We had a party of 8 come in after a Sunday afternoon game and it was the only place that didn't have a wait. It took a while for service, but it was worth the wait! Food here is top notch and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the crab rangoon dip!

This place is so much fun. The servers were amazing and and interacted with their customers. The food was delicious. When we asked about an order that didnt come to our table, the bartender immediately went to the kitchen to find out what happened. The order came out less than 10 minutes later. Very happy with the way we were treated and we will be back!

Fun, but didn't blow me away. Really liked the staff. Service was great! They accommodated our large group well. Food and drinks were fine. Activities were more expensive than we were expecting, especially since it was a Monday night with next to no crowd. Willing to try again but not on the top of my list.

This is definitely a great date spot. A warm greeting in a very nice designed spot. Got a retro flare and a few bowling lanes. Huge tables, comfy seats and booths, and lots of space. We were seated quickly and welcomed by our server. He said he was only there for 3 months but he was great. I opted for the Bloody Mary Bar, which had everything a Bloody Mary drinker could want. Spicy or mild base, tons of pickled veggies, fresh veggies, cured meats, horseradish, cheese, and more. My husband tried an egg cream and decided that was a big mistake. But it was immediately addressed by our server with no issue. We got the meat and cheese plate because the lobster roll was seasonal so I had yo go with my second choice. They were out of duck so we opted for extra other stuff. The bread was delicious and was an amazing accompaniment. We also got fries that were delicious and cooked perfectly. Every person we encountered was warm and exuded a sense like they liked their jobs. Wolfgang our server was exceptionally great. But the manager on duty (younger, thin, blonde haired gentleman) made it very clear the spark on the floor was not from him. As we called him over to compliment his staff he seemed very lackadaisical. But date or group fun, this is a spot I would suggest.

We went for my birthday and loved it! So much fun things to do. Karaoke was by far our favorite. I think my only complaint is if you sit in the back you don't have a server. None of the wait staff came to see if we ever wanted anything. We ourselves had to hunt someone down.

Fantastic place!!! We had so much fun here. Bowl by the hour and free darts. The Chicken and Waffles and a MUST!! The only bad thing is there was one drink my friend got that they mispriced and wouldn't change. That one drink ended up being $17.

Great place for a night out with friends! I would suggest grabbing dinner on Mass Ave before heading to Punch Bowl Social (10-15 minute walk) for games and drinks. This was a winning combination for our group.

This place is amazing. It's like the adult style Jeepers fun place. They have bowling, arcade games, ping pong, karaoke rooms, and game boards. I love the drinks, although smaller in size for the price you pay. The staff needed to stay off their cells phones while serving food and drinks.

The place is huge lots of room to sit, plenty to do as far as entertainment, bowling, corn hole, video games. Restaurant menu is limited, the food is good, I had the wolf, which was a fried bologna sandwich with cheese and lettuce on Texas toast, with chips in the sandwich, pretty good sandwich surprisingly. Two bars which is cool. I'd go again.

Not allergy friendly. Super disappointed in the staff and their knowledge of the menu. The waiter and hostess did not know, or offer to figure out, the ingredients on the menu items. I was told every ingredient was listed on the menu, and that’s simply not true. I was also told that vegan and vegetarian were the same. I ended up with water and French fries because I could get a straight answer on a single item.

A great place downtown to hang out with a lot to do. Board games, darts, bowling, yard games etc. Some stuff is a little pricey but some of it is FREE as well. The punch bowls themselves are great too.

We went here and the place was semi-busy. Had lots of cool old classic games and bowling. They also had corn hole to play and pool tables. Went to the front and the one waiter at the front chewed her thumb and then gave a look of what kind of looked like disgust and I don't want to do it to the other waiter who gave the same signal back. The one female just walked away and the one just keep chewing her thumb. All of a sudden we were told by thw thimb chewer, oh you can follow her. She was already at the table just a little ways away. Once we sat down the food and prices were spendy and then we sat for like 20 minutes with no service. We left.

It makes me sad, but Punchbowl Social never quite lived up to my expectations. The menu seems pretty focused on chasing what's fashionable and trendy in food right now but has yet to get more than a mild "meh" from me with regards to taste. Had multiple incidents where it was clear that their staff sometimes struggled to communicate things clearly to each other. It seems so cool and hip and fresh on the surface but has never lived up to the hype for me. Not worth the $$.

Exceptional service from a kind and friendly staff. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in the door and it continued throughout our visit. The hostess even open the door for us as we left an extended a warm goodbye to us. Everyone enjoyed their food which ranged from macaroni and cheese to a shrimp burger. I liked the Stubborn brand root beer and their motto.The rosemary french fries would be much better if a in-house fresh cut potato was used. They were good but a higher quality potato would make them much better. The fries we're very similar to a Frozen Ore-Ida shoestring french fry that you can purchase at a grocery store or GFS. Since I do not eat much and fries is usually what I get, I'm a little bit more critical the fries. Again, the staff and service was spectacular. The facility is very nice with many activities to do. The concept is good. I do not think my family and I are the target market. Even so, my family and I had a wonderful time. Everyone in the facility appeared to be having a good time (customers and staff). There were large groups and people on dates. My wife enjoyed playing pinball while the kids and I had a good time playing ping pong. I couldn't convince the kids to do karaoke in the Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto Room. Maybe on our next visit.

Cool place concept wise. The bowling alleys are a nice touch however they are not properly waxed and the house balls are acrylic and not resin; in light of that don't expect to have the ability to put a proper spin on the ball and just try to always go straight down the middle. Good food and drinks but be sure to order drinks when it's about halfway gone since it takes forever to get refills. The 2 times that we have been we experienced less than decent service. The servers we had both times made us feel as though we were inconveniencing them with common requests like drink refills. Maybe the 3rd times a charm, just not sure we would step foot in there again. There are plenty of other options downtown...

It's more of an experience for the atmosphere. The pork belly tacos were far too expensive for too small of portions. Interesting combination of flavors with the pineapple, but the combination would be much better served in a completely different dish, certainly not as tacos. It sucks that all the games cost (outside of Cornhole and giant Jenga), but it makes sense I guess.

This place was a JOKE! Went there for a bachelorette party. The drinks are over priced and basically just sugar. The service was horrible! We asked to speak to a manager and the manager was also worthless! Big Mama was amazing though!!

Stopped in to kill some time this past weekend. The atmosphere is very cool with so many activities and games. We played darts and had a few drinks. We would have ordered some food to munch on, but while ordering our drinks at the front bar, we spotted a large roach crawling across the top of the bar. Pretty disgusting, not sure if that is the norm for big city restaurants in older buildings, but I felt a bit gross even drinking a drink at this place. Really wanted to like it, but we won’t be back.

Food and drinks were pretty good and seemed like a really fun place to hang out! The problem was when my party called the week prior to make a reservation for a table, I asked about what things they had to do which included darts, pool tables, arcade games, bowling, etc. The person on the phone failed to mention that this all could be reserved by parties and was. I went with my family and we ate, but couldn't do anything. All of the bowling was reserved until 10pm that night, cornhole was reserved till 10pm, all of the dart boards were reserved till 10pm, the shuffleboard game was reserved till 10 pm, as well as the pool tables reserved till 10pm. So if we wanted to do anything we had to wait around for 3 hours. I felt like this is something the person on the phone should have disclaimed, we felt like we were shorted at least half of the experience.

Started with dinner on a Friday evening - for a >15 group of people the drinks and food came at great speed. The server was always on top of things. My Dinner of german brats was excellent. Moved on to bowling and then karaoke - the servers were mostly able to keep up with the orders through the changing venues. Overall a fun place to be with friends and even family - variety of activities to chose from. Finding this place in the maze, that is circle city mall, was more painful than i had expected.

My wife and I went here on a Friday evening around 6PM for dinner. She simply searched "Gluten Free Downtown Indianapolis" and saw the menu here and decided that's where we'd have dinner. Neither of us realized what this place offered in terms of entertainment. They have bowling lanes, karaoke rooms, board games, cornhole...and the food is AMAZING! The place is huge and there's tons of stuff to do. We ended up bowling for an hour while we ate dinner. This was definitely an unexpected surprise and already a new favorite hangout spot with friends. Side note: the service was good, the people were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was very chill. I can't vouch for what it's like at 1AM, but for dinner on a Friday evening it was fantastic.

Terrible customer service. We called and were told to come on by for first come first service table availability. Arrived and were told to wait in one area for table to come available. Did that for 20 minutes. Then were told we had to leave that table and had to go to other area and wait. Did that for 30 minutes. Then we were told we had to leave that table. Oh, BTW, the AC doesn't work, smells like a mens locker room, and flies just sit around on tables full of dirty plates (undoubtedly laying maggot eggs.) If they handle large crowds, we simply should have been told that when we called earlier in the day.

Very unique place. Bowling alley, board games, cool interior, very friendly staff. They have really good food too. Poblano mac & cheese was very good. The noodle were cooked perfectly. The white bbq sauce on the chicken sandwich was delicious. They give you a bowl of petite biscuits with an outstanding strawberry ginger jam to go with them. Overall a very cool place with really good food and drinks.

Punch Bowl Social is a MASSIVE bar with all kinds of games inside the mall in downtown Indy. There are several rooms with long bars serving literally any drink you can imagine or want. Each room looks different from the next. There's a room that looks like a living room (a fun living room!), one that has arcade games, shuffle board, etc. and another for dining with tables. When in town for a wedding, the bride and groom organized a party here a few days before the wedding and it was perfect for a group of 100+ people.

Cool place to spend your evenings getting drunk and getting your game on. You can bowl, play pool, there's jenga, there's cornhole, there are arcade games.. and the list goes on. The cocktails are good and the food is decent. Nothing here is gonna blow your mind but you're gonna have a good time for sure.

My sister had her casual wedding reception in the back areas of Punch Bowl. It was so much fun! Punch Bowl supplied a buffet-type spread that was both tasty and visually appealing. We had the back bar, fireplace room (not exactly sure what to call it), two bowling lanes, bocce, corn hole, and karaoke room. It was more than enough room for our party and we had a blast. It was great for kids as well, they had room to run around and plenty to keep them busy. The thing that really stands out from the evening was the staff. They nailed it. There was always someone around to take a drink order or to get more food. They worked great with my mom, answering any questions and keeping her up to date on time, tab, food, etc. They kept the whole night running very smooth and were very professional.

I have been wanting to come here for awhile and finally did on Friday and it was such a fun night. The staff, for starters, goes out of there way to ensure their guest are enjoying everything. Our waitress, Francesca, was super personable and friendly. She recommended her favorite cocktails and food to us and everything we ordered based on her suggestion was great. They have many options on games that are both free or you pay to use. We played cornhole waiting for food (food came out super fast though so not for long) and darts. If we had more time we’d try the bowling!

Place is very cool! Stumbled upon it trying to find somewhere open to get food which is oddly difficult to do downtown at 1am. Staff is friendly and attentive to a guest. Food seems really expensive but it's also one of the few places your able to eat that late so I didn't think much of it considering it was also delicious. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was they said they have a bowling alley but closed it early with no reason given and the drinks are WAY too expensive. Never had to pay $11 for a lemon drop!

Decent place to sit down and eat with some friends as they offer bowling, darts, and karaoke. The food was very good, however we did order a punch bowl and it was pretty weak. The bowl was mainly ice and practically watered down before it got to or table. It was disappointing considering the price. The website also talks about a happy hour but when we asked our server she said they didn't have one.

I gave this 5 stars because I think it is a 5-star experience. Man it's a really neat fun evening. Went there for a work Christmas party. It was roomy and fun. Outstanding and friendly staff and the food was good. Lots of fun games to do....bowling, ping pong, pool, arcade darts arcade and all spread out and very spacious. I'll go back with my friends!

Great service and great food!!! Bit should probably try and turn up the AC on hotter days I was sweating a bit, but the drinks, food, and service I received definitely made up for that.

I celebrated my birthday here with some friends and our experience was wonderful. I had the Milk-Xologist Milkshake and it was perfect. Think of a Shamrock shake only higher quality, zero green dye, and just for adults. Ashley, the bartender, was kind and helpful with recommendations. She even made me a special birthday shot that tasted exactly like a gummy bear. We had a blast. There is plenty to do if you plan to stay (video games, bowling, shuffleboard, corn hole, Jenga, and connect four...to name a few). We will be back!

As soon as we walked in the door someone greets you and sits you. The waitress was very attentive and quick! Food was delicious! I had the spaghetti no meat balls dinner (also vegan) and hubby had the beef burger which I took a bite of and it was DELICIOUS!!!!! Also, they have games you can play after your done eating! GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE HERE!!!!

Not great for lunch. My wife and I stopped here while I was in town for a business trip. The place was close to empty at lunch time. It took us a while to get a table because no one seemed to care. Once seated our service was subpar. Our server just wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. Took our plates when we were finished, but also took our drinks before we were done. The food was good, but the portions were small...we actually ended up having dinner just a couple hours later because we were so hungry. The atmosphere of this place was really cool and would probably be great with a group of friends... would not go back otherwise.

So much to do here! If you have a group and want somewhere to hang out check this place out for a variety of activities. The bar is very pricey though, an Old Fashion was $17! I'd rather pre-game then go have fun.

Small portions and they charge for games. Oh, and two Dollars for a super small salsa to go with my tiny tacos. Hit the hood for the tacos and play games at home. Or, quarters in a couple of beers.

My friends and I were just trying to get out of the cold on our walk back to the hotel from St.Elmo's and stumbled upon Punchbowl Social while cutting through the mall. We ended up staying till closing playing darts, giant scrabble, and enjoying the atmosphere of the place. We didn't eat but the drinks were great and would highly recommend!

Nice setup, decor is decent.. Food and drinks need to be revamped ASAP. Staff looked bored and unmotivated. Menu is Very disappointing. I spent 70 bucks and felt cheated. Wings had No flavor. Salad had odd flavor combinations. Drinks were dreadful and Watered down. I've been looking forward to visiting this place. I will never return.
