When we arrived we were put on lane 7. The food ordering machine was very slow. When we told the manager he simply said, “yes I have these systems.” Then when we asked if the order had gone through he said no after checking. We then showed him on the bank account that it had gone through. Then when he asked what we had ordered he questioned us and said if that’s what we ordered then it would have been more. He finally found the ticket in the back which showed we had ordered what we had stated. 5 minutes later, he comes back and says he needs to move us to another lane. When asked why, he said because there was a party scheduled for our lane and we needed to move. I told him this was just a disappointment after disappointment. After all this, he offered us 5$ credit on video games...poor excuse for a manager and customer service.

I recently threw a baby shower for my girlfriend last weekend at Bowlero. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The room was clean, anything we asked for we were given within a timely manner, and the attention we were given was beyond my expectations. Destiny and Tony (the manager) were amazing! I definitely would recommend this location, their team is the epitome of customer service.

Large bowling facility with arcade room, laser tag, bar, restaurant and many lanes for bowling. Great for parties and events. Does get very busy on the weekends. One thing that bothered me was the amount of alcoholic beverages left unattended and discarded by adults in what is clearly a kids area-the arcade. Music plays continously loud so you'll need to be prepared for the loudness. Otherwise a good place to go. I went on a Saturday night for an event. Would probably prefer to go early in the weekday.

It's a nice place. Probably a good place for some bowling and drinks at night. However we took our kids during the day and for us it was over priced, and food wasn't that great. I'll probably give it another try, but wasn't impressed for the family experience.

Went with my wife and 3 kids Saturday evening and it was a poor experience. No open lanes, no pool tables, and the front bar was closed. We waited at bnb the main bar for 25 minutes to get 2 bad large marges. The food was ok but took a long time to get and was not even hot. The kids did have fun at the arcade and lazer tag but the overall experience wasn't worth the $225.

There was quite a long wait for just about anything I had wanted to do with my friends. It was a Saturday night with bad whether so I will give them that. The staff was very friendly and handled the situation well. What u was bothered by the most was the amount of unoccupied lanes and the large groups that would block most of the walk ways. Everything else was great though.

Slower then slow service over an hour for bar food never asked for refills...worst is you tip upfront on the order machine. Place was empty...mid weekend day...never again unless working with a large group....then you gets the Queen's service.

Can't beat going to a bowling alley on a sunday night. There was a lot of open lanes and it wasn't busy at all. Going here after 8 PM only cost us $3.15 per person per game. With 2 games and shoes rental it was only $22 and some change. You can also sign up to be an MVB and get $20 off your first visit. So we actually walked out of there paying only $2.32

At almost 7 dollars a game and 5 dollars for a bottle of Coors light it' a bit pricey. The food was good but it took a while to get it. It wasn't that busy 30% of the lanes were being used and I didn't really see many people eating..

Had a great time with my friends! Was the first time I went there and was helped by a girl with red curly hair (I think her name was Nicketa?) and another girl with half a shaved head (CJ or JJ or something). They helped us out and suggested we do the arcade. Would definitely recommend that, it was fun!!

Great place to bowl but the food service is super slow. It took over 30 minutes just to get an order of loaded fries, and when the guy came out with the order he was clueless as to who ordered it, he went to the wrong table. The bar closest to the door is slower than the bar near the bowling lanes, it took over 5 minutes just to get a beer.

Cool place for parties and feeling like a kid again. The interior design is beautiful. The bowling experience was rad with the touch screen menus to order while gaming. Plus nice bar atmosphere.

Fun way to beat the heat. They have some great deals if you go during the week. Watch for specials on their website. Food and drink menu had quite a bit of variety. Laser tag was fun and the arcade was good way to finish up the day. Great place if you have kids of different ages.

Many lanes are available to roll 10 frames. Nearly always one or two are open. Gets kinda crowded on league night and special all you can bowl nights on weekends. The arcade is also really fun. The claw machine is hard to win, but every time i have gone here i have saw at least one person win. They also have a really nice fire place at the bar.

I was very disappointed with the staffing when I took my kids here last Saturday. We have never been here before and it was quiet difficult to find staff to get help. We found out that 1 person was supposed to help all of the customers for the laser tag and arcade, which is crazy. A couple of people gave us their laser tag tickets because they couldn't wait any longer. When we finally got in for laser tag, the staff member couldn't count and had too many people in and not enough vests. 3 people had to leave for us to play. When we got to the location we put our names in for bowling. They told us there were 20 groups ahead of us, and when we looked around there were open bowling lanes. When we came back to check on the wait list there were still a bunch of groups still ahead of us and there were other lanes open. This place is so disorganized and understaffed. I can't imagine we will ever come back.

I came here expecting just another bowling alley but Bowlero was so much more. Not only do they have an arcade, but they also have laser tag and a full bar and restaurant! This place has something for everyone at a price that is right for any budget.

They say their hours are until 11 but they close down at pretty much 10:30. They put the barriers up on the lanes at that time and you can’t bowl after that. Pretty bizarre, they should probably look into changing their hours if they’re going to do that.

Decent food, plenty of different things to do, but the service was extremely slow. They didn't have enough people working for a Saturday night. Only one guy behind the bar in front and two ladies behind the bar between bowling lanes(which this bar should be bigger). Bartender warned us the kitchen was going to be slow due to many large parties, and it was. But again, it's a Saturday night, you should have more people working.

Not bad. Couldn't find pricing anywhere. So here it is for everyone. 4 shoe rentals $19.76, played 8 games $31.92 = $51.68 for 4 people to play two games and rent shoes. Not terrible. You know what was terrible, paying $16.20 for 4 sodas because we couldn't get a pitcher, we weren't a party. What kind of stupid rule gets made you cant buy a pitcher of soda? Ahhh. The one that wants to gouge the heck out of their customers. It's a bowling alley. Loud music etc etc. Nothing fancy. Lanes are nice, bathrooms clean, it's a big establishment, there is laser tag and some games. Beat up ol mustang in the front lobby. Not even sure what that's about.

American Wheelchair Bowling Association

Our association just had its 2nd Annual Midwestern Invitational at Bowlero. It was a 4day weekend event of competition wheelchair bowling. Some of the best from around the country in the sport. This was a first for Bowlero hosting a wheelchair bowling tournament but they did an excellent job especially the management team of Brandon, Ross, and Arnold. They were always there each day early enough to assist me with setup and to manage whatever need I had arise for that morning. They were professional. They listened and responded to our needs and they learned from mistakes. The facility was very accessible and clean and the lanes were always dressed for competition. Great job Bowlero. We appreciate all you did this weekend.

Went with friends Saturday night. Bowling was fun, but drink orders were wrong. Go to the bar and service was slow. Alcohol to drink ratio was decent when we finally got a bartendar to help. Wouldn't mind if it was busy, but there were hardly any customers. Arcade service was slow to help fix an issue with one of their machines. Person who helped us was polite. Not to impressed with this Bowlero. If it wasn't for the bowling, I would have given this place a 1-star.

Me and my boyfriend came in to celebrate my birthday. We waited an hour and a half in line. We got our lane which had a dirty table covered in food.Then once we were done we had to get back in line to pay. Which took 2 hours!!! The poor girl alone at the counter was extremely overwhelmed. There was no manager in sight until the end. We saw him putting away shoes while this girl was still all by herself tending to the line that was almost out the door full of angry people. Once we got the front she sincerely apologized to us. After all it wasnt her fault. She even gave us free arcade cards because we had a horrible experience.

Most of the staff here needs to be retrained.There so unprofessional,rude,they give u attitude.Everytime I leave from this place I’m always unhappy and I go here a lot and I spend money every time.Even most of there managers are very unprofessional. No manager should ever tell a customer they are being a inconvenience never have a problem at other bowleros only the Romeoville location when you go to the Buffalo Grove location the managers and staff are friendly and welcoming I never have a problem at that location.

This place only cares about parties I’ve been there a couple times to bowl with my wife both times I’ve been told it’s a half hour to 45 minute wait they take your phone number and an hour and a half to two hours later they might text you. They have a nice looking bar there but for some reason 3 1/2 hours before an event that happens there they’re closed most places I know close the bar and hour before a party not 3 1/2 hours. This place might be good for parties and corporate events but that’s all I would say I won’t go there unless my work or someone else has a party there

The place was nice, we had fun. But the drinks were expensive and the service wasn't the best/on the brief side. I probably won't go back, rather I'd find another bowling alley to have fun and have a few drinks at. I didnt go into the arcade portion but having that as an option was pretty cool.

Sunday evening visit. Nice LARGE bowling alley with 48 lanes. But could be managed better. We were placed on lane 45, and the bumpers didnt work. They moved us over to 43, and the middle pin kept falling out after the first throw, essentially giving away a free pin everytime it happened. Service was subpar as the lady at the bar did not get our order even though she wasnt doing anything. Took me to go up there, until she actually got it. Then, she told me that juices were given from the kitchen, and that they didnt have apple juice even though it was on the menu. 2 minutes later the kitchen personnel brought it over.

5 stars does not do any justice to how incredibly planned and serviced everything went for my fiancé’s birthday party! Laura and Danielle helped organize and secure our party. They were patient and did supplied me with everything just as I wanted! Dwayne was our host and his customer service was impeccable! He ensured we were taken care of throughout our entire party. We are beyond pleased and my family cannot wait to return! Thanks to all the wonderful staff/management that made a memorable night for our family!

This place is Amazing!!! Its bigger than it looks or you might think. They have like 40 lanes, some pool tables, and a bunch of arcade games. Its really nice and cozy. Perfect for a date night

If you want a nice place to just bowl this isn't it. It is poorly lit, loud, and the bowling appears to be of secondary importance to the loud music and video screens. It gave my wife a migraine and my kids didn't even like it much. It was so dark it was hard to see the arrow marks on the lanes.

Food is overpriced for quality and is not good. Other bowling alley’s have better simple snack foods for a better price. Drinks are overpriced as well. Haven’t tried it all but what I tried is not good. Don’t come hungry! Staff is okay but could be a little friendlier for prices they are charging!

They really put in the effort to make sure that we all had a good time, and we truly did. From my 3-year old nephew to my dad's age (almost 60), this place is for all ages.
