Bought coupon on Cincy Savers. The coupon and Cincy Savers stated the coupon was good to be used up til 6pm on Saturdays. Purchased deal online and brought coupon and my kids to bowl, and they had a sign posted and stated they didn't except the coupon after 5. Also half the bowling alley upstairs was vacant, but they made us wait for alleys to open up downstairs, as they were not using the upstairs, on a weekend when they were extremely busy. Plan to dispute the charge for the discounted tickets, as they won't honor the deal when my family is able to make it.

We were not allowed to bring in a birthday cake for a 7 year old because apparently it's "illegal" to bring in outside food. Yet everyone from the bowling leagues brought their own snacks. When asking the old man in a red shirt why that was ok and not and cake for a little girl he said "it's a league thing." Yet he said it was illegal beforehand. Terrible service. Terrible prices. Thanks for making a 7 year old cry for her cake and leave disappointed. Bunch of a $$$ holes if you ask me. Will not go again.

We took a group there and were treated like we should have went somewhere else. Worst part was Igor who stared at our young girls breasts when they asked for shoes. Then he walked around and stared at them bowling. What a perv........He wore glasses, in brushed hair and teeth and scraggly beard. Won't be back!

Superbowl has been around for ages, and while it's age certainly shows, the quality of the bowling experience is unparalleled by most other alleys in the area. First off they have two separate floors and it varies which floor is active that night/day (sometimes both are). Superbowl is also known for the numerous leagues they host there thus you can bet they take good care of the lanes (this is where the nearby high school LMHS's bowling team meets and frequently hosts tournaments as the Superbowl has the largest amount of lanes in the area. (if you are serious about bowling I'd go upstairs if you have the option which is normally open during the weekdays as that's where the leagues bowl downstairs isn't as good) food and drinks here are pretty inexpensive and decently tasty. Superbowl is great for anyone.

Lanes in very rough condition. Lots of separation in boards on lanes. Slow racks. Racks allot slower than other bowling allies in the area. Automatic score keepers way out of date and troublesome to operate. Buttons don't work and those that do work require you to hit them multiple times. Refreshments and staff serving refreshments very slow but good pricing.

Went bowling with our friends. Everything was going fine, until one of our friends started struggling because of nerve damage in her back. When we requested to use the metal slide (the one that helps kids and disabled with bowling), we were told that only people who were underaged could use it. She struggled for the rest of the night and despite our pleas they refused to give any help. Never coming back.

Well, 45 mins waiting for a ball to get out the gutter, got it out ourselves 3 times before they even made it back. Charged us for 2 games more than what we asked for, then we got $3.75 back when we paid $80 dollars for 3 games we paid. And the owner acted like she didn't want to refund us.

Worst house in northern KY by far! Half of their equipment doesn't work and their lanes are very poorly maintained. If you have nice equipment don't bring it here because there is a good chance it will go home chewed up. Rude staff as well.

I had a birthday party for my husband here and it turned out really nice with the exception of alot of our friends and family were complaining about Penny the manager and the other managers. They said their attitudes were very nasty and they were very unfriendly! Because of that, they said they would never go back there to bowl! You might want to be a little more friendly to your guests considering they are paying alot of money in your place of business. Just saying.

The best place to bowl in NKY! Super Bowl lanes in Erlanger is a clean, well-managed facility that features two stories of bowling with 64 lanes total. Food is surprisingly good and the bar always has a friendly atmosphere. The bowling shop offers bags, balls, shoes, and ball cleaning. A must-see destination for bowling enthusiasts!

If your ball gets scratched up thats caused by machines. If you take it to the manager on duty as soon as it happens they will circle the areas with a special marker. They have a pro shop downstairs that will fix it free of charge if the gash in your ball is due to their mechanical negligence. I have been coming to this place for years best place to hang out with the family! My 6 year old loves coming here!

I just had the worst experience with customer service ever at the Erlanger location. I've bowled at bellewood most the time but will at Erlanger time to time. Last game my ball comes back looking like it was chewed up. So I kindly go over to Greg there and tell him about what happened. He looks at me and laughs in my face. Tells me what do you want me to do about it and laughs again. Then tells me I got a gutter didn't I. Like that would justify it at all and I let him know I didn't. Then Bonnie well she's just wonderful as well..... I said what would even do that to a ball. She looks at me and says in a very sarcastic voice. You've never seen the back of a bowling alley have you. Actually no I have not but thanks for making me feel like worse than I already do now that my 250 dollar bowling ball is screwed up. they did do a great job of making me feel like the guilty party instead of the victim. I've never once had this problem at bellewood in Newport. But this does make me not ever want to spend a dime in a super bowl establishment again! I did take pictures of how bad the ball was as well. I would have never had an issue if I was treated with a little respect but instead I was treated terribly!

Place has the worst customer service downstairs. Came here to celbrate cousins birthday not busy at all. Got shoes and a lane for the 3 of us for 3 games, little fyi they don't allow warm-up thows they obviously expect someone to throw a 8-16lb ball straight out the gate. Get shoes on select a house ball go to throw my first ball and my heal sticks, hrmm thats odd, and almost trip and fall flat on my face. Try second ball happens again this time i twerked something in my knee trying to steady myself from falling. Two more people in our group tried as well similiar outcomes i return the shoes and ask for my money back, yes we bowled 1 frame each, the "manager" informed me she would only be able to refund the 6 games we had not started yet. The shoes that almost broke my neck that were on my feet about 10 mins were not refunded as well. When i asked to speak to the manager she explained to me that she was the "manager". I offered to pay for 1/10th of the game we technically played. She again replied with a sarcastic referral to a statement i made about not having sticky healed bowling shoes "in the 90's" she remarked sarcastically. I then asked for the general manager was informed she wasnt in and would be out until 2 weeks from monday when i asked the name and number of the general manager she said to call the bowling alley and gave no name . I had to ask another employee for the number. I have been bowling at this establishment for the past 30 years off and on and have never experienced the rudeness and just poor customer service i had today. I will be phoning the gm a.s.a.p. unfortunately there are not negative star ratings this would rank -2

The food is not great axis alley in Newport has a lot better food and their drinks are not good either. We went there and just to get the right food we had to send back our food three times. The service is not great but it's a bowling alley so other than that the bowling is fine.

Recent customer service was awful, we went to Erlanger for my sisters Birthday. The downstairs was crowded so we were going to check if the upstairs wasn’t occupied by a leauge (typically not but on Saturday you never know). A woman named Missy screams “Ok yeah you guys can just come back on down then” extremely sarcastically and rude. I told her she needed to calm down, if it’s closed that’s fine but she was very rude in her approach. Then she continued to have an attitude and talk to us like we were idiots. I said it’s ok, you just need to calm down, as she’s walking away says “it’s ok when I say it’s ok.” The place isn’t the nicest place but I usually enjoy it, that interaction was awful though and terrible customer service etiquette.

Took family of 5 on Halloween night. We bowled 2 games and shoes for $25 total ! Granted that isn't the regular rate, but it was indeed a super deal! The staff was super friendly, and handed out candy. The facility was clean and family friendly. There were lots of open lanes and plenty of balls to choose from. The shoes were nearly new and the lanes were well maintained. No problems with the scoring system nor with the ball returns. Easy access from the highway. Was a very positive experience.

If I could give a 3.5 I would but just a 3 isn't fare. Have gone bowling here many times over the years and have always had a good time for a good price. Overall, for a bowling alley that's been around for so long, it is in good shape and clean. My opinion is that they are due for some fresh paint and carpet but that's about it. Overall, go and have some fun for a low cost. Update, revised star rating to a 4. A 3 just didn't seem fare.

Bowled with great grandkids and granddaughters - one in from Harvey storm in Texas & lost their home - they however are rebuilding - God is sooo good! Great to see Bonnie, the manager there for 16 years - it had been at least 10 yrs since I was there - wonderful atmosphere & lots of families bowling together! Go Bonnie!!!

PROS: Lanes were in decent shape, non smoking facility was nice, affordable CONS: Approach to lanes seemed short, Food area closed well before closing time, very limited seating at lanes, and the staff seemed disinterested at best and rude at worst. We had 2 hours until closing and the gruff person at the register wouldn’t sell us 2 games “because we didn’t have enough time”. We finished one game with an hour to spare and instead of buying another game we took our business elsewhere. It’s a shame that the rude staff cost them business on this night and frankly we won’t be back.

Had a great time took my wife, son and grand daughter on Super Bowl Sunday and had a real good time. The staff was nice and every thing was clean that I seen I don't know what the one reviewer is talking about, although the building was built in the 70's it was a great time and the fries and food was ok to snack on. We were on the 2nd floor the first floor was closed off so I can't comment on that. It's right off the highway and was very family friendly the night we went.

Tried to go bowling. Well, that was a big no go. Walked in, not that busy, open bowling hours, asked for a lane and was told 90 minute wait. There were at least 15 lanes open. Was told those were for leagues. Asked about lanes downstairs, they were closed. One would think maybe you would have more lanes for open bowling on a Sunday afternoon at 1pm... Seems like poor planning to me. Not waiting 90 minutes for my 7 year old and I to roll a couple games for fun. Very disappointing.

Was just passing through to do some free bowling cause I didn’t want to sit in my truck for 10 hrs waiting to deliver a load. Showed up and Missy and her staff were very pleasant, and surprisingly enough I bowled my 5th 300! I’ll most definitely do business here whenever I’m in the area again!
