For those saying that the lanes were broke and torn apart that is true they are taken apart every summer to find small items in the machines that are broken that you would not normally see that is routine maintenance that Viking performs every summer the women's bathroom has been completely remodeled to include a handicap bathroom as well as a baby changing table the men's room is slated to be remodeled I believe in January cannot have both bathrooms down at the same time for obvious reasons there has been a complete brand new air conditioning system installed and I can tell you the Cook's do wash their hands the review that stated otherwise below I don't believe I do believe that he was let go but that is beside the point both cook that are employed at the snack bar has gone through search their certificates are mounted on the wall the current management is trying very hard to build back up to visit and to provide a pleasant experience for everyone

Summer bowling is really great! Every single day is a SPECIAL. Today is Tuesday...cost of bowling is dependent on the temperature outside. Shoe rental is only $2.79 . We went with the boyz and because they are on the kid program they get 2 free games everyday. So the equation reads (Free + Free) + (2.79×2) + (.79×2) = Really cheap family night.

Tried to take the family out for bowling. 7 of us. Someone reserved the entire bowling alley for the whole night. No sign on the door. Next day we called to see if any open bowling. Leagues until 9pm. Worthless. The place also reaks of cigarette smoke.

This place was falling apart. Half the lanes were not only not working, but were taken apart with pieces displayed in the open. Maybe they are remodeling? The bar was nice and the bartender was friendly

Friendly staff, decent menu offered. Some of the staff didn't wash hands or wear gloves before handling food. That is unacceptable, not to mention a pretty gross turn off.

Kept messing up the score. Really beat up shoes. Lanes werent oiled. Lots of problems with lanes themselves. Wouldn’t recommend going to ever.

Horrible place to go....there is no bowling balls that are in good shape or that fit, either way to small of holes or super far apart, the shoes are horrible, stretched out holy and old... the management sucks! Waited for 30 minutes at the front desk saying we couldn't pay unless everyone from the party was present and when we got to the lane everything was messed up or not working... I asked for a refund for poor service and rude staff he said no Go bowl and that I'm not getting my money back... then I went up to the desk again and said come with me and try to find a ball he couldn't find one and said who cares it doesn't even matter.... (NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGAIN) please save your money and don't waste your time at this bowling ally!!!!

Every time I am there there is barely anyone there there hasn't been any updates and the place is looking old and rundown needs new ownership and a new makeover to get the crowd back in 2 bowling there again it is meanly getting business for bar only it is sad to see the place going downhill very disappointed

Not only did the ball take forever to get back to us after we knocked pins down but the lady at the front was extremely rude. My friends and I walked in and had to be greeted by a frown and a sigh. I don’t know her name but she was much older. There were a total of five of us and my friend had a card that gave us a free game for five people. The only thing we had to pay for were my friends shoes which were $3.25 because the rest of us brought are own. She ended up overcharging us not reading the card or listening when my friend had told her it was a free game for FIVE people. We were on a timed schedule and were confused since she didn’t say more than five words to us. We finished our game and figured out why it was so expensive. She had overcharged us. We went back up to the desk and told her that we thought she hadn’t overcharged us and explained why. She was so unfriendly it was hard not to be upset. She got back out the card and realized her mistake. When realizing the mistake, you would expect an apology but instead she said “you should have told me before.” Which we did. Not only did she not listen to us but she didnt do her job and double check the card either in the first place. After realizing her mistake, she looked us until I spoke up and asked for our money back. She gave us our money back still with an attitude. We left right after and was irritated that an employee had tried to place the blame on us instead of accepting her mistake and fixing it. She was nasty and mean. Hope to never come in and see her working there and if I do, I’ll be walking straight out.

Went in sat morning for a kids travel league game started at 8:30 am, lane broke guessing no one knew how to fix it our team and opposing team had to wait till others were either done or come back to get scores in. The ones who stayed waited 2 hours for open lane. Then was still having problems with Lanes not counting correct scores and scoring on wrong persons spot. Total of 3 hours spent for 3 girls to bowl 3 games. Not a fun way for them spend a sat morning. Not looking forward to next time we have to bowl there.

Half of the lanes were down and ours broke down 6 times before they moved us to another lane. 1 game of 3 people took a hour and a half because of the jamming of our lane.

Not a terrible place to go, they have for rails for kids and the ramps they can use instead of trying to roll the ball themselves. Overall, the place is outdated and a bit on the dirty side. They over oil the lanes, when your ball comes back, your hands are covered in oil. Can't get much spin on the ball because of the amount of oil

This place hasn't improved in the last ten years. I hate to speak ill of a business, but this place is atrocious. They provide high chairs and bowling shoes for toddlers, but no changing stations in the bathrooms. I probably would not have used them anyway. The women's room had a sign saying they were remodelling, but the mens room was absolutely disgusting. Huge hole in the wall between the urinals that emitted a vile odor. Curtains instead of stall doors. That can't be sanitary! All within feet of where they make food! I'm sorry to say this, but they should be shut down until the restrooms are fixed!

Many issues with staff not listening and taking advice and horrible technology (pinsetters, ball returns, etc.) Gutters need major remodel. Balls keep bouncing out of gutters while bowling. Also, "pro shop" drilled my brothers bowling ball completely wrong, and had to get it re-drilled multiple times. *bowl at own risk*
