I always go here and we always get food as well this time I went they had some new people working in the food area and one was the worst. She was rude and seemed like it was an inconvenience to even take an order. Then I had to ask where my food was and that female got upset with me for being upset that people after me was getting their orders first. Worst service there ever. If it wasn't for the front desk I would have gave it 1 or less.

We had a fairly unsatisfying experience here. The bar was not open during a football game so we couldn't even get a beer, the kitchen was noticeably dirty with food and bags on the floor, and the pool tables cost $9/hour and you have to turn in your ID to get the billiard balls. Whatever happened to coin-operated tables? I was charged an extra 10 minutes on the pool table just because I was waiting for employees to help people with complaints before they could ring me out. The burger we had was very good, however. It tasted great and seemed like high quality ingredients. A lot of inexperienced bowlers with zero etiquette were there that day, so our bowling balls were being taken to other lanes, little kids were running all over our area and almost getting hit by swinging bowling balls, and no employees were willing to talk to the other patrons about their etiquette on/around the lanes. Say goodbye to your local bowling alley where you can enjoy life on a Sunday afternoon.

My son and I enjoyed two rounds of golf and one round of laser tag. The cool autumn weather was perfect for the outdoor Pirate's Quest. The two courses were fun and challenging. The laser tag course was very challenging because I had a difficult time tracking down where my son was hiding. And to top it off we had a delicious lunch at the cafe. Both the personal pepperoni pizza and the Philadephia cheesesteak were filling after all the excitement we had and energy we burned off.

It was a bowling alley...lol. But it was pretty clean, the people were nice, the bar was nice. I only gave 4 stars because the MUSIC SUCKED! A group of us girls went on a Friday night and all they played the entire time were slow mopey songs. Each one worst than the last. We even went to the front desk to request a change and they agreed that the music selection was down. But that they had no way to change it, like it was some stream that the entire chain listened to (?) Or something like that. We even offered to let them hookup our phone to their aux to play a better selection, lol. Luckily I had a great set of friends to keep me better entertained.

I really enjoyed my time spent here. Fun, friendly atmosphere, with LOTS to do other than bowling. My family & I had a great experience! Prices aren't bad, & you can save lots with a Groupon, which is what we did. I'd suggest doing that. The area is a little congested due to construction, but that's only temporary. All in all we're planning another visit soon & I'd recommend it to any family looking for an evening of wholesome fun.

Kind of dirty. No communication between management and the front desk. They had no idea there was a corporate event (on a Saturday night) and had no lanes available. I don't know who was more upset, the customers or staff. Dirty draft lines too, buy cans or bottles.

It's a bowling alley with a bar. The bar is technically a full bar though the selection is poor, and the food is exactly the type of food you would expect from a bowling alley. Lanes worked the entire time w/o problems. It does have some other stuff going on but I didn't check that out.

If you like miniature golf, bowling, arcades, and laser games (Including laser tag and laser mazes), Woodland Bowling Center is one of the best places in Indianapolis to enjoy such games. Miniature golf is nice and simple, with two 18-hole routes to choose from. The course is pretty cool because it ends in a skee-ball game that you can putt your ball into. Bowling is by far the most copious form of entertainment present here, hence the name. A grand total of 70 lanes are present here, with balls of all sizes, cosmic games at night, and an excellent scorekeeping system. Of course my favorite part is the laser tag. You will find that the arena is three-dimensional, with a second level to provide unique game opportunities. Even so, a number of power-ups are available at special stations, such as Invincibility, Shields, and Invisibility. With bases to engage and high ground to exploit, fun awaits you here. Woodland Bowling Center is a great place to go, and if you are ever in Indy, this place should be on your list!

It was great! We hadn't been bowling in such a long time. Our daughter held our granddaughters birthday party there. I have no idea of the cost but they have several packages. She chose the package for 2 bowling games, 2 Lazer tag games and some tokens for the arcade. They mafe great accommodations for over 25 people. It really so much fun.

Bowling is great but don't waste your money on the games! Half the machines were not in service on a Saturday and the points that we were winning didn't show up on card correctly (we won 500 and got 5) this happened on multiple machines! It was a $80 RIP off

Bowling was good, the food I got was ok but it’s a shame I spent over $10 on 4 drinks and couldn’t get a free refill. Don’t waste your time at the arcade. I won 544 tickets on one game alone and they didn’t load to my card. In all I won over 600 tickets. Manager said there was nothing she could do. Yeah ok.

This place has gone downhill for sure. A group of friends and I went bowling for the $1 bowling Monday night and it was not enjoyable. First off, their website says the $1 bowling starts at 9pm, but it truly depends on the night. So last night it was 10pm. Fine, whatever. But one of our friends came after 10:30 and they REFUSED to let her in. Their hours say til 11pm and their excuse was "we've always locked the doors at 10:30". I don't buy it because I've been to this location plenty of times. The security officer was pretty rude about the ordeal - unprofessional. Not to mention that the past THREE times we haven't been able to play any arcade games, even before 7pm, because their kiosks have been out of order and their computers have been shut down already.

I had a good time because I was with my friends. The lanes were also nice. But the customer service was awful, all the clerks had an attitude. The food area was disgusting, the floor in there and counter area looked like they dont even clean. The league people were nice and appropriate. But the randoms that come to bowl are so trashy, loud, and look like they have used drugs. Very conflicting.

The bowling alley has a huge number of lanes, but they can still get full on holidays and weekends so it wouldn't hurt to reserve a lane. If not, there is a high turnover rate. You can play by the hour or pay per game. I wish there were more ball choices, such as balls that can hook, as I visit here with my relatives and don't often bring my ball out of state. There are food options here as well as an arcade and outdoor minigolf when the weather is nice.

I've been here to play laser tag with my family on a couple of occasions. Every time we've visited it's been a good experience with kind staff, positive energy, and a fun environment. The laser tag floor plan isn't overly complicated so our 6yr olds have no problem navigating safely through the room. We have been to this location for bowling and putt putt many times. Never have had any issues with lane and shoes rental for bowling. They do get long waits on weekends. The putt putt check in seems to have card reading issues many a times and accepts cash only. With the construction around there, its time consuming to get out and find an atm. The putt putt is decently managed, if it has not rained recently

I tried to bowl here, but they opened later than their website-stated hours that day. As I was on a road trip, I ended up grabbing food nearby and getting back on the road. The site looks great, but I've yet to bowl here. Perhaps on my next trip through the area, if the hours are correct.

Fun experience but has gotten too crowded as of late..need more bartenders on busy nights ie saturday. Also there was a 35 plus minute wait on food after 7p on Saturday. These are peak hours and patrons should reasonablh expect there would be >2 cooks but apparently thats unreasonable. I thought about beinging outside food!! Not sure I will be back, at least not on a Saturday. Will try Pinheads or one of the others..

Soooo many lanes! Great place, in very good repair. 2 games for 2 of us cost $26, not terribly priced. Need a wider selection of balls though when we got there it was pretty busy, and we had a very slim selection of balls. Mine ended up have either too light and too small of holes, or too heavy with holes that ended up catching my thumb and giving my a blister.

I've been here a couple times now. And the kids always have a great time (Aside from the normal fighting over who's winning.) You can always find a coupon online which is nice, but the bowling prices are super reasonable! Every time I search for bowling places to take the kids we always end up deciding on Woodland since there's extra stuff to do, plus the regular prices for open bowl are cheaper than other places I've seen. And when you're entertaining 7+ kids that's important to save some money. If you're planning to go mini golf or laser tag, check groupon! They usually have a deal with posted! The food is good too....we always order a ton of snacks and it's always good. And the staff is always nice! We'll go again for sure! Even my 2 year old likes it!! She has a blast!!

Two days in a row we attempted to go bowling here. Both times we were told they were completely booked for leagues and reservations. First day walked in, TONS of open lanes. Second day we called first, were told to make reservation online, saw open lanes online, attempted to reserve, system didn't work, called back in, told they didn't have any openings. What a waste of time. If you don't want walk-in business, rename yourself a private club and stop advertising that you're family friendly.

Unbeatable value! You can go bowling, play in the great arcade, a café with food that you cannot believe at prices that are just fantastic! Or how about putt-putt? Then there is Beer Thirty: A bar that has a bank of television screens, always on the latest trending programs that you want to see. There is a pool table for all the pool sharks! And plenty of space to enjoy your favorite beverage. It should be your first stop after work. Wind down and recharge your batteries! And last but not least, 70 lanes for every level of bowling enthusiasts! I bowl in a league on Friday mornings, and I know I will see you there! Make sure you say a special hello to Miss Lucy if she happens to be there! They don't come any better!

My son's friend had his birthday party here! We had a great time, when it was time for cake & presents, we moved into the diner area. We were able to have our own little area away from everyone else. The parents were able to bring in their own cake! The staff was friendly and the bowling alley was nice and clean!! ❤ Definitely would recommend this place! Another benefit that was great, there is an arcade right there so you could play other games if you wanted to! Outside they have miniature golf and I believe go carts too! We had a wonderful, fun filled Sunday!

Wow bowling has changed big time. This place has granite countertops, super easy scoring system, funny anecdotal messages on the scoring screen, clean, great lighting, nice crowd and customer friendly staff. Now, food and drink pricing seemed high. Miller beer for $6, Soda $3, Large 2 topping pizza $24. Somehow we learned you could get a shot of Liquor with a beer for $4.75 - go figure. None the less, we had a great time!

Best Bowling in Indy - and honestly the very best Chicken wings in Carmel so far! Try the parmesean garlic wings - they are amazing and yes better than all the local wing places in my opinion and I eat alot of wings hence my big belly... Very Family friendly and staff is great. Kids love game room and lazer tag. Highly recommended especially if you haven't been bowling in years to retry - Woodland is great for family outings and they do really have great food. We are there almost weekly now due to daughter enjoying so much look for my Disney Dad hat and say hi.

Love this place and come here often with friends. Decided to bring my 3 brothers and two friends once and my little brother has very slight cerebral palsy. He was very determined to hit some pins down without the bumpers on. His ball got stuck several times and my older brother decided to go down through the gutter to move it. An older woman later approached us and kicked us out for doing so without care for how many games we had left. I understand we put ourselves and the establishment at risk by retrieving the ball ourselves but we would've appreciated if an employee would've let us know this in person instead of through the intercoms.

Fun bowling with friends but the staff leaves something to be desired in politeness. I heard a staff member openly tell a man at the party next to ours he didn't tip. I'm sure he should have tipped for the birthday bash but tips are not required and looks really unprofessional to publicly shame a person. I think giving 3 stars is being generous.

We paid for 4 games for 2 people each. After each game the lane would turn off and we would have to go back up to the counter. After are 3rd game the lane turned off again. The man at the counter was very rude and said we had paid for only 3. The lady tried to tell him that we had paid for a total of 8 games 4×2. He was not going to listen to her either. I went and got my receipts took them up to the counter and talked with the manager Joe. He tried to tell me one of them was not my receipt. The lady that had rung up the other 4 games and another lady both told him it was my receipt. Woodland Bowl will screw you if you don't watch out. WILL NEVER BOWL THERE AGAIN. STEALERS

Not ONLY is it a Racist facility but they are terrible at coming to help with a game issue! been there a few time due to my area of work and they have willingly always took care of the other customers before us. Not sure if it's the color of my skin or the fact I care for individuals with disabilities but they DO NOT treat us the same. I can wait in the line for 10+ min and if a Caucasian family walks in they are the FIRST to be helped. It's so sad

It's really nice. Clean. They have a new, easy to use scoring system, which has some cool features for the kids, like being able to put your open pic on there and it puts up funny graphics when you bowl. You can even chose the theme. The arcade is nice. Nice bar area. Laser tag. It's a nice place.

Been here a few times with friends and get set up immediately. They have a great system for keeping names/scores. You can even just set certain names to automatically put up or take down bumpers. Lasertag, mini golf, golf carts, etc. A good place to hang out with friends and family of any age Im not in the competitive bowling seen but have seen posters to accommodate for the top tier players as well.

When we arrived we walked in the door to the arcade. A lady in a pink shirt came out from behind the counter and told us we weren't allowed in here and that we needed to go around to the main entrance of the bowling area to come in. We went into the main entrance and apparently there was a bowling tournament that we didn't know about going on. We were immediately talked to saying that we weren't allowed to come in that entrance and to go back through the entrance of the arcade. We told the lady at the bowling counter that the lady at the arcade told us to go in through this entrance. She tried again to get us to go back out and was huffy and irritated. Brought kids for some laser tag, VR game, bowling, and food. Good time, but expensive. The burger and fries were better than I expected.

My family went bowling here today and we had a horrible experience with the staff. We went to the concession stand for drinks and the staff of 4 were too busy having a conversation to wait on us. I had to go up and say excuse me twice because they kept ignoring me. Then my son and I bowled 3 rounds of our game and stepped away for a snack. My husband skipped us and he and my other son kept playing. Instead of letting us finish the board messed up. My husband approached a staff member and tried to explain the situation the staff member came back to say we finished the game. We had not finished our game. I told the young man that my husband and son had skipped us and we weren’t done playing. The staff member nodded and walked away. I took this to mean he would fix the situation so my oldest son and I could finish. He walked away and never came back! The customer service here is horrible.

It was a outing for our school kids and they had a great time bowling and playing laser tag. The staff did an extraordinary job in accommodating 75+ students. A great place to host an event.

Nice bowling ally. I joined the family program where kids bowl free. It's a great program. The only thing I would complain about is the staff at the bowling counter did not seem like they wanted to be there. Put a smile on your face!

I have been to this facility twice as a teacher taking students on a field trip to celebrate the end of the school year. The bowling facility is excellent and has new technology for all the 100 lanes. There is an arcade that is small, but good and allows you to win tickets that are redeemed for prizes. There is also a laser tag arena that I have not entered but my students enjoyed greatly. The food court has decent food at very reasonable prices. Both times I was there the staff was very polite, helpful, and patient with my very excited students. I highly recommend this location.

Great 21+ section to get away from the kids. Good drink selection. Screens and scoring software updated. Lighting on Friday nights is a ton of fun.

Had an RSVP but due to the snow storm we were unsure our party was going to make it and it was almost cancelled. Long story short with the little time we did have, we still had a great time!! Next visit will be during regular hours and when there's no snowstorm so we're not the last-minute customers everyone hates! Lol definitely worth the fun!!
