Rough. Is the best description I have for this establishment. My clients described the bathroom as “a dump”. I dislike rating places so poorly; however, when I’m not the only one in my group to point things out it’s hard not to.

Good deals for parties of 4 interested in Bowling and food. Tuesdays are 2 bucks. Pretty good pizza, rest of the food is mediocre. Over priced drinks. 90% of their balls suck; most are chipped & they only have 3 weights for their balls. Their ramps for little ones are falling apart held together with tape. Staff is usually only 1 or 2 people so they are hard to hunt down because they have a ton to do. But they are always friendly!

Needs a major makeover. Bowling balls always getting stuck, food was mediocre. If this place was updated it would really change the feel and atmosphere. Currently it appears a bit rundown. Cosmo bowling is fun.

Lane had multiple issues through the 2 hours we were there. Their maintenance guy was no where to be found. Another employee stepped to help resolve the issues - the front counter lady and bartender were awesome at resolving the lane issues.

Giving this place 3 stars for now, I'm all about giving people another chance.. I brought my family here for a little spring break fun, the lady at the counter wasnt very pleasant.. she seemed to be bother by us asking questions. We had never been so not knowing how much things were, if we pay now or later.. just rude responses everytime. The place is very clean, people were wiping down tables all the time so it was great to know they keep up with that.. the arcade wasnt that great there were many games not working and it takes alot of tokens for just 1 turn. We r hoping we have a better experience next time if not we wont return and spend our money elsewhere.

The staff was awesome! My lane froze up a few times because the pins would get stuck. No big deal. They fixed it immediately. The facility was clean. They have an arcade, pool tables, a bar area, food. I will definitely be back!!

My friends and I came here one night to bowl, and this is an awesome place. It doesn't just have bowling, but it also has paintings or pictures of bulldogs, for Brownsburg's mascot, the Brownsburg Bulldogs. I'm not a huge fan of the bulldogs, but I have a friend who goes to Brownsburg schools, and I assume he likes the bulldogs. This is not the only time I've been here, but I've been here about 3 times only. I think this is a feature of what to do in Hendricks County, and it might also be on the Visit Hendricks County website. But we will come back here again, that is for sure.

Awesome place for kids. I went as a kid and it hasn't changed much. They have arcade games and stuff too but we stuck to bowling mostly. Good times! The glow bowling was fun for kids.

We are new to the area and were given a free game of bowling by them. When we showed the coupon, they didn't seem happy about it. The lane we were assigned was broken and spent more time waiting for lane service than bowling. Finally we were moved to a new lane :). We decided to have fun in the arcade after and the ticket amount the games displayed didn't match the tickets given, not a huge deal I just wanted to point that out. Overall we didn't feel welcome, but we bowled for free so we aren't upset.

Well, I got cut off on the phone trying to make a reservation. I understand that it was cosmic bowling night but that shouldn't define the customer service aspect. Also they did not ask me if they could help me out with anything else and proceeded to the next call. But that could just be me nit picking.

If I could give it zero stars I would! We had coupons for 4 free games and we had 6 people. So we only had to pay for 2 games and a large pizza and 5 drinks and it was still $60! Ridiculous! Because even though you have coupons for free games, you still have to pay for the shoes which the worker didn't tell us when we presented the coupons when we first got there. All she said was okay, you pay afterwards so just bring the coupons back up when you pay. That's all she said, no mention that we will stay have to pay $20 to wear the shoes. Also, The pizza took an hour to arrive to our table and it was not busy, it was 3 pm on a Saturday. When we found out we were still paying $60 for 2 people playing one game of bowling and a pizza, we asked the worker why we were not informed that we were going to have to pay for shoes beforehand, she rolled her eyes and ignored us. I can guarantee that is why this place makes you pay AFTER you bowl, so they can throw charges at you that you were not expecting. This place is a mess! The worker was also extremely disorganized when we arrived, she was running all over the place not getting anything accomplished.

Had a great time at the bowling alley tonight with my brother. It's nice for adults because there's a bar attached to the bowling alley that has a greater variety of Tap beverages and on most weekends they have live music which may or may not have a cover charge for. The young ladies that we're at the front desk tonight or a blast. They made our experience fun and it was a nice change of pace to the other bigger, larger, corporate run type bowling alleys. Erica and Hannah will treat you right.

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to our visit. Pricing is outrageous for a bowling alley that hasn't seen updates in at least 30 years. 'Holiday price' was $4.45 a game with no option to bowl by the hour. Food was very poor and again, over priced. Seating is abysmal. On several lanes, I saw groups of seven people with only one table and four chairs. Everything is packed so tight that you'll constantly be bumping into the folks around you. Several lane breakdowns across several lanes during our visit. The mechanic was relatively quick, but there is only so much you can do when the equipment is that old. Finally, the service. The young woman working the counter could not have made it clearer that she wasn't happy to be there. When I questioned the ludicrous pricing, I was met with open annoyance, and even hostility towards the end. As someone who has worked in several bowling alleys over the years, I implore anyone reading this to look for your fun elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money.

This place has all of the up to date tech equipment, that I'm assuming makes it all easier for the bowlers. I'm 57 and when I first walked in to the bowling alley after not being in one, well, let's just say I thought I was looking at the equipment and the great designing of the furniture, I thought I had walked into a star wars space ship's bowling alley. Please go at least once u won't regret it.

Talk about a cluster***k of an excuse for a business , let alone alone a bowling alley. Maze a reservation for 10pm and was told there were no open lanes. An hour later, finally on a lane and the one person who knew how to push buttons on a register disappeared and had to wait to pay. The worst experience ever and the first ball hasn't even rolled yet!!!

Every time my family is here we have lousy service and the staff seems to care about anything but the customers. We don’t get the correct food or it’s over an hour wait. Manager was not cooperative and would not recommend for a bowling alley.

Awesome place! My family and I really enjoyed this bowling alley. The staff was efficient, friendly and food was delicious. We reccomend the pizza and wings! There is an arcade, pool tables and a bar for adult beverages. They had a great family package at a reasonable price. It was a wonderful way to spend time with the family.

I had a good time with my family this evening. However, the lady who works there (she was at the main counter, the food cpunter, and then at the ticket counter in the arcade) is extremely rude. Not only was she rude to the adults in our group but she was rude to my 4 yr old niece when she was picking out her prizes. It's a family entertainment area there is no need for that. She actually acted like we were inconveniencing her. If she doesn't want to interact with people she is in the wrong business.

Kids had fun. Understaffed. Nobody was around for my kids to redeem their prizes from tickets won in arcade. Waited for over 20 minutes after we alerted staff twice. Will be back to bowl. Suggestion to bring your own bowling shoes. The ones provided were really, really worn...even for bowling shoes.

Lanes seem to have a springboard effect on the ball. Not real impressed with the overall quality of the lanes. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. So if high scores are what your looking for stick to somewhere else but just to have a good time and roll some games it will do the trick.

I was so excited to go here for a girls' night, and while we can turn any situation into a fun experience, this place was just weird. We were there on a Saturday night and there were only two other groups bowling. Also, they played basically nothing but death metal constantly?? I don't mind metal or rap or country, but have a variety! lol Just a very weird environment here.

Had an AWESOME time! My little brother had his 9th birthday party here and everyone was super nice! Special shoutout to: Jamie! She was so sweet and super accommodating! There were times where we were definitely a handful but she never let it show that we were a bother and always got us what we needed with such a genuine smile. Jamie, if you ever see this, thank you so much for the wonderful service. Also, side note the actual bowling place is probably the cleanest one I’ve ever been to.

Service was terrible. If you know you have multiple parties at the same time you should staff appropriately. The cook was the only one who could serve beer because the other girls weren't of age so it took forever to get anything from the bar.

Inviting atmosphere, frendly staff, modern lanes, good upbeat music choices with a good sound system. Later asked and learned the lanes are aged about 15yr, but regardless I still call apparently electric-actuated bumpers and flat screen lane monitors 'modern'. Snack bar and arcade available inside (didn't try either at our visit). Would definitely bowl here again.

my friends and i went bowling together, we got two lanes and played one game on each lane after we were done we returned our shoes and our total was $99.25! this is way overpriced to be in a nasty environment including food and trash on our table, trash on the floor. no workers around to help and just overall a horrible experience. i have been to brownsburg bowl before and i could have never think to pay that much to bowl

While feeling slightly outdated, the bowling alley was clean and the staff were friendly. The selection of bowling balls in terms of sizes and weights was limited compared to my experience with other bowling alleys. In view of all this, I did feel the prices were slightly on the higher side, but not unreasonable. The one aspect I did not like was the requirement to scan my driver's license. In the age of data privacy concerns, this seems unnecessary and less than desirable.

Staff were very friendly, but at this current time they are severely understaffed, and we came on a Saturday and the place was packed. We had a couple technical issues with the rack system (not unusual for bowling alleys, usually not a big deal)but the lines were so long at the front desks that it would have taken forever to maybe get help. Drinks prices are awful, $3 for a small drink, $4 for a medium, I would sneak in your own drinks. I would may have given another star if they were staffed fully for such a busy time.
