I don’t come here often and I remember why now. Saturday night they know it is busy. 1 person on the counter as usual. Lines long as usual. Lady at the counter running around with her head cut off trying to take care of customers nobody helping her. They want to know why businesses are failing and moving out in this country, that is a perfect reason get more people on the front counter to help! Start paying more! Lady on the counter had a complete attitude which I understand why. But still was not surprised with her attitude towards myself as a customer. This place is a dump and needs to be remodeled with employees and a manager. I won’t be coming back here again because of the way I was treated at the front counter by the lady.

There service is great at times but there arcade is kind of out dated. There bowling lanes are about 10 years old (an employee told me this), this being said your ball gets stuck more than it will at other bowling alleys. All and all though it is still a good place for parties or even just a night out.

I'd been coming here for years, but I won't be back after this utterly aggravating experience. Saying this place has gone downhill would be an understatement. Pool was $20/hour. Twenty dollars! A $2 game of pool is overpriced anywhere when you have a full bar, and that's if there are decent tables. Here they have at least five tables with significant rips in the felt. The return rails are bent and balls get stuck if they don't just fall on the floor instead. There was half empty plates and glasses laying around everywhere that people left hours earlier. There was a freaking dried out pickle sitting on a counter in there. DISGUSTING! And the worst part: went to order a cup of tea off the menu that clearly offers "coffee/tea" ..... no tea. Oh, and no coffee either just FYI.

I liked that they had lights on half way down, as I'm not a big fan of cosmic bowling. Lanes seemed kinda dry (not too surprised on a Friday evening), but I was able to adjust my throw to start getting better hits. Staff was friendly and quick.

No way to contact this location, as phone number only goes to menu, but no extension reaches an actual person. Cannot find out if they have open bowl. Might be a good place, but no way to know without driving there to find out if there are open lanes or not. Lame sauce.

I can only say that the pizza here is trash do not get it you won't be happy. But if you a little ceaser/Frozen pizza freak and you don't care about the flavor? You're at the right spot. Other than that? The pool tables are nice and the rest of the place it's ok to have fun with friends.

Great place to go bowling. They have unlimited bowling on Monday's and Friday's and on Sunday games are $2.50 a game. Albeit the food is a little pricey for the quality, everything else makes up for it. They have an arcade for kids and you can play pool in the billiards lounge. Overall a great place to knock down some pins.

I was here for a tournament and the bowlers area was really dirty as if they didn't even clean after the night before. There were limes on the floor and sticky spots. The approaches were also dirty too with oil spots that I ended up cleaning myself. Went to the front counter twice and never saw the woman working there to ask for help. And the parking lot has huge pot holes all over the place. Beware!

We had a great experience at the Mount Prospect Brunswick Zone. My son loves to bowl and they have encouraged him. They have a great staff. This Brunswick Zone has a good arcade and pool tables if you choose to do more than bowl. Given that I have a child, I like that this place is clean!! The lanes are always getting waxed daily to make the lanes great to bowl on. They work hard to keep this place a great place to be with family or friends.

I’ve had a great experience at the Mount Prospect Brunswick Zone. My son loves to bowl and they have encouraged him for the last 4 years. They have a great staff. This Brunswick Zone has a good arcade and pool tables if you choose to do more than bowl. Given that I have a child, I like that this place is clean!! The lanes are always getting waxed daily to make the lanes great to bowl on. They work hard to keep this place a great place to be with family or friends.

Had a very poor experience. Went in on 3/26 around 8pm with friends from out of town. Went up to the bar and attempted to order a pitcher of beer for me a friend who was coming to join us later. When I asked the bar tender for a pitcher I was ordered to have my entire group of friends to show there id's. (Mind you this has never been enforced before.) When I tried to explain that they wouldn't be drinking she turned around and served three more customers who had come up to the bar after I had. After serving them she tunred to me and asked for my ID which she heavily questioned. Once I got my pitcher and sat with my friends who weren't drinking she has the audacity to walk over to the table and quote say to one if my friends "if I see you drinking one more time I will call the police". The amount of disrespect from this bartender was absolutely uncalled for, my friend was not drinking and to threaten a customer without reason is absurd. I have been going to this bowling alley since I was a child without any issues and thought it would he a good place to bring my friends from out of state for a good time. I was sadly mistaken.

Loved the quick and friendly service. The lighting makes it that much more fun. Great music selection and reasonable food prices. Enjoyed there pizza and fries. Prices per game on both pool and bowling are higher than I remember but it had been almost 2 years since I last came to this location.

This place is absolutely ridiculous!!! We drove 20 minutes to get here for a 2 hour unlimited special. We were planning on spending money at the bar and everything. They told us they were closing an hour early because they weren't busy enough. We would have spent over $100 there but instead will never return. The guy at the front was terrible and rude to us.

I have come to this place about 5-10 times so far with my family. We have fun but some times the bowling balls get stuck and one has to wait for about 5-10 min untiled they get fix and you lose that time you wont get it back.
