Ripoff. 25 dollars for 2 games with my kid. Bumpers go up manually so if you ask for them, they stay up for the entire duration. Also, it was nice to stand there at the front desk while the employees chatted up their friends while watching us wait. That's always fun. Awful place.

Horrible. Smells rude employees, bathroom looks like it had never been cleaned. Shoes where nasty smelling sweat stained and poor fitting. Thugs hanging outside selling drugs. Will never go back. Very expensive an not worth the price. Save your money an bowl on the Wii.

The bowling area is well kept, but the rest of the facility is rather shabby. I attended a party there, and the service was slow. The staff were nice, but there weren't enough of them. The pizza is nothing special, but it is edible at least. Overall, a "meh" experience.

We had a group of 4. Played 2 games in 1 hour and had a great time. Fast service. Lanes and equipment were good. I had a little trouble finding a ball that was not too heavy, but eventually did.

Came here for a small work get together and we had a blast. The people in the alley (both customers and workers) were super friendly and social with us. We had a fun time and we played a couple of games and had a couple drinks at the bar too! I like the system they have for keeping track of the scores it is pretty fun.

Bowling was great! But the service sucked. There was one man working the entire evening shift. We ordered pizza when we arrived he could not make it because large groups came in he had to assist. Coukd not get drinks at the bar because he coukd not assist again. Needed change for vending machines he ran out of money. Had to call managment to come in bring money and assist with patrons. We spent well over 100 bucks with my party. Was not worth it at all. Thumbs down!!!!

The staff is nice and I loved the black light mini golf. Only complaint would be about other customers who were disrespectful. They left beer bottles and trash on the course and their kids would plow through the course without letting other groups of people go first. I thought 'its ok, theyre just kids, they dont know' but then the parents were rude also. I might come back at a time where less people are there.

So disappointed. $32.00 for 2 adults and one child to play a round of mini golf. Course is covered in graffiti. Ramps are broken. No place to put score cards. Downright eerie being back there unattended with no sounds or music or anything. They do not appear to serve food anymore. Their game room is just a bunch of non-games where you slide tokens around. Prize machine ate tickets without giving us credit for them. They need to give up and sell the place if they're not going to maintain or staff it.

Went on a Sunday afternoon. It was dead but took a few minutes before we were helped. Did the indoor minigolf and it was awkwardly quiet. The walls are covered in tags. About 1/4 of the blacklights were burnt out and some of the obstacles for the ball didn't have anything glowing so my date and I tripped on more than one as we followed the ball. Poor experience.

This place was horrible the staff was unprofessional as well as kinda rude they didn’t have a consistent ball sizes so i had to spend 20mins of my hour that i paid 31 dollars for to look for a ball that i needed. The bar was unattended and the only accepted cash which was kind of an inconvenience because i only have card. Overall this wasn’t it chief.

Do not come to this location – they are not accepting or willing to help facilitate people with disabilities! The staff at this location is not friendly and did not treat my disabled sister well. My sister had a very negative experience at this location and I am writing a review on her behalf. My sister has a disability (Down Syndrome) and when you meet her, you can clearly tell that she has a disability despite the fact that she is 23. Her friend took her to this location on October 20th for a fun afternoon of bowling and the staff refused to put up the bumpers saying that she was too old despite the fact that her friend explained that she has a disability. This was not a bowling competition – just a regular game with a friend. Her friend complained to the manager and still nothing was done so they were forced to bowl without bumpers and every ball my sister bowled went into the gutter. The staff was so rude about it that my sisters friend asked another friend to go in the following day and talk to the manager and the manager continued to insist that despite having a disability, they would not allow the bumpers to be put up.

First of all the service is terrible and I was standing too ask and said excuse me and 30 seconds later they responded also there over priced and we paid for 2 games and they only gave us 1 they have this stupid no bumpers 11 and up and it ruined our fun go somewhere else and have fun this isn't your place

I love arrowhead lanes. I really appreciate the workers. I go bowling very often. I love that they love bowling as much as I do. I bought my bowling ball from arrowhead and I will return to buy again. I think that the building needs to be renovated, however. :)

Worst Experience I have had, First they're bowling balls were to heavy for my kids, they just played pool while waiting for the pizza, which they screwed up the order, we dont eat sasuage and guess what they put? sasuage. We ended up going to jimmy johns. Do NOT Waste your money

The mini golf is overpriced and it isn't even fun. There was a wad of chewed gum by the putters,and he walls are wrtiiem all over. I looks like they put together to golf area in a day, and they put no effort in to making the course any fun. The bowling isn't as bad, but the mini golf ruined this place for me.

Decent lanes, not usually a wait even on Friday nights. Not a great ball selection, so you usually have to go with a ball that's out of your comfort zone. Good specials, though you have to ask for them. If your group could get the same thing at a cheaper price, they won't actually tell you that. They'll let you pay the higher price and you'll notice later that a combo or special would have made it cheaper. Not great, not horrible, so I have it a 3 star rating.
