So I absolutely love this place. 80 lanes. Staff is amazing. Manager is extremely friendly. Big Mike is by far the happiest person on early Sunday mornings. Definitely a place for the whole family.

If I could I give 0 stars I would... called ahead of time to make sure they were open . Was told they closed at 11pm showed up at 10... as we were walking in two employees smartly said “ pretty sure we’re closed guys” when we got to the desk they informed us they were closing in 30 min due to not having many guests. So you have people wasting their time, gas & money to get to your establishment that doesn’t even stay open until the time you tell them. Very disappointing .

We have done many birthday parties here and they have all been wonderful. The bowling is great as well. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is great and reasonably priced. The specials for bowling are awesome too. The house balls have also improved over the years in case you don't have your own.

Signed my kids up for kids bowl free. Friendly staff and clean facility! Fun music, not too loud. I recommend signing up for the kids bowl free program. Shoe rental is only 2.50 per pair but kids get 2 free games daily. Up to 6 kids per household.

It's a fun place to go bowling! They have an arcade for the kiddos and a bar for the adults. On the weekends they have karaoke and a live band! It's a fun thing to do with the family or friends.

Nothing Royal about this place. $60 for 2 lanes 2 hours $23 for mediocre food. You pay $3.50 for a large drink but get no refills and when we asked if we could get ice water she left the melted down pop and ice and filled it with water in the cup. I asked her about it and was told to get it from the drinking fountain. $7 for 3 tiny chicken tenders and also bought a 7" pepperoni pizza that comes with 4 Pepperoni's and not even enough cheese to cover the pizza. Bowling was fine and we enjoyed ourselves with that part but the other we were disappointed.

I'm fairly new from Illinois and the counter person ( female...I didn't catch her name cute and maybe late 30s) was awesome. She made sure I knew about the discounts for vip members and how to enroll. She actually took my phone and made sure I was enrolled. The best customer service so far since I have been here. Fun place to bring the whole family. There are little bumpers you can manually raise for younger children, as well as ramps that the younger kids can roll their balls down. Lots of lanes and decent prices. Food choices are pretty good and there is a pretty good bar as well. There is also a pro shop to purchase balls if you care to. You can often find coupons in the mail.

This is an extremely large bowling facility. It was clean and smoke free. When we arrived, their computer system for getting people checked in was not working, so there was a line that wasn't moving. We waited close to 30 minutes before getting our lane assignment and shoes. Once we were bowling, everything worked as expected. At one point, one of our two lanes tried to shut is down in the middle of our second game. Once we said something, it was fixed and we had no other problems. I would recommend this bowling alley.

Wanted a random outing this weekend so my wife found us some Groupon's for Royal pins and we had a fantastic time!! The kids bowled and played in the arcade. Their menu was delicious and the atmosphere was really laid back but extremely fun at the same time. The staff was very kind Especially the lady who checked us in. All in all me and my family will most definitely go back

Not happy with the last visit. We have an annual gathering with family. Past visits were great. This time the guy behind the counter was rude and cheated us out of a game. Might find another venue or give them one more chance.

I have been here twice, and both times I have walked out due to the lack of customer service. The sad part is both experiences were a year apart. No improvements within a year is bad management. Teach your employees to be friendly and have some basic customer service standards. Absolutely horrible. I will not be wasting my time in the future and will ensure that my friends and family never return.

Great fun nice arcade (games are a lil overpriced Cheapest game the candy crane $.50 cents for 2 tootsie rolls...but my 7 year old bowled like. Big girl for the first time with her fingers in the ball...and drove for the first time in a pretty cool driving simulation arcade game...and was happy with picking out her vampire teeth to scare grandma as her prize for skeeball....only issue: Groupon had a deal(which I love...but YOU HAD TO PLAY 3 GAMES PER PERSON.....2 WITH A 7 YEAR OLD AND YOUR SPENT....we waisted my the 3rd....so didnt really save...5 stars if a better Groupon offer

I've been going to Western Bowl since I was 7 and it is great! My family and friends have always had a great time, we've never had any problems with our service! The crew is very hospitable and every time you feel welcomed! The remodel is awesome it's more spacious and creates an even better chill environment!

Went by my self to just go do some thing and figured I'd check this place out for the first time and kill some time and take my mind off things and it couldn't have went any better the staff that I met at the front desk and in the snack bar was very welcoming and friendly and it actually was a good time because of them... my game was crappy with a high score of 155 but I would be visiting again more can't think of any other place with the most friendly and easy going environment .....thanks Western bowl

Absolutely terrible experience. Came in on a night when they were running a special but they had every lane booked for leagues. We were early enough to get two games in before the leagues started and that’s where we messed up. We went to our lane and all of the tables were filled with children throwing popcorn and a group playing loud music. We decided to go ahead and bowl and get food as we had already paid. When we received our food it was incorrect and took over half an hour to correct.

You pay enough money for your drinks at the cafe but no refills? You can't even get your cup filled with ice water. The $7 tenders are 3 small tenders with 1 tiny cup of dipping sauce. We had fun bowling but the cafe disappointed us.

The brand name "Royal Pin" shows up when you search for this place but it's not on any of the external building signage. Anyway, the inside was clean, moden, and felt very inviting. My family enjoyed our games and I liked how all of the scorekeeping is automated. One suggestion, since you offer themes on the screen (comic book, stickman, etc..) it would be nice to be able to take a picture of it at the end of each game. Instead a distracting popup message covers 80% of the screen As-Soon-As the last score is calculated...not good.

I came here with my brother and sister to celebrate my brother's birthday. Our game was out of rotation so that it would reset when it was not supposed to, so I went to the front desk and asked if they could put the game back in rotation for me. She let me know that this happens from time to time and that there would be someone to come fix it shortly. After 15 minutes of waiting on someone to come fix our game I finally decided that I didn't want to wait any longer, and returned to the front desk to ask for a refund, received my refund, and left. I'm leaving two stars because regardless of my experience, the woman working the front desk was polite and apologetic.

So I went to western Bowl with my family and when I used the ATM they double charged me and didn’t dispense my money , I went to the manger about this and he told me he can’t do anything about it come back tomorrow. We ordered food and didn’t get it until they closed , very bad first experience.
