It's ok. I know that it's a bowling alley, but it only has one pool table in the whole damn building! That really sucks! Drinks are not too expensive though.

I had my Daughter's Bday party on Saturday, May 19 , scheduling was easy and smooth . The day before my daughters bday party my Husband and I went to the location as advised by the "party planner " to drop off any decorations we might want on the tables , everything was fine until we asked marneee ( the party manager ) if we can request two lanes we preferred ,we understood that it wasn't possible we just thought we ask. The service we got from the marnee was horrible she replied very rude and unprofessional with no it's not impossible , she didn't fit in as a party planner for kids bday parties or any kind in that matter with her rude attitude and her customer service skills . we wanted to let her know what we would like to do in the 3 hours we payed during our party she rudely interrupted me and told me how the party was going to go , i wanted some time for my daughter to open presents and she seemed frustrated that we wanted it that , she made a comment about how kids might take the presents and at that point i was so disappointed that we left the place regretting we even booked a party there how she said it we needed to be out of the building exactly at 8:30 . Next day During the bday party some of my guests sat next to a table during the time i was busy another party host scolded them for using the paper plate settings that were placed on that table by this time my guests had already served themselves pizza , i noticed what was going on and walked over to her the host telling my guest to leave the plate settings on the table and move to the tables in my party i was beyond upset by this time while one of my guest saying "do you expect us to leave the plates we used already" ! i sat my guest by my area and went back and talk to the "party host" it was as simple as to let me know and we could've handle the situation differently i was embarrassed and upset. I asked her not to be rude to my guests I offer to pay her 20 dollars for the 4 plate settings they've used all that drama for 4 plate settings . I mean what is their problem do they have no manners or customer service knowledge . At this point all I wanted was for my party to end ,while we where cutting the cake Marnee the party manager came over to my table told one of the 12 year old girls to stop making noise and give our hostess space so she can help cut the cake I understand thats a reasonable request but again she needs to let me know , these girls were just excited theres no need for them to bother my guest . The only great thing about this whole experience was our Assigned party host don't remember her name but she was wonderful and she was kind and very helpful . This place is amazing very clean and everything looks great aside from marnee that is horrible customer service.

Plaza is always clean, customer service is great. It's a little expensive, but if want nice you gotta pay for it. The lanes are synthetic. They have a decent bar, as well as decent food and an arcade that keep you, your date, or the kids busy.They play good music all night and the customer service is always good. I come here often. Nice place for date night, family night and for bowlers...training night.

I would have given it 3.5 stars but google doesn't let you do halves. This is the only bowling place in town. It definitely has age to it but they do a pretty good job. weekends they do "Cosmic Bowling" where they turn off all the lights and turn on some little laser lights and black lights and let you bowl unlimited games from 9pm-12am, which I love. It's like 10 bucks a person but it's great for dates and hanging with friends. It is attached to a bar which makes the place smell like smoke A LOT. The balls are very worn with some chips, I always have a hard time finding a good ball but that's bowling for ya.

I'm giving this place 5-stars because it's the only bowling alley for 100 miles in any direction. I'm thoroughly impressed that they're still open after the bowling era has long since passed. Their pizza isn't all bad either. My main complaint is they don't have any kid-friendly weighted balls. You'll never get anything under maybe 10 pounds. All that said, this is the place to go bowling if you're nearby. They technically have just about everything you'd need to have a good time.

Smaller bolwing alley but still good lanes. Nice older vibe/look to the place. Had food court and full bar. Good prices on drinks. There is also an medium sized arcade. The best part over all is there two level Lazer tag area. It was very fun with lots of hiding places and barriers. It's totally different being able to move up and down floors to hide and shoot. I recommend for all ages. Parents let's your kids have a round then get all the adults im there next it's a blast.

This was my first time visiting Plaza lanes. My only complaint is that our lane pins were not all scooped up after the pins were hit. Other than that, very clean. Very nice staff. I will visit again.

The bowling alley was nice. The waitresses we're nice and not rude. The food was okay but the nachos were cold and the pizza was good and it was fresh. It wasn't a long wait for the food. Overall I had a good experience and I will come back.

Plaza Lanes has a great staff and I highly recommend going there for family entertainment as well as league bowling. It's nice to go to a center where the employees care and work hard to keep the center clean and a fun place to be. They have a great menu as well. The owner also offers pro shop services and does a great job.

It's fun all the same, and I didn't have a bad experience. However, it's an old bowling alley. It doesn't feel really clean. And it could use a facelift. Stanley steamer couldn't save their carpets. The equipment feels like it's from the 80s. The bumper for my son didn't have any bounce back. His ball ramp was rickety. We had a good time, but the environment is lacking.

It was perfect for our family with little ones! We had a nice cozy corner all to ourselves, although the lane kept sticking and had to keep putting our game on hold. I loved having non smoking there. They charged our little ones adult pricing when I felt it should be less for a 3 and 4 year old. They said due to high traffic time yet we were the only ones there. Still loved it, as that was also the reason I thought it was perfect for us.

Good inexpensive food, good deals on bowling. My daughter was part of the Kids Bowl Free program and had 2 free games offered everyday. I took advantage of the Family plan and my husband and I bowled for the whole summer for 20 bucks. Never overly crowded and great place for families, groups of friends or date night.

Thanks to the blizzard on January 12 Plaza Lanes was empty on January 13 for my sons birthday. My first time here and I was impressed. My sons 8th birthday was a blast. Having been to some extremely large laser tag facilities Area 51 was impressive. The alley was very clean. There is a decent looking bar and a snack bar that looks good enough to have us discuss coming back for a family night out. The boys loved Area 51. Kenzie took care of the party of boys AMAZINGLY! No wonder my boys want to keep coming back and never want to miss a party here. The arcade has SKI BALL, yeah!!! Two hours for the party was probably 30 minutes too long.

Great house, awesome food! As a bowler it's pretty simple; lanes in good condition, clean, etc. However, I wanted to leave a review on that kitchen staff and food! I made sure I got their names so credit can be given where it is absolutely due. Stacy, Megan, Becca, and Lexi are phenomenal! Every time I walk up to the counter they are always recommending dinner options for me and are always very helpful. They also make some very tasty food in a very timely manner. Please recognize these women, they are an asset to the establishment. Come to bowl, grab some food, return for the service!

I give this so called business NO STARS but I have to give one to post my warning to the public. They destroyed a brand new ball and their solution was to plug it. There are 4 plugs in a ball that has only been used for 2 months. Not some place I would recommend going to if you want to keep your balls from being damaged.

There was no customers there. It wasn't even busy. Walked in with my kids and I asked for a menu and the guy there didn't even say hi or welcome us. I asked for a menu and he rudely said by the register. How would I know it's my first time there. I asked if he was with the bowling place and he answered rudely I am the only one here.. I told my kids let's go.. even my daughter felt he was rude and suggested we leave too. I would have really enjoyed it with kids since we are not from town. But hopefully one day i come back with better service and get to enjoy this place with my kids. Hopefully in the future.

Brand new parking lot! Great lanes, very clean, friendly staff; from the front desk to the arcade, with the bar and concession stand in between. They have two sides and offer blacklight bowling too. 10 outta 10 recommend.

My first time here but my wonderful wife and son love it. Last night i went for the first time and i loved it. Everyone's nice here and the customer service and cleanliness is outstanding. The washroom's are clean enough that you can eat off the floor. I recommend everyone to come to plaza lanes here in highland.

I am so in love with this place. I don't hang out anywhere other than here or at home. The people are so nice and it's always really clean. You can tell they take pride in their work over here. Keep up the great work! There is an amazing and relaxing atmosphere at all times but there is just enough going on at a time to still have atmoshere. If you want to relax and not worry about life for a minute this is my number 1 recommendation.

We had an awesome time bowling today. The place was clean and the food was good. You're missing out on fun if you don't visit Plaza Lanes. It's local, friendly, and definitely something you can enjoy as a family!

It was clean, no smoking, and there was a section for the bar that only 21 and up can go. And service for food was done in a timely manner! Bathrooms were sooo clean as opposed to other places that neglect to clean. They have drinks through a vending machine or fountain drinks (or pitchers) and pizza, hotdogs or platters for large groups. The prices are not that high either $3 for shoe rentals and $4.75 per game on Sunday, other days the prices are lower and they have discounts for seniors (weekdays I think and Saturdays but not Sundays: $4.75 is the price for everyone on a Sunday) and kids discounts too. This place also has those bars that pop up on lanes for newbie bowlers to help their game. Only one negative for me: there was only one pool table in the whole place! :)

Umm So yeah... more like " Plaza Lames" The staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and untidy and just generally unhappy . He seemed to delight in giving women men's shoe sizes. The score boards don't work. I was truly embarrassed takng my family, that were former league members here. What a shame!
