come out and he brought it out early and said "he was busy" we are his business. The service was not good at all.

I wish you could rate lower than 1 star. First time we went here it was great. Second time it was almost all highschool staff. Me and my girlfriend walk up to them , waiting for one of them to finish his story to even be acknowledged. Kids now a days have no respect. Then we get our games and shoes and start our game. My girlfriend buys a whole bucket and walks back to us.(she is 24) I lost my ID on the fourth of july,( I am 22 years old )and i took one sip of beer and some young man comes up to us and asks for my ID. Asking for my ID wasn't the main problem, the main problem was he Should have asked for my ID when she bought it, who buys a whole bucket for themself?!?!?! Wasted 4 beers and our money. With them just staring at me like a hawk the whole time thinking i was gonna try to sneak a beer(which i didn't at all). We Coudlnt even finish our 3rd game. We will never be coming back.

A really nice and clean place to bowl. The staff was very friendly too. A very large party room to use for an event. I would say the only thing to add to your experience is they should play music consistently while you are bowling.

Horrible from start to finish. Got in, waited 15 mins at counter before got helped. Ordered food, was told 15-20 mins. After 30 mins passed we asked how much longer, they said just a few mins. At 45 mins said same thing. At hour mark found out they just started the food. Asked for a refund, they gave us a hard time. Finally got refund. Going somewhere else from now on.

The place is dirty, there is horrible customer service, and the balls and shoes are disgusting. We waited a whole game for our pizza because there were only 2 people working there! If you want to go to a better place, I suggest Centennial Bowl in Tinley Park, Orland Bowl in Orland Park, or Thunderbowl in Mokena.

Decided to give this place a try since the usual alley we go to had leagues. Although the price to bowl is great the lanes were absolutely terrible. My new alley cat ball that I just got ended up with scuffs all over it the lanes were way to oily and our bowling balls had no action at all because of it. The pins when set kept falling over before we even through the ball and I didn’t even get to bowl my last frame because the pin setter malfunctioned. Was hoping this place could be an alternative place to bowl by unfortunately it is not. I will never go back

Will never be back. We walked in at 1am, (they close at 2, and the guy at the counter told us they were closed, my boyfriend told him they closed at 2 and he said “I mean I guess you can bowl but it’s only going to be one game” my boyfriend said that’s all we wanted. When we start the game the guy at the counter comes up to us and says “you need to put 3 people on one screen and 3 people on the other because y’all are going to be the last people and take too long” that’s super unprofessional to me. Normally if a customer walks in a business 10mins before they close you’re supposed to serve them with NO problem. As he was standing buy us he continued to say SMART comments then was staring at us play the whole time. Another lady asked what happened to the music and he shook his head at 1:15am and cut it back on. We finished before the other people that were there and when I said something he wouldn’t look at me, moral of the story I’ll never go back.
