The only problem with this place is their arcade games are way over priced and there is not much variety. I really wish there was a Dave and Buster's close by. Anyway, the kids enjoyed the bowling and beverages! Also, the staff was very nice.

Went for date night with my wife. The place seemed nice at first but we had a hard time finding balls that fit our fingers (our hands are probably average sized) and the lane side service was horrible. We had to go find our waitress multiple times. This all explains why it wasn't very busy on a Saturday night.

Best bowling experience ever!!! Newly remodeled, friendly staff, great food, and fun arcade games. Came in on a Tuesday and they had $2.22 games, which we all thought was awesome!!! We plan to make this an every Tuesday thing for our group. Amazing service!

After 30 minutes of no service at the pool tables I put $1 in. Nothing happens. No signs. No service. We go to the bar for drinks and ask about the tables. We can't get a drink for 3 as there are 2 of us (we ubered). Can't get money back from table. Told we have to get balls from bowling area. Odd. $15 an hour for pool. High but ok. 10 minutes later after standing in line I bring balls back. No food or drinks as bar service is nonexistent. At 45 minutes(5 minutes after bringing balls to table)I i return the balls and they want to charge me $3!!! They owe me $1 for 4 quarters I plugged in a dead table! I refused as I didn't get to play nor had drink or food. They still didn't refund me my $1. I paid over $30 to uber there. I paid over $50 to go to a pool hall I went to once before as I got GREAT service there. NEVER NEVER NEVER spend time or money here! This was my girlfriend's v-day gift to me and I spent 150 on uber. You all should be ashamed!

On a monthly league here. It's okay. I love the added gaming activities but for our league it's expensive and from what I was told there is no prize except bragging rights. I also wish we got a drink special for committing to a league. The lane servers are also always either no where to be found, messing up orders, or forgetting things. Maybe they're stretched too thin? Or maybe they need a better method to manage tabs to reduce errors and confusion and make it easier on them.

Horrible experience. No signs posted that billiard balls are with the bowling shoes. Would not give us quarters we put in the machine. Waited 30mins fur drinks. Went up to bar to order the xl mule that serves 3 but was refused because there was two people. No sign on menu saying it has to be three people to order. Then issue ordering other drinks. Overall experience sucked. Not going back. Plus the menu didn't look good and was limited.

I went with my friends and for what you get in tickets and what you can get in the shop with the amount of credits doesn't seem fair. Overall it was fun, didn't get to try bowling or anything but I went on a like a Thursday.

Quality and service is hit or miss here. Lanes are below average and the ball returns go down from time to time. I don’t see how they can justify the cost for the game quality they provide. Staff is friendly, but when there are two or more people waiting to check in/out, break up the huddle and get to work. This place is good for kids, not so good for adults or the competitive bowler.

My family and I come here quite a bit for family bonding time. We enjoy the music playing, big screens and projectors showing music videos or sports events, and the staff is usually great. Sometimes our lane doesn't transition from Bumpers to no bumpers for us adults and most likely due to staffing there isn't always someone at the arcade prize room. But we like coming here to have a great family night.

I really like this place. Take my 6 year old there all the time and she has a blast. They've added a ton of new games to the arcade too. It's a little pricey for a bowling alley, but still good fun. Service while on the lanes is a little slow for food and whatnot, but other than that, it's a good time.

This place is very expensive. Fur some reason the alleys were very sticky. I could not slide while bowling. It was very frustrating. It wasn't only my lane either, i noticed everyone was sticking. The bartender was very nice, courteous, and professional. I appreciated the bartender taking care of me. They also have 2 sides to bowl on, one with lights and the other with blacklights. It was nice to choose and not be forced into cosmic bowling.

We used to come often When this used to be Brunswick, now that its Bowlero..i feel like we get ripped off & dont come often amore. We felt like giving it another chance for a bday night out. If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible customer service. We went on a Wednesday night after 9pm..food & drink specials per website. When we asked about specials, everyone was clueless. Drink specials"domestic beer only" ended promptly at 10 which was not mentioned on website. Even after we waited until 9:40 to get a lane & we were there at 8:40. We ordered food & werent told kitchen was closed..then charged for it. I appreciate the manager fixing that but unfortunately everything was a hassle & we wouldn't go again. Please take to corporate & be more specific on website & train employees better to inform the customers.

Went bowling with 9 people the price wasn't bad at all. Specially with the special they have Sunday after 6 pm. Sadly they no longer have pitchers to share soft drinks and the food is pricey. Got wings, fries, and pizza; the wings and fries were tasty, but the pizza wasn't as good.

Great atmosphere, clean facility, and good food. I would’ve given 5 stars but a rude bartender left our entire group flabbergasted as to why he was so curt and unfriendly. We wondered, “Did we offend this man? Did I accidentally insult his wife? His kids? We just ordered a few beers; how could he have gotten upset?” The man had a clear chip on his shoulder. We tried ordering another round and closing-out but he said he couldn’t help us because our tab stays with the employee we opened our tab with...huh? The employee we first ordered from is now bar tending at the bar at the other end of the building, so we had to walk to the other side of the facility just to order a drink and close out. We asked the other bartenders about this policy and they looked as perplexed as we were. So the gentleman could’ve helped us but decided to make our lives a little more inconvenient. It left our group with a bitter taste in our mouths and although we still enjoyed our time we all left wondering ‘Why?’

The place is great entertainment for family. Service is not 100% there, in fact used call button 3 times no service- had to go to bar for service but no napkins provided with food. Dismal experience at best. Maybe if you can get service to work in harmony entertainment it would be a better experience. On a side note server did make the choice to serve the large parties on either side of us, guess we were not a large enough party to warrant service. Ben the manager was only one I could get to take our order for food or drink.

The service was so slow. While waiting for our lane, we grabbed food at the bar. We had two adults and two kids. The bar had only one bartender, no waitresses and only one person running out food. We opted to eat only a pretzel because it was taking too long to get anything. We checked on our wait time and were told only 5-10 minutes because they were cleaning the lane. We got to our lane, and it was not clean. We played one game because everything was slow. We spent more than $100 for one lane, food and drinks.

I've tried this place a couple times now with my wife and kids. In my opinion it is overpriced. On a Sunday afternoon, six games of bowling and shoe rental for two young boys cost over $45.00. In addition, we had to switch lanes b/c the bumper stayed up for all 4 bowlers, instead of just for my 4 year old. The new lane kept setting up the pins with one or two of them laying down. In addition, the ramp for kids bowling was not well made and way off target. Finally, the food is expensive for what it is. No plans to go back here anytime soon.

This place receives a 3 ☆ because this is the second time Ive been here where the lane I was assigned had malfunctioning bumpers and the pin resetter dropped a pin every other throw. Its called 'Bowl'ero. Thats being said the drinks were expensive and sweet. The food was good and perfectly portioned. The arcade was good considering the game selection. They didnt have a broken game and the credits are more reasonably priced compared to other places. They had a 2019 version of Space Invaders that was awesome!!!! Overall, the ambience was great. I went with kids and they had a blast. I used a groupon which kinda lightened the monetary impact. If you dont you will pay alot for bowling. ALoT!

Lane skipped bowlers several times and pins also got stuck several times in the middle of the lane and gutter. Went to game room after bowling, had a game mess up but nobody there to help because they were in the lazer tag room. I won't be coming back. UPDATE: got help at the arcade finally. Woman was very nice.

Counter service 5 stars Waited over an hour for anyone to even look in our direction, much less ask us if we wanted something to eat or drink. When they finally did....the kitchen shutdown the flattop and I had to settle for horrible loaded fries. That took awhile. Lanes were 4 star but wait staff and service was 1 star and kitchen/food 1 star.
