Terrible time, only got to bowl maybe 45 mins some bs about the lanes already being on and we started bowling at 7 after 4pm, won't recommend it to anyone

I would give less if I could, I am extremely upset!!! I have never had a bad experience at this place until today but this is to much not to share. Every year I bring my daughter for the last 4 years. I got 4 of the specials, 4 pizzas,4 pitchers of pop and 2 hours bowling on each lane for 2 lanes. We did not get our drinks until our first 2 pizzas where all ate, I had to ask and still had to wait the guy just said he was working on it but only stood there. The pizzas did not taste right, something was definitely off because all 4 tasted funny. Definitely not what I expected being a yearly return customer. Very short and confused acting, everytime we had to ask for something or about anything. Never got plates or napkins for our first 2 pizzas, I had to go to the bar and ask for plates and napkins, that they gave me, so I asked if they could get me my drinks too and they told me they could not help me to go back to the front desk and wait on the guy up front, that I already asked. Lol. As I am writing this post still in the bowling alley, to top it off they just shut our lanes off an hour early and argued with a member of our party, so I went up to the front desk just for him to say oh you're right I got a confused. WOW!!! Never again, very unprofessional for the amount of money I am spending and have a party of 15 people!!! And I had reservations, so us being here was no surprise to them!!!

Staff is unfriendly at best. Don't expect to customize your pizza order, they will only do what they want to do, not what your family needs. Too bad, it used to be a fantastic place to hang out and eat great food.
