Enjoyed taking the grandson here the last couple of years when he came for a visit but was disappointed this year. Granddaughter was finally big enough to go up to the upper level in the enclosed ball play/climb area but found out after driving 45 minutes to get there that the age had been much lowered. grandson is now too old (8 yrs) to enter so it wasn't worth the drive for us. Playing the arcade games is rather expensive. Looking for other options now.

A friend and I got free tickets to bowl, but we still had to pay for shoes. Everything else was extremely expensive. I've been there before for the laser tag, and it is far from being the best, and only lasted about fifteen minutes, yet was the same price as half an hour for a real laser tag arena. The lane I was bowling at kept malfunctioning as well.

I do not recommend going to Crazy Pinz when it's very busy. The prices are very high and they were understaffed this evening. I'm too drained at the moment to list my complaints, but for all the money they charge for their different attractions I would think that they'd have enough competent staff on hand to keep things going smoothly. I gave it two stars instead of one because they do have a lot of variety of different things for kids to do.

Some of the perks are, lots of games like laser tag, ball pit, arcade games, for the kids. For the adults there is a full bar with many TV to watch sports. The down side is kinda expensive if you want to do a little of everything, tables were filthy nut cleaned right after being asked. We had to wait on 2 open lanes for 2 hrs and 15 min. The biggest plus was the pizza's were delicious. I'd give it a better rating if there wasn't such a long wait for a lane and being kinda pricey. I'd recommend it to someone though.

I found the game side at this part. icular location to be great. However we decided to eat before letting the kids play. The restaurant side was clean. But the service was horrible. Waited 22mins for drinks, over an hour for our food. Then when I went to go and pay for my daughters passes to go play, is my purse in my chair the other people at the table a waitress came and took my almost full bowl of food. When I returned a question her for it and she told me she only took empty plates which clearly was not true. She did replace what was taken but had given me a hard time about it. If we end up in the area and go to this location again we will definitely be eating elsewhere before we take our kids into play.

They had some great deals, the Lazer Tag was fun, I didn't play the bowling. Game room was fun, but a lot of the games were out of order. Honestly it seemed like a lot of the big ticket games were the ones out of order, so check what games are working before you load one of their cards. It works so you can do a little bit of everything depending on the plan you buy. Great for birthdays, bachelor parties, and fun outings.

I had the whole family here and they all had a great time. The babies bowled with the big kids, mom and dad. We all played glow in the dark mini golf. Even got everyone into the laser tag arena, and the little ones had a big advantage being small targets. The big kids got to go on the sky bridge and the little kids got to play in the ball land thing. The arcade had a bunch of two player games and even the little babes got to pair off against the big kids and have a great time. I was super impressed by how well everything was laid out and run. Fair warning to anyone headed here, you will spend a long time here if you do everything once. Make your plans accordingly. You'll have a great time.

Fun place to take the kiddos or Entertain a birthday crowd. Seemed expensive until they clued us in on the packages which were very reasonable. Delicious food for the affair and buckets of beer were fresh and ice cold. More seating for snacks and belongings would be helpful considering none available on our trip. Watched bowling lanes sit empty for hours because they were "reserved for a later time". Seems like a mediocre reservation policy if revenue per attraction, table, or venue determines profitability in the wavering entertainment market share. Too much potential exists at this facility to miss the easily manageable opportunities already available.

Fun entertainment center for older kids (4-5+ yo) and adults. It's overwhelming and overstimulating for young children. I brought my son here to the ball pit for a birthday party when he was 3 1/2. It was crazy for him. Bigger kids "ran him down." I had to climb in get him a few times. Not a terribly fun experience. But now he is older and he loves it. There are so many different activities to participate in. He could spend all day/night here.. We had his 8yo birthday party here - bowling/laser tag/arcade...it was a great choice. Both the children and parents had fun.

Incredibly high prices and incredibly distracted staff. At the front desk, the bowling desk, and the food counter, it seems employees are too distracted talking to other employees or on their phones to interact with customers. I get working in a fun environment and chatting with your coworkers, trust me. But you should really pause the convo when a group of customers walks up. I was ordering shoes for my group and was splitting them all into two different bills; the cashier messed this order up presumably because she was too busy chatting it up with the other workers lounging around behind the counter. Aside from that complaint, you get what you pay for with this place! Holy moly it’s pretty much top of the line, exceptionally clean, and a lot of fun. It’s damn expensive but a good time no doubt.

Air compressor in the kids ball o city area was so loud all the kids were covering their ears when it would go off. We were going to try to bowl but there were 11 groups ahead of us and the wait time was crazy. The video games were fun but my son was freaked out by the air compressor even in that area.

We enjoy sitting here while the little ones play in the play area. Its a nice play area with balls & tunnels to crawl up in. They also have tvs up with cameras so you can see your kids in the tunnels. My child & husband have played the laser tag. It was fun for them. In my opinion it was expensive. The food here is good too & my husband enjoys their beer options. The place is always clean. My only complaint this time is they've squished all the tables together in the play section near the tunnels to put in a huge wizard of oz coin game. It now feels very claustrophobic sitting there. Please find another place to put this. I hate sitting there now & it makes it harder to see what your kids are doing. It truly feels overly cramped now.

Fantastic place to take family and children for a great time. Many different kinds of activities . Modern & technically advanced facility. The food is actually very delicious. One thing I love is the easy chairs placed strategically in front of the huge jungle gym so parents can comfortably watch their children play. Now that is awesome.

Great place to go bowling with friends. I went here with a decent size group and thought it was loads of fun, but I don't think it would suit a single bowler very well, it's a little to flashy and definitely made for groups. The lanes and balls were in good shape, the scoring system was a little hard to figure out at first but after a few minutes we got the hang of it. Might come back every once in awhile if there's a big group.

staff seemed very plain and like they didnt want to be there. there was a very young child, looking to be about 3-4 years old running around everywhere by herself, i even watched her try to climb stairs you needed to be restrained for. the employee stopped her, but only let her run off somewhere else. the adult the girl was with really seemed to be drugged, and was very rude when i tried to inform that her kid was not safe. employees did nothing to make the woman care for the child who could have been abducted, or hurt. i dont feel comfortable returning.

Great place to take the family for a fun filled night. There is several different activities for all age groups. The food was good and priced right. The staff are friendly and helpful. I've been here both for work and family functions. This place is really fun, the bowling, arcade, and laser tag are all great. The only issue I have is the membership cards can be a little moody - tickets and cash don't always register correctly and we frequently have to work with the employees to make sure all the perks are loaded correctly.

I brought my family here to have a fun filled family day and instead was treated as if we were interrupting all of the staff members from their phones!!! This was absolutely the worst service I have ever received at a family fun center! Instead of making fun memories our day was filled with the irritation of trying to get staff to tend to the activities to actually play! And the young gentleman at the front counter was the absolute worst! He didn't explain anything at all! And trying to get him off his phone and pay attention to anyone was beyond ridiculous! We will never be coming back here which is unfortunate as it does look like it could be an extremely fun time had by all. Too bad your young staff members don't care about their jobs or their customers enough to make it the fun filled atmosphere that it could be!

Me and my family decided to rent out the bowling suite, Platinum package, as well as a room adjacent. When we got there, there was a miscommunication on whether or not we were allowed to bring outside food. Thankfully the manager said that it was okay and that next time it would not be allowed. There was also a mix-up and that are party room did not connect to the bowling suite, which we requested. This made it difficult to travel between the bowling party, and the party room. It wasn't the most difficult thing, but given that they were many small children it was a hassle. Also the four pizzas that came with the room or not very tasty. They were made to order, and brought to the party room. The package did include plenty of drinks, soda, and the hostes that was working with our party was pretty helpful. The major complaint I had that was during the bowling. Their system was extremely difficult to work with; making it hard to change names, add bowlers, and manage the child bumpers. We had to constantly wait and try and call the staff people to come and help us set it up. The interface on the bowling system was honestly subpar, exspecially for a private bowling suite.

On Friday, March 30th 2018 we went. I Used a coupon I found online for savings of $36 on each child!! I took 2 grandsons age 9&14, they enjoyed their time there. The soft pretzel was huge & delicious, all the employees were friendly & nice. The place was neat and clean. We did the upper zip walk, mini golf twice, laser tag, rock climb wall, and one boy was small enough for the climbing house. My 14 year old loved the Star Wars arcade game, the 9 year old loved the laser room challenge. Both had lots of fun doing laser tag. The glow in the dark mini golf was something the boys liked a lot, we did it twice! Overall I would definitely come back, this was our first visit and I live in Ohio, close to the state line, so not a far drive. $12 per child for 4 hours of fun was pretty decent!!

This is by far the best "entertainment center" around. Bowling, arcade, bumper cars, mini golf, laser tag, play pit area, and so much more I didn't include. It's my son, and nephews favorite place. It's also the best place for the parents too. Bar, restaurant. Arcade games for all ages. What's great is that it works if you need to kill an hour, or spend the entire day. Nobody has as many things to do in one place.
