Nice place to bowl a few rounds after the kid got out of boot camp. Right next door to the Holiday Inn which was super convenient. Typical bowling set up with an arcade, a couple pool tables a snack shack and a bar.

The inside looks much better than the outside. Nostalgic feel to this bowling alley. Friendly staff, clean and not crowded. The only reason for a 4 instead of 5 is no food service and little understaffed. I definitely recommend and would come here again.

Actually if there was zero star I’ll give them nothing. These people are so greedy. They can even offer you something to drink when you’re playing the slot for hours. This is only place that I have gone to play slot machine and don’t offer a free drink. And when I say free drink a pop/ soda. Plus they’re prices are ridiculous over price.

Clean, non-smoking place that doesn't limit the time. You only pay for the number of games played. They honored a military discount and we saw plenty of service members. We had a blast.

My family visited this place from SC and it was terrible! The manager shut our game off at closing before we were done. He didn't give us a warning or anything. He was very rude and he had no regard for us at all. I will not return to this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay away. It's beyond terrible with customer service.

Agree with other poor reviews; customer service was terrible and they seemed bothered that we were there. 3 people, 1 game with shoes was $50! Bathrooms were dirty, carpets stained and someone's car was broken into in the parking lot while we were inside. This was at 2pm!

Great place to go bowl, they have been renovating the place slowly over the past few months and I have to say it is looking a lot better. The prices are not bad either and they have nightly deals. For those who want to enjoy bowling a little more they also offer leagues and lite leagues just for fun

Its not a bad place the price, I was expecting it to be very expensive.The food was good & reasonably priced. The only issue I had was with the score monitor for our particular lanes, the letter keys were off. Update or fix the monitors & they'll get that 5th star. Overall it's a nice place for family fun!!

The customer service couldnt be any worse. The cashier threw my debit card back at me once she swiped it. She was very rude altogether, as if we were a bother. The machines to input the bowlers names barely worked.

Not run well at all ,, talked to management about a adult birthday party there ,, the location and amenities were perfect and even was willing to pay extra for their over priced food ( must use there caterer ) but when I went to book and pay the manager was no longer employed there and they wanted to charge me double then what been discussed ,, we changed locations to a bowling alley in Racine Wi. "LANES ON 20" it was fantastic and way less money,, we received the same as we originally planned for several hundred dollars less,, , so thank you Brunswick for sucking you save me hundreds of dollars! #BOWLATLANESON20

Dirty, even for a bowling alley. Little pride in ownership. Empty liquor bottles in parking lot (more of a reflection of the area than this business). Everything you touch is sticky and dirty. Smells like the carpet hasn't been shampooed in a decade. Dirty glasses left on bar from previous night. Concessions worker unwilling to provide more than three extra styrofoam plates and a few napkins for a child's prepaid birthday party. Manager on duty was pleasant and much more accommodating, saving the location from one-star review.

This place has lots of weekday specials for cheap bowling and drinks. We went on a Monday night and payed $10.89 per person for unlimited bowling and shoes includes. Everyone had a blast and will def come again.

I bowl here every Tuesday for league play. Overall it is good. They do seem to be under staffed at times which is why they get 4 stars. I think the food for a bowling alley is actually pretty good. Good manager, very reasonable.

Terrible, terrible experience. I won't be recommending any of my friends, family or anyone looking to bowl. I came in with my kids and our first game went ok. The second game, the lane malfunctioned so we had to switch lanes. We got started on our second game, and there were more issues. The ball return had a bunch of balls stuck and maintenance came out and unplugged the balls. When I was given the ok to bowl, once again no balls were returning. I was frustrated because I spent good money here to have a good time but I couldn't wait for the staff to fix the issue. My time was limited with my children for the day and it was wasted on poor maintenance and my kids missed out on having a good time.

My family went there on a Saturday evening around 8pm. Hadn't been in a while so we were surprised that the parking lot was nearly empty. It's usually packed with a short wait; this time it was barely 1/3 full. The food was great. The front desk service was not and the price for bowling was too high. The pin mechanism on our lane malfunctioned twice and we were told they did not have the staff to reset the pins. Sorry... we were disappointed with the price, lack of response to their problems, and we won't ever go back. Would have rated 1 star, but we did enjoy the food service.

The place was fun my family had a good time. Food was little costly but it was ok to eat. The only thing is we couldn't find little kids bowling balls because they where out around the Alley. Beside they it was really fun. Will visit this place again.

Went with my wife and kids and got turned away with at least 20 lanes available.....and the guy said we have a tournament...but the white couple behind me got a lane.....??? Never would I go there again and on top of that he said Sunset lanes should have lanes available for you.
