Absolutely terrible. The service was an absolute mess there and during tournaments it is such a pain to get in and out of places because nobody there can manage a controlled environment. It is a big bowling alley and pretty cool at first glance but the bowling alley held the high school nationals tournament (the biggest high school tournament in the U.S.) and made up rules as they went along because they didn’t know what they were doing. It is a pain trying to get to the other side of the bowling alley. It may be good for small events but the absolute worst place in terms of service and building inconvenience I have seen.

First time visitors....grand-daughters 2nd birthday. Cafe excellent, bar fine but wine just a little bit of aftertaste. All in all, it was a nice environment. Staff pleasant and cooperative. ❤❤

The games themselves are fine but getting my lanes was so complicated. The staff didn't seem aware of what was going on and a couple had bad attitudes. The screens to set up the games were weird and unnecessary. The bowling picture thing just made it harder to understand who was bowling. Would not come back here for bowling.

The prices are slightly higher than what I am used to and the lanes were pretty oiled up, but overall a fun and clean place to bowl. And the food prices are pretty good too.

The bowling was fine and it was fun. We got in quick and had fun. But when we went to eat 1 cheeseburger was $9.00. And the fries were $3.00. And the portions were small. And the food was not worth the money. I would recommend the bowling but not the food.

Decent bowling alley that has been here forever. Electronic scoring and numerous lanes make for a good bowling experience. There is also laser tag connected that is fun if you are looking for something else to do. If you bring your own shoes or if you have coupons the cost isn't too bad for bowling.

Went for my Grandson's Birthday. The side they had everything going on the bathrooms were closed. They also had another party on the same side so it was difficult everyone had to go to the other side to get to a restroom. There was no place to get anything to eat. Also they didn't even have the game room open. The last time I went there they had the games available I don't understand why they had everything closed up. The only thing that was open was the bar and that is where I had to go to get a soft drink. I'm hoping I don't ever have to go to another birthday party there.

Took my 7 and 9 year old today for Kids Bowl Free. We went around 2PM, and there were maybe 7 or 8 other lanes in use, not crowded in the least. Shoe rental was $2.75 per child. The staff was great, anticipated my boys needs and were friendly with them. We enjoyed the arcade as well, the games and tickets are all on a card system, you can load cash onto a game card the kids use to play games, and tickets add up on the card. We really enjoyed it, kids had a great time. I have been coming to this location since I was a child and it has always been a good time but it, like myself, has gotten even better with age

Friendly staff. Great place for high scores. Only complaint is during the summer , it feels like the center is more worried about their overhead than the safety of their bowlers . The air conditioning should be turned on well before a league starts. On several occasions , the approaches have been dangerously sticky due to the high humidity in the center. One of the leagues I bowl in has a majority of seniors bowling in it and it’s not safe for them.

Love this bowling center. Unfortunately, our lane experienced technical difficulties 7 times throughout the night. Also, they did not have the greatest selection of bowling balls. Otherwise, I would definitely give it 5 stars. The staff was kind and helpful and the new software integration is pretty state of the art.

We had our games cut off twice because of a dumb time limit. There were 6 of us on 1 lane, we were bowling as fast as we could, however we are still there for the company and to enjoy ourselves. Paying for games and then being rushed off of our lane is not okay. You don't time people at a restaurant and push them out if they don't finish their food as fast as you want them to do you? Dumb

The workers were very helpful. I came with a group from a nursing home. They provided special equipment to help us roll our bowling balls down the lane. And when we were finished they collected the apparatus. My only problem was the entrance doors were not for handicapped.

I would have given it 5 starts because the place is super nice. But Susan and her staff are the most unfriendly people I have ever encountered here. None of them speak to you unless they HAVE to. Like Susan (who I'm sure is the manager or at least a supervisor) only said "sign here" when it was time for me to sign my receipt. She never sailed hello, have fun, enjoy, kiss my butt. Nothing. There was a point my niece and I needed help in the arcade room and everyone saw us but no one said be right there or anything, I had to call for them. That was after 2 of them had already walked right past us. This will not stop me from coming here, but if I get the same rude attitudes next time I'll just go to beech grove bowl.

We bought a Groupon. We got 3 games and shoe rental for two people for $12. Although we had to wait an hour for a lane(we went on a Saturday night) the beers are cheap! We had a lot of fun.

It has 80 lanes!! It is lively during the weekends... And it also has little window through which you can see how the lanes work backstage.. It's better if you do reservations online beforehand on Fridays and Saturdays...It also has two pool tables.

Went here with my friends and had a good time! Cosmic bowling is my favorite and this place is also great for birthday parties! They even give you a bowling pin with your name on it as a gift from them.

Definitely enjoyed our fun night of bowling with my fiance, son, and sister. Only bummer was a nice but annoying sales lady who continued to pitch everything expo bowl had to offer. This took up almost 5 frames for all 4 of us. As if that wasn't enough she came back 3 additional times to share with us more needless stuff. We were just trying to enjoy each other's family company..... understand the need to advertise for business....but a little lengthy and frequent I feel. I don't remember extending an invite to this woman for family fun night w us. Other than this long winded issue all was clean, quality, family appropriate good time!

Visted Expo Bowl on 10-21 for my daughter's birthday. Staff was very attentive and kind. They were helpful and patient with getting and switching several shoes for different sizes (they seem to run small), and assited with a broken candle "disaster". The food we ordered was brought to our bowling lanes nice and hot. Very successful night for my rather large family!

Went here on a Friday night with family and friends for Cosmic Bowling. The music and atmosphere was fun. I was disappointed with the customer service though. Cosmic Bowling started at 10p...tried to go buy a coke at 10:45 (had not even been there an hour) and not only did the bar turn me away but so did the restaurant. What?! Said their drawer had already been taken. Why?! The second let down...The kids ran through their two games quicker than the adults so I went up to the main desk at 11:15 to buy another round for the kids. I was told that their drawer had already been taken. I was baffled (and annoyed). Hey Expo Bowl MANAGEMENT....Why even offer Cosmic Bowling if the bar/restaurant/front desk are shutting down LONG BEFORE it is over? Bad way to do business if you ask me. We had 15 people in our party and I can guarantee you...NONE of us will be back.

I always have a good experience bowling here. I have bowled in a league at the alley and the service was always excellent.They are very friendly and helpful. The alley features a full bar, pool tables, laser tag (which I have not tried,) plenty of seating and spacious enough even with a full house. The waitresses do a good job checking on a large alley of people taking orders for drinks, food, and alcohol. Only complaint I would have about the place would be the food which can be hit or miss depending on what you pick but the quality is mostly what you would expect from a bowling alley. The place has been recently renovated with nice new LCD screen/monitors and new terminals. Hardly ever have any issues with the lanes and if there is it's handled promptly by the staff. My experience here is mostly limited to bowling in a league. The atmosphere is a bit different during normal operation but still a good time. Definitely recommend this place to anyone trying to find something to do. If you don't go to the alley regularly I highly recommend calling ahead to see availability. The alley has many leagues during the week, party's, and other events that might tie up the majority of the lanes.

Bowling alley is nice but that’s about it. Bought a basket of fries for my kids to share and 2 pitchers of soda. It cost $20 and there was about as many fries as a small at a fast food place. I will stick the my local bowling alley. The 2 stars is for the facility being nice and clean.

The lanes are well taken care of. The fun is unavoidable. They have over 60 lanes, so getting a lane our two shouldn't be a problem. They have good food and the bar is exceptional. God fun for family and friends.

Had a really good time at Expo Bowl. Rather than just going to dinner, or seeing a mediocre movie, we decided to go bowling, and I'm glad we did. We reserved one lane for an hour and a half. We bought 3 games. For three people, it was 30 some dollars. Going to the movies would have been more expensive. This is really fun for our family. My sons and daughter-in-law are adults, so we enjoyed the beer there while we were bowling. They have good equipment there you can use. Everyone just seems to be having a lot of fun around you, so it's a good atmosphere.

Okay I definitely love bowling. This bowling alley is a great facility for any bowler. I don't like how they changed cosmic bowling prices. It used to be 18$(14$ for children) for 3 hours of unlimited bowling where I used to be able to bowl 14-16 games in one session. Now it's 4.50$ per game. Where now the price of 14-16 games with the old system turns into the price of like 3 games. Just really terrible for the value. I am not doing cosmic anymore.

A fun experience with my family, the service however wasn't good. It's a very old place so machine malfunction is expected, one if our balls got stuck in a gutter and after 10 minutes no one had yet come to get it, we finally had to waste a ball to get it out and continue.

Nice updated bowling conditions, but prices are totally inflated and youth leagues are not the best in my opinion. If they are giving generic medals no matter the placing, the high, upfront fees are for not. One would think the fees should pay for awards at the end but thats not the case. When the participants start to not care if they get a medal there is a problem. ..they don't even order pizza from an outside vendor for the "pizza parties", instead they keep the money in house and make pizzas in the cafe. Not my first choice for bowling but will only go here if location is convenient!

Had they not put a group of 6, with no respect for the bowling lane next to them, right next to us it would be 5 stars. The group of 6 comes up right after we leave our seats and takes them then had no courtesy to wait on the bowler next to them to bowl.

Booked a teen birthday party.... was NOT impressed and won't do that again. First, it was $170 for 9 kids. The party came with 2 pizzas. The birthday child asked for one to be sausage. They make pepperoni. Didn't offer to fix it, nothing. Second, on their website, it states all parties, the kids get $5 arcade cards and treat bags ... yeah, apparently they don't. I had to clean up our trash because there were no receptacles large enough for their pizza boxes. They didn't provide plates or plasticware, we had to get them from the concession... but they were included with the package. It was WAY too expensive for me to had been so stressed out trying to take care if everything. I've booked birthdays many places and NEVER had such horrible customer service and we always had a host to take care of everything while we enjoyed the party. Nope, for $170 we got 2 games of bowling, shoes, 2 pizzas and a pin. THAT'S IT! That's just ridiculous and will never be back to expo bowl. I see why they're going downhill and had one whole side closed because they were so dead. Ripoff! Also, don't appreciate paying a 9% tax for the bar... didn't use. And a 9% tax for the concession... already pay tax when you buy food.
