The place is significantly dated which I wouldn’t mind if they would at least get new bowling balls. The balls have all sorts of dents and nicks. The bowling ball return machine kept transferring oil on the bowling ball. I’m guessing some part inside the machine had been oiled a little too much! So we literally had to wipe our balls each time before we bowled. I told the employee we wanted 4 games. I even asked to clarify do we have 2 games or 4. He said 4. We bowled 2 and our session ended. I asked what happened. “He said you “technically” played 4 games because there are 2 of you.” That is completely confusing and misleading. We played 2 games not 4 and explaining something that basic incorrectly and not willing to acknowledge it ruined our experience. We will not be returning. It’s a shame we have to go up north to get a quality bowling experience.

Okay My family works there. They are not rude people there very nice. i go there almost every day an bowl im on there teams. an they respect every bowler that is there. you may have a bad time there but every place has there ups an downs an this is my home. its like me coming to your house an say i hate it an tell every one i know not to ever go there.. how would that make you feel?? now i recomend this place because every one makes you feel at home:)

Started out with no practical bowling experience and not having played since I was a kid. These guys pointed me in the direction of a fun league to play in. The pro shop inside is run by really nice, very knowledgeable folks that care more about helping you than making a sale. It's all around a great place to bowl. I'd recommend it to anyone over nearby places.

Came in on a Sunday at noon and paid for games. Asked where the bar was after paying and was told it wouldn't be open until 3 or 330. No music and a loud fan led to a less than desirable bowling experience. Lanes were alright but technology was still from the 80s.

When we went, it wasn't too busy, but they were very short on shoe sizes (nothing between 10.5 and 14), and balls were very hard to come by, and the ones that were available were in awful shape. The whole place is also terribly outdated. On the plus side, the employees were very friendly.

We went for Cosmic bowling using a Groupon. We got there at 9:30 and the Groupon days you can't start until 10pm. The manager was nice enough to let us start 20 min early. Nonetheless, the alley we got kept get jammed and we constantly needed to call for help and since it's an older bowling alley, the bumpers don't go up and down :( I like the alley because it's seems to be a family business without all the hoopla of the more modern facilities. Although the alley is severly outdated, there is some leniency that comes with that. I would go again to bowl even though the lanes are janky.

Absolutely absurd. Wasted 2-hours waiting on Saturday night with a group of 4 people. Called our name after waiting patiently and then told us they wouldn't be able to put us in a lane because they were transitioning to Cosmic Bowling. Not my problem, they wouldn't process my refund at the store. Completely inexcusable to make people wait that long only to turn them away. If your into ruining group parties because they can't fulfill their end of the deal and wasting your time, this place is for you.

It was a disappointing experience bringing my family here. Our lane had to be reset about 40 times during 2 games. It was like stepping back into the 1980s and it looked like the bathrooms haven't been cleaned in over 30 years. I guess we made a mistake by going to Woodland on the north side, then coming here. Oh boy, what a huge difference.

I've been going to this place for over a decade. Prices have stayed reasonable, Lanes never seem to be in bad shape. Food is still the same menu of bar basics. The new shoes are a while lot better (looking, feeling, traction on carpet). I would recommend if your looking for a good bowling place.

The snack stand takes a very long time on Saturday nights to serve food they need more people to help then they tell you that they will bring you the food and never does you have to go get it after you get it'll be sitting on the stand for a very long time then it's cold after that once the time for bowel it's over they cut everything off after they start taking people late to come in for the 11 til 1am session so you don't get a lot of time because you worrying about the food so I suggest you eat before coming to bowel also for adult drinks you only get one drink per person no can ask for a empty cup because they think you going to bring in drinks so I suggest pre gaming b4 coming if you really wanna have fun

So my husband and I .Who are African Americans took our grandson 5 year old bowling. The power went out as we were returning our shoes to leave. My husband was speaking to the general manager. Kristin Smith who is Caucasian regarding us doing a fundraiser for his family reunion. As she was speaking she stated to my husband "sorry it's so dark in here i can barely see you" I immediately gave her business card back and said a few selective words to her. We spent well over $50.00 in this place and upon leaving was addressed with this IGNORANT comment. NEVER RETURNING AND WILL BE SPREADING THE WORD about the type of person that is left in charge pf this place. VERY PISSED!! 6/818 Reply to the Owner's comment... I'm not sure who you THOUGHT you spoke with but you have NEVER spoke to my husband about ANYTHING! you have not offered any type of discount as we are not interested in returning to your facility. You were not there during this incident so please do not fabricate the situation. I did not take ANYTHING OUT OF IT'S CONTEXT. As a matter of of fact that is EXACTLY WHAT TOOK PLACE. For you information..the power outage was not the issue at all as we know things happen. That did not affect our bowling as we were leaving when the comment was made. Not sure who you think you're dealing with but there is no reason for you to lie to cover up the inappropriate comment that was made to my husband for the sake of you business looking bad. My church uses your facility every year along with a couple of friends I have that are on leagues. They too will not be returning now more than anything due to yoyr reply not being true! A professional simple apology would have been alot better than you commenting on something you havent a clue about! Shame on you owner! No need to reply anymore for i will not go back and forth with you. In future i suggest you handle this more professionally than taking offense. Use this as a learning tool. No wonder your GM makes comments like that.. Look at the owner . wow. If Kristen is the owner.. Then it all make sense now why your reply was fabricated and if Kristen is the owner then yes you did give him information on you group rates but again...this was not the issue the issue was the very rude comment you made.
