They've got some pretty great party amenities like an arcade and bouncy house thing, so it's a good fit if you're looking to book it for a large event. They don't allow outside food, and their on site food prices are pretty high. Lots of lanes. Service wasn't great. Seemed pretty nice for a bowling alley.

There was no waitresses for a state tournament !!!! How crazy is that ! Had to write our own stuff never even checked scores... Very poor service !!!

Great arcade & my son loves the bounce houses. But the older lady with glasses that was running the counter was sooooo rude and disrespectful. We were trying to pay for our games and without saying excuse me she picked up the phone and let us stand there for 10 minutes. We thought we paid for three games but half way trough our 3rd it shut off. We weren’t upset I just simply asked what happened because I thought we paid for three and she rudely came to our lane and yelled at me saying she’ll give me a receipt I only paid for two. I just got my things and left because my child was standing right there and it was so uncalled for the way she was acting!!! I’ve never had a bad experience here before. Can’t believe she did this.

Very rude employees and managers; food service lady said that if I drink anything she would take my boyfriends drink away unexpectedly, I didn’t even drink a bit of water there; she was staring at us down during our whole bowling session. Never going there again. She should go home and pray for forgiveness on the way we were treated.

Service was terrible. Advertise 100oz towers $12.50 they only have one tower . So one pitcher cost 8.10 I believe put cold beer in two hot pitchers . They had just changed the keg. And the beer was flat an said they will not exchange them for new . No managment around to make anything right!

My grand daughter and her husband were made to leave the table were they were at by a bully who was probably in his late 50's early 60's. He threw there belonging s on the floor. When my grand daughter told the lady behind the counter. She said there was nothing she could do. Is this the kind of bowling alley anyone wants to go to? He is Lucky I did not find him when I went back in. I would have brought the Police with me. Then and only then would something have been done.

We always have a good time at Springhill! The Strikerz/Bouncing area is great! Clean, enclosed and allows kids to play freely. Very reasonably priced too!

I've been coming to this bowling alley for about 2 years now. I usually bowl Tuesday or Thursday nights for their unlimited bowling special. The staff is always nice and never pushy when it starts to get late. A few of the ball returns are a bit broken. They do however, have the new Brunswick score system which is nice. Definitely reccomend coming here.

We have a storage shed with this place. In the last 4 months, our storage shed has been broken into twice. The first time, nothing was stolen. However, they did not even attempt to call to let us know so we could check it so we didn't know about it for a couple of months. The second time, they actually called us and we went to see that some of our stuff was stolen. They refused to let us look at the security footage to see who stole our stuff and broke in either time. They refuse to be responsible for any of the stolen items and are not helpful at all. The woman actually told me that she recommended using a different storage shed company because of theirs not being secure at all. The lack of care and concern from this business is absolutely ridiculous. I'm having to go through the police since the people here will not help me at all. They also refused to give me the owner's information so I can't even talk to him about the situation. Never get a storage shed from these people. I honestly think it's someone who is working for them that has been cutting the locks and stealing things.

Don't ever get a storage shed here. Worst people ever. So rude! And they refuse to give paperwork half the time. When they do, they take forever to do so. Also, half our items have been chewed up by mice and they had no apology or anything. Then, they refused to let us throw away the stuff that was ruined. Also, someone supposedly put a note on my account when I told them we would be paying late. She said that was fine and that she put the note on there. A week later someone calls to say it wasn't paid and they would be auctioning off our stuff. I called her back and told her the woman had put a note on our account. She said there was no record of it but she would add one. I asked for a copy of the note and she refused to do so and said I had to take her word for it. Well, none of the workers have a reason for me to trust them at this point!

I took my daughter's family to bowl lots of fun. after which the grandkids got to jump in the blow up bounce area. they have lots of arcade games. we had pizza and nacho chips, they have lots of food and snacks just all around fun fun fun

Really nice facility but the people working are extremely rude. They shut off our friday night game 2 frames early 1.5 hours before closing because they wanted to close the building. My family was having a great time and would have played another game, and definitely would have come back but not after that treatment we'll take our business elsewhere

We went for the play area in which is more money during the Holidays. The only condiments they have for their sandwiches is catsup and mustard. The games doesn't allow your child opportunity to "spend wisely" no credit amounts on the games...Jus all in all I don't think is family friendly

This is a pretty nice bowling alley. The kids always have a good time here. The Strikers bounce area is also a plus. I like the set up, it is nice being able to sit down and relax while the kids play and not worry about where they are. You can see all the areas from one place, and there is only one entrance/exit. The kids really enjoy the arcade also. The food is good and the place is always clean. (Bathrooms too)

Cool combo of a bowling alley and a bounce house. Not the fanciest bowling alley, but it was kinda interesting that they still had the retro CRT scoring system. Decent looking bar/fast food area.

Had a great family and business social night with my family and cyberspace team. We were able to have fun, converse, and laugh with one another. Families with kids enjoyed the play area and the whole family enjoyed the food. Great time was had by all. Our group was 26 strong and a great, fun time was had. Give them a try. You'll love it.

We attended a child's birthday party here, and it was really fun! We didn't bowl. They have a cool place for kids to crawl around in, spaces for parties, games that take tokens and give tickets, and fun prizes for the tickets. You can also order pizza and soda, and there's a little bar area. Oh yeah, it's also a bowling alley ;)

It doesn't look like it from the outside but this place is huge! They even have a bounce place inside as well. We had their pizza which was decent. Its a little on the dirty side but overall it's a good place to let the kids play.

Nice place overall. Like that they added bouncein houses. The price on them is a bit high. They have games but they are high on tokens too. Big selection of balls. Have a nice concession stand . That also have a few Vending machines that are cheap. Everything is a 1.25. They have a bar. I've never seen it open. But I have seen people with beer. They do not allow outside food or drinks. They have party packs for kids birthdays. Just all around good place to go for whole family.

We payed for 2 hours of bowling which was pretty decent, but our lane was down for approximately 7 minutes... we couldn't finish our last game to the end. I think they should have added the time the lane was down onto our time.

The lanes and equipment are all updated and great except the balls themselves are a little worn and some are even chipped. Only other complaint i had was the drink selection. I know it's not a true bar but still should have something other than Bud light. Me and my buddies like to go have a few good beers and go bowling. A bigger selection would be nice.

Had my son's birthday party here. Was told the room we reserved would hold up to 15. When we arrived for the party we was placed in a room for 8. Was told we had a hour to set up and be out the door. The staff was rude horrible and very unprofessional. Will never return. Cost way to much.

Expensive. Super slow. The lanes kept messing up and they didn't know how to fix it. Not worth the money. We ordered a large sausage pizza and pitcher of mt. Dew for $25 the pizza was so undercooked you couldn't eat it and they wouldn't replace it. Will not be going back

Bowling is fun, the kids love it. They have free summer bowling for kids. The lanes have updated screens for scoring but they don't always work right. The arcade games also do not work well and only a certain employee can help you with them. The bounce house area is really expensive and the employees never walk around checking on anything. The food is okay but takes forever.
