Reserved this bowling lane for a church function. The mangers were not in sync with anything. Quoted one price when the reservation was made. Quoted another price when I went in to pay. The food that was ordered for the function (pizza) was horrible. I have never had cajun style pizza. The crust was burned beyond recognition. Some pizza's had entirely too much sauce. Some were made with no sauce. The lanes kept going down which made a problem for us getting all of our games in. The attitudes from some of the staff especially the kitchen staff was horrible. To order you had to go inside the bar where other patrons were ordering and sitting and consuming alcohol. So kids were subject to this. Asked for a manger and still waiting to talk to one three days later!

This was the worst experience of my life at a bowling alley!! The customer service was awful and the attendant was very rude!! I will not be returning to this place of business and im sure your experience will not be a good one either. They said kids bowl for free but i had 2 eight yr olds with me and had to pay $10 each for them. I read the reviews before I decided to go, and against my better judgement went anyway. People dont overlook the reviews 9 times out of 10 they dont lie!!

This is my usual weekend Go-To place. The first time I went it was great but it seems like it gets worse every time I return. Bar staff is completely rude. I had burnt fries and the lady said the kitchen was closed and couldn't fix them and the kitchen was definitely still up and running as food was still being delivered to others. Also the food seems to have no set portion sizes. I've ordered potato skins and the first time I got 6 of them and the next time only 4. Last week we had paid for 3 hours of bowling and our lane shut off after only 2.5 hours. The bowling balls aren't good at all. It's just really hit and miss at this place but somehow we can still always manage to have a good time!

I am looking for a comfortable, family friendly atmosphere. I have never been to Capri Lanes so were looking forward to it.

Was here for a group event and it wasn't the best experience. Two of the lanes we had kids bowling on didn't have working bumpers. Some of the lanes were janky and didn't stay in sync with the scoreboard . The pizza was good enough but it was like pulling teeth to keep ice water pitchers filled and plastic cups available. Will look elsewhere when we take the family bowling.

If you haven't bowled here...it's high time you do. Comfortable setting, friendly staff and to date..the #1 place for youth to make serious gains with their bowling skills without breaking the bank. All that make this place operate day to day make complete strangers feel like family. Also the absolute best Pro Shop in Ohio hands down. Golden in every way.

We (4 adults, 2 kids) went bowling on a Saturday night. The total was $72 for 2 hours of bowling. The lane started eating our balls and not returning them. We reset the lane 5 times, still no balls One of us went to the desk to let them know. It took them 15-20 minutes to get the balls returned. We started bowling again. Next thing we knew times up. They didn't even stop our time while they repaired the problem. They also didn't offer a refund or credit. We were very disappointed and won't be back! There are too many other nicer places to bowl in the area. This place is very out dated and the furniture was filthy.

Capri Lanes is a cool bowling alley with an appealing retro vibe. Price is reasonable. I paid $6.30 for three games. I like the couches but not so much the rail ball returns or small scoring station. I was there on a week day around 1pm and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. I'd definitely return.

We come to bowling every week and could not have a better experience. The African American manager is wonderful he is always friendly and accommodating. The facility needs some work and updating but love this place. The bar has amazing food also.

Went to bowl buddy doubles there they did not know the format or did. They. Listen to anyone we bowled 4 frames wrong and had to start over. Vacuum cleaner must of been broke.20 to 25 minute lane down time .If you want to hold a tournament act like it.Very disappointed .3 teams on 1 lane. 1 team on several lanes they finished a hour before we did very poor good service bar.

I met high school friends I hadn't seen in 30 yrs. with my family here. I ordered a large pizza, bone in wings & pitcher of coke. However they brought out boneless wings. Which I have never ordered in my life b/c I don't like them. I went to return & man...I can't even preface with "gentle"...who brought them asked what was wrong. I told him I ordered bone in & he started yelling & disrespectfully talking to me saying I ordered boneless wings & should have checked a receipt that only had total cost of order & no breakdown. Then the gentleman who took my order agreed it was his mistake. Which by then the other man had gone of one me so bad, was so rude & disrespectful I likely asked for my money back & didn't spend another dime beyond what we had already spent. Then you top this you had to be careful where you stepped in the eating area around your lane our you could fall through floor. My son stuck his fingers in a ball & pulled back something gross. I was not happy with the experience at all. Have never been here & definitely will never again. So I definitely don't recommend.

The staff is extremely helpful. Bob, in the pro shop is a pro at drilling balls, providing tips and overall a great guy. Bill, the bartender is awesome!!! And the guy at the desk on Thursday nights, sorry can't think of his name right now is very friendly!!! Would recommend this place to anyone!!!

Employees suck!! They're a so rude! We paid an arm and a leg.. Took my daughter and little brothers to bowl.. Our balls kept getting stuck.. The screen/system messed up.. And they refused to refund our money!!!! Just because we bowled 2 frames!!!! Don't waste your time and money!! Go to Poelking lanes instead!!!

Place was fanatic for us as they were able to accommodate our large party early in the day. Although not much to look at from the outside, the inside is clean and well maintained. A full bar with a great selection of craft brews. The food was decent, but did take a bit to come out due to the rush of orders.

Great time bowling, no issues with lanes and great customer service. Only issue, has a big enclosed bar behind the lanes and not a great family place after 10pm as people are intoxicated and loud. Advise to take kids prior to 8pm and avoid weekends as when I went with my family couldn't even hear them a foot away as there was so many people "partying".

Went to a B-day party with friends and enjoyed myself it was also $1.00 day and we made out pretty well drinks, food, games were a dollar which isn't a everyday thing but it was nice to catch it on a b-day. Very nice staff and accomadating.

The gentleman ruining the front counter was extremely rude. I was in there on a Saturday afternoon with my family ranging in age from 77 to 3. He acted extremely inconvenienced by us. Very rude was quoted one price and he charged us another. No posted prices. I do have to say the food was good and everyone in the 'bar' were very helpful and nice.

It was alright. The system messed up the score. If there was 1 specific pin left standing and the rest were gone it counted as a strike. You could hit a gutter ball and it'll say you had one. We got a cheese pizza which was pretty good. Super cheesy. My friends had the drinks and the bartender was pretty cool. They enjoyed the drinks.Went to the cosmic bowling but they had no music playing? A bummer.

We went on a Sunday night, and it was almost empty inside, so it wasn't crowded, and that was nice. The staff at the counter were not very pleasant, and one of our lanes kept malfunctioning. We asked for help a few times and they were very reluctant to do anything about it. When I went to the restroom to wash my childs hands, there was no soap at all in there, which makes me wonder how the staff are washing their hands??? We ordered a pizza and wings, and although they tasted fine, we were very sick the next day. For it to be more expensive than a few other places, I was just expecting things to be a little better.

This place is absolutely insane at the people they allow to work for them. They put on such a front that they do great kind things having special needs events and helping homeless teens, when in reality the man Rock who claims to head such events only looks to take advantage of persons who are less advantage. He lures them in with his kind acts and uses this place of business as a front so he can take what ever he can from persons who trust him to help them. He is hateful to all the people he works with, making false claims about them to try and get them fired from their jobs and does it without remorse, and creates illusions that he is the good guy, he is rude to patrons and thinks he is better than everyone. Its sad that so many less fortunate come there and have a love for such a cold man who could careless about someone unless he is befitting... the public should be aware of the facade that this man has created within this facility for the past 14 years... its scary and sad how he has manipulated this business to prowl for his victims...Beware! and I only gave one star because it required so...no stars needed for the disgusting behaviors that happen in this business

My Dad & I went to see Bob Kelly at the Golden Approach Pro Shop today. He was great to work with! He drilled our balls on the spot and even lent us his bowling shoes (we did not have our equipment) so we could test our new ball. He took his time and most importantly, the ball fit was spot on. Fun place, decent beer prices. Update Jan 16 2018. Was denied practice lanes for some crazy sounding reason. After calling and confirming that they had no league play that day. My sister and I came there to practice. We both bowl in leagues. The alley was empty. Not a soul bowling. I thought this is good, quiet lanes like the pros. Oh no, we can't get two lanes, because the manager didn't want to burn up lanes. Didn't even understand what that meant. Didn't argue, just confirmed that we cannot have two lanes. Turned and left for Polking lanes on Woodman. Got two lanes no problem, and there were sixty to eighty people there.
