Bowling alley is a bit old school. The score keeping is automated though. It wasn't crowded when we arrived around the opening hour. I'd come back for another quiet game.

My so called "friends" kept ruining my experience. It was awful. They would come up to me like "Ooh na na na." It threw me off and made me miss every shot. It was an overall terrible experience and I don't want to appear there ever again.

Old school bowling alley. The little restaurant PJ's decent prices and food but the bald cook is rude to people likes to rush you and stares at you. There was only 1 friendly bowling alley worker. It wasn't an inviting environment on any level.

Tough shot on the lanes. I can tell it is more catered to the average Joe just wanting to bowl for fun. Not one of my favorite houses, but it has a unique charm to it. Scoring system is sub par but does the job.

If-you-blink-you'll-miss-it bowling alley with friendly service and a high-variety snack shop that needs to do a much better job maintenance wise. This includes lane sweepers, ball return operations and scoreboard accuracy.

We love El Mar Bowl! Our family and friends have had a bowling league with El Mar Bowl for about 11 years and we always have a great time. We enjoy the great service by Janice, Tommy and staff! We appreciate all they do to help us have a great experience!

I went a couple of times on Thursday’s for their specials since my son loves to bowl. There would only be three to four lines in use during the whole hour we were there. The only reason why I gave it a four star is because it was kinda dead not even some music going on and sometimes it would take them a while to get set up.

Been coming here since high school. Always been a decent place. The bartender made me some lemonade drink thing and it was great. Lane only broke once. Pretty chill place. The folks next to us were pretty cool. By the end of the night, we were all in agreeance that the 5 pin on lane 13 has it out for folks.

Great place to hang out, have a good time with family and friends. Place is old but that's ok. Sometimes they have music and sometimes they don't, that's why the 4 stars, it's better when they have the music on. $3 for renting the shoes (per person) $4 for each game (per person). Wednesday and Thursday $3 for each game (per person). Right next door there's a fast food restaurant and the food is great and fresh, the service is also great !!! If you are playing and if you order something from the restaurant, once the food is ready, they will take it to you.

Super exapensive for everything. A pitcher of soda with no refills was $6.99 like come on. And the employee was very rude about our kids because they got the bowling balls stuck a couple times like they are kids give them a break they aren't bothering anyone. They are cheap too I had to keep asking them for plastic forks because they would give us 5 when it's obvious there was more then 20 people. I don't recommend this bowling alley.

There is a short wait and a connected restaurant that serves amazing fresh food cooked right in front of u. The prices arent bad, just 4 dollars per person per game. I would def recommend for a family.

Lanes are awfully dry during a high school bowling tournament. They could take time during the lunch break to re-lube them up, but they don't. The girls actually had to change to a totally different ball to get anywhere near a strike. I heard people, parents, kids and coaches saying how much they hated this house. Music was good, buy that was it, not even a place for spectators. This house may be fine for a fun family night out, but definitely should not Be used for anything serious, like a competition.

This was a very unfriendly alley, holes all over the approaches and lanes. The ball RETURN did not ONLY scuff my ball, but took a chunk by my finger holes. I will be never going back there again. The 1 star is beacuse the restaurant connected is okay.
