Nice, clean, smoke free bowling alley. Lots of lanes. Free bowling on Tuesday nights. Lanes can be set up so bumpers only come up for specific players, which is nice for those with kids.

Service was okay at best. I went a couple months ago on a Friday. They were very obviously understaffed for a very busy night of the week which led to stressed staff and long wait times. Had to wait an hour for a lane, not bad, then had to wait about 30-40 mins for food, not good, then I had to wait 10-15 mins to just pay my tab, really bad. Its clean and fun, but staffing needs to be evaluated to meet the demand appropriately.

I have come in here multiple times an hour before they close. The lady at front desk told me they were getting ready to close and I couldn't bowl. I get off work late and I just wanna bowl but they deny my business because it's apparently a hassle for them. Please make your hours of operation reflect your agenda.

I bowl on league here This will be my last season. Unattentive staff bathrooms are always disgusting. We discussed these concerns with the ownership prior to the start of our season and it changed for a week...now we're right back to the way it was. If you visit and you think.....oh they're just having a bad day? No. It's like that all the time. No one is helpful either. A waitress (which the center wanted to charge us more for once we decided to stay at the center for the season) I still have to go get my own drinks and if I wanted to order food...I would starve to death before I got any attention from the waitress! When we have an issue with the lanes no one at the counter is paying attention like they're supposed to be. I used the intercom and they didn't answer as I watched then both leaning behind the counter daydreaming as I called the counter. I had to go to the counter and retrieve both the guys from lala land to get a pin set for my Lane...I shouldn't have to do this during league. Signature Lanes is a joke.

Terrible. I most likely won't be going back. Very expensive and the lanes weren't working right. Have to pay by the hour and we probably only got a half hour of actual play time waiting for the staff to fix something after every throw. We asked for additional time to be added and they told us no. We'll go somewhere else next time.

Pretty nice place as far as bowling alleys go. I like that it was well lit and spacious. I was there for a 'corporate event' through my work so I'm not sure how the prices compare with others in the area. It was definitely clean and seemed to be well maintained. The hosting for the corporate event was great, we had plenty of attention to make sure we were kept stocked on drinks and food. The pizza was pretty good and so were the wings.

As a food place it lacks a lot of training. Waited almost 40 minutes for a couple of burgers on a tuesday afternoon when the place was almost empty. Been here several times and sat at a table without anyone approaching me for a long time and had to go find people. If they aren't serious about serving food they should just get someone competent to take care of the culinary side of the business. If you are like me and have an hour long lunch or less I'd suggest you take your business elsewhere.

It now has fancy flat screen displays that have new added features like adding your photo to your game, creating caricatures, playing against other teams, games, chatting etc. Friendly Staff and clean facility. They offer a large menu of delicious not-so-so good for you treats. They also have a room with pool tables and some games that younger kids would love. A great family activity!! They also have a bar and a party room if thats up your alley...lol...

I am giving this review 3 stars. In the bowling aspect it is very well. But the food was horrible. The pizza had no flavor. You get most of the flavor in the sauce. The sauce was not seasoned. The crust looked like flatbread. Finally the cheese was not mozzarella cheese. It had a bitter taste. If you know good pizza! You can tell the difference. I also was going to purchase a bowling pin for my son's birthday. At the register the guy asked me what color do I wanted it in. I found it strange when he ask me that. But I said blue.(For my other son I celebrated his birthday at a different bowling alley and they gave him a nice pin. It was new and it did have a color. But it was towards the thin part of the pin and it was a little strip.) The lady came back with an old pin. No wonder they were asking me for the color! Smh! They paint the pins. The paint was already chipping off the pin and she wanted to charge my $20 for that pin. I asked her if they were all like that. She said yes. This is another thing that bothered me. You want to charge me $20 for an old bowling pin. You got some nerve. Don't get me wrong this is a great place to bowl. But you guys got to improve in your food. Sorry guys being honest.

Usually the family goes to Country Club Lanes on Sunday's but since they were closed on Thursdays we went here instead and it was a night and day difference. The lanes they gave us were not oiled and the tables right behind it had a heap of trash on it that they had not cleaned the entire time being there. The tablet inspired monitors that they used to put your names in were new and kind of exciting until you actually go to use them, which was very confusing. Although they had the new technology their balls looked like they had gone through a wood chipper. My husband went there again the other day and it was the same experience except this time he said "it was like bowling in a sauna." I will never bowl here again and I suggest bowling at County Club Lanes instead.

We went bowling for Valentines day because I figured it would be more entertaining than going to an expensive restraurant. We arrived around 5:30 pm and not any people were there yet, but they had a Valentine's day special posted. Two hours unlimited bowling, pitcher of soda and one topping pizza for $50.00. So we did that even though we already ate before we arrived. Pizza was the typical terrible cheap pizza kids like. Of course the husband loved it, lol. I liked that the tables were close to the lanes and also served as the bowling seating. The touch pads were easy to use to set up a game. They have both women's and men's shoes sizes which is nice. Some alleys only have men's and don't tell you. It was nice not to have try three pairs before finding shoes that fit. There also wasn't the weird divider/step down thing most alleys have. There wasn't a lip to trip over as you walked on or off the lane. The flooring is all flat and one level. We have seeing impaired people in the family so I would consider bring them there when they visit. I think this would also workout well for people in wheelchairs too if they allow it. I think there is also the ability to put up and take down bumpers at will on some lanes. I noticed a family next to us didn't need to have a separate kids and adults lane to play and bumpers went up and down several times. The place was well lit and non-smoking with more of a family atmosphere. The machines also set up the pins pretty quickly compared to other places I've been. It makes the hourly unlimited games more worth it in my opinoin. I didn't have any problems with balls getting stuck or anything. There is also a pool table and some games, but I didn't have time to check it out. The place was packed by the time we left. I would want to go again.

Decided to drive out on a Saturday night 30 minutes away . Says they close at 12 but when I went in they said they decided to close early. What a joke when a business denies customers with an hour left of when they’re supposed to be open. Will not be going back! Staff behind desk acts like you’re bothering them as soon as you walk in.

The place was fun but the staff was not friendly. We were there for a birthday party and while there we had no waitress and when the young unfriendly girl came to get our show size she stood in the door way with out a smile like she hated her job. Gratuities were added to the end bill but not sure what it was for. Yes they set the table covers up and a few things but after that we had to get our own food and drinks we were over charged for the party the staff was not a happy nice helpful staff.

Very disappointed!!! Let me first say the bowling alley is a wonderful place to go. We had my daughters party here and it was completely a last minute ordeal. With less than 3 days notice they found a time for her birthday party and I completely forgot to go pay the deposit but they still held our reservation which I am thankful for. The birthday party was explained to me over the phone and was informed we would have a host to ensure everything went smoothly. Let me say I was completely shocked expecting something they explained over the phone and getting a completely opposite ordeal. The host didn't explain anything to me about her duties she would be preforming. Basically she told me she was only there to take food orders put up bumbers for the kids and clean up afterwards. The party started at 5 and at 530 still no host to take food orders so I did so myself and then was told i wasn't supposed to. I said your 30 minutes late and she said she was cleaning up somewhere else. Instead of listing everything the host didn't do like put icecream in a freezer or get cake cutting utensils.... I will finish by saying it wasnt what I envisioned paying over 200$ for not to mention she collected a nice 15% gurtaity.

You guys should update your hours on the website! It says 10pm on Sundays and we were just there today. As soon as we got there one of the employees gave us dirty looks and It wasn’t appreciated at all because we were with our family and friends. We asked one of the employees at the bar what time they closed and they said when ever the manager says. They should really keep a consistent time instead of just closing “when the manager says so.” It was really rude for the employee to look at as us bad when we arrived 3 hours before posted time!! Extremely upset!

Lady at the desk must of been having a bad day, very grouchy and not much help. Ordered a sweet tea and it came tasting unsweetened tasting like it was brewed in a coffee maker! Ordered a pizza and wanted it cut in squares. Came looking like Freddy K. Sliced it and was gross ( 3 kids wouldn't take but 3 bites) . Kid working was clueless and what to do when taking an order. Been here several times before. and by far worse service/food!
