I planned a night out for our son’s soccer team to enjoy Laser Tag and also have the parents enjoy the bar area while the kids had their fun. The check-in was a little rough but once we met Ross our night was a success. Having 10, 10 year olds & also many siblings around the same age they were all having a blast with laser tag & arcade games. Each and every time I had to ask Ross for something or had a question his response would always be “absolutely” and he would get the job done. We all very much enjoyed the evening- both kids and adults!

The employees are friendly and pretty quick on service. The lanes are nice the biggest problem is the sitting area needs to be cleaner so bowlers don't get stuff on there shoes. Other than that it really nice place has huge projector screens to watch TV.

Great place. I'm used to the older bowling alleys so it was a bit louder and the tv's were annoying, just a bit. Loved the place tho. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The music was great and the lanes were well taken care of. It was a lot of fun being there. Great comfy seating too!

. A little to dark for me and i really don't like the setup.. the balls are located under the ball rack and since they put you right next to some one it can get confusing with the balls. In my opinion if there's available space i would spread the people out from each other. But overall its ok ( bring your own ball and shoes if you can it would be better )

This place is great for bowling. Love their ambience and even the DJ over weekends. The service needs to be improved. The staff is stretched thin and they struggle to keep up with the many lanes. It’s hard to get hold of them so boo lost opportunity for bowlers. Many people who come have learned by now that food do not arrive by the time your game Finishes so they just avoid ordering food.

I was here as a vendor during an event, so I didn't bowl. However, my experiences with all of the staff were great. I loved the looks/atmosphere of it all, from the lanes to the gaming area. The gaming area and decor are neat. Everyone I saw bowling looked like they had a great time! I ordered a glass of wine at the bar and it was a generous portion at a good price. They have fun looking novelty drinks and I saw a huge burger come out. I would come back with a group of friends!

Went bowling here for my significant others company holiday party. It was a large bowling alley with a standard arcade zone and some pool tables. The bar area was cool. The food was decent but the pizza could have been less standard-issue supermarket frozen tasting. It was also to find a good sized bowling ball that fit well. Overall it is a serviceable bowling alley.

Bowling very loud and chaotic. Getting food took very long. Game area left a lot to be desired. When trying to use tickets at ticket counter, attendant left and we had to ask for someone to her him back. Not a very fun time. Won't go back.

We had such an amazing experience with our daughters birthday party. The staff was super accommodating, especially Jeff. We were taken care of from the moment we got there. Jeff was enthusiastic and was great with the kid. He got us refills on whatever we needed. It was by far one of the best places we've been to for a birthday and we will definitely be coming back.

Great update to this location!! Looks pretty awesome on the inside! We had my son's birthday party there a couple weeks back and everyone was great. They had an amazing time with the bowling, laser tag and the arcade! The Manger James took care of everything and Jeff was a great host for all the kids! We will definitely be back again! Bowlero is a fine place to go. For such a high end consumer area I’m said to see old Computers keeping score. The men’s bathroom was small and dingy. I have an infant and had to change him on the bathroom floor. My friends and I went there on a Groupon.

Not worth the money spent!!! Staff is rude!! We booked Lane 28 on December 30th at 8 PM. 1) Bowling lane got stuck, help came after 20 minutes to reset. 2) All the balls in our lane are small, requested for big balls(size>9), staff very rudely said go and check in other lanes, i checked and found nothing, called the supervisor, even he said the same thing, just go and find and he cant help. 3) Coke re-fills came after 30 mins i requested. We spent around 200 dollars and i am not satisfied. Felt like we wasted our time and money.

The waiter only came once to us to introduce himself and then never came back to take an order. The biggest problem was that our lane had technical difficulties. It was scoring us differently and gave us the wrong scores. It was giving us strikes when we got spares. Also the bumpers weren't all the way down when we didn't have them up in the first place. I pressed the help button twice on the machine, but no one came. I went up to the front desk and they said someone would come over. Ten minutes went by and still no one showed up. We had to flag a different person down to help us. He couldn't fix it so we had to move lanes. When we got to a different lane still no waiter, I had to go up to the bar to get a glass of water. I like the look and feel of the place, but it was terrible service!

The place was clean and the staff attentive. The gentleman who helped us with lazer tag was very nice and helped the boys understand the gear and the course. While they said the lazer tag course was updated its just ok. No mutli level play. The gaming area as you walk in is underwhelming especially for older kids who have moved beyond skeeball. The food is typical bowling alley food and prices were high. The 3 stars is for the lack of gaming and the food options.

This use to be a Brunswick. They have now remodel everything and it looks great. Tuesday special is awesome! $2.00 bowling after 8pm along with food and drink specials. I will definitely be back. The only con is they close at 11 p.m.

My kids and I came to Bowlero on Mother's Day and the scoring system wasn't working. The young lady that helped us gave us cards with enough credits to play in the arcade for nearly an hour, which obviously was great. Then since they determined the scoring system wouldn't work for several hours, she gave us free passes for games and laser tag. I was VERY impressed with how proactive she was to make sure we had a good time and to communicate with us. It saved the day and I am VERY happy with the customer service. I will definitely be a customer of theirs in the future and will recommend it to others as well.

I went here for Caine's company Christmas party. It was very large. Something like 50 lanes for bowling. Large arcade for small children and adults... tickets dispensed for prizes. Food was taste. Staff was kind and Polite. I would definitely have a family night out, or birthday party at Bowlero.

Service is not all that it's cracked up to be. More geared for parties for adults, but yet kid friendly. Less arcade games than before when it was Brunswick Zone. Still a good atmosphere but as big as the place is, it does not meet expectations.

There is a lot to do here! Although in my visit I only went bowling with my girlfriend, I saw there was a medium sized arcade as in addition to laser tag, a bar, and pool tables. I played three games with no issues at all. After I order the "Alley Sampler" which tastes alright but was served really sloppy. One other thing to note is that there is a good amount of parking spaces available.

Been past this place many times and finally made it in. The place was much larger than I expected. Brought my two young kids and they had a blast. Place felt clean and staff was friendly. The cost of a game will run you about $24 for a family of four, not including shoe rental. They also have bar nd food service at lanes, which was a plus. They have a arcade game section too. You get somthing like 20 credits for $10, and the the games seems to all be around 7 credits each. The games are geared toward older kids (older than five) and adults. Felt that was a bit steep for our young kids, so we skipped that. Would definitely come back, especially in the colder winter months.

Poor alleys that are unpredictable and not fun to play on. Only a couple of employees were nice while others were either rude or showed a lack of care when talking to customers. Overall this bowling alley is overpriced for what you get and I wouldn't recommend it.

Bought a Groupon to check out this new place. Looks great but the drinks were disappointing. We tried to order a Mega mule and were told that we need a party of 3 to be served. It was only two of us. Unbelievable

Went to bowl and have a good night out, ended up with a mediocre outcome. Paid $35 to bowl (great) $30 in arcade (great) but problem came down to the bar. The bartender cut us off after a only a few drinks, this is not a place to go for enjoying yourself at the bar. Ended up spending $200 total with piss poor results. Will not be going back.

I used to frequent this place when it was called Brunswick Zone. They had more arcade games and not just ticket redemption. Now it's your standard bowling alley/bar/bowling alley with lazer tag. Call me bias but I enjoyed the former.

The worst! The staff are kids that don’t care about customer service at all! Nothing with prices anywhere! I asked EMILY if they had anything with prices I could see and they told me no to check online. There is nothing with prices online. The workers were so rude! The whole time the workers were just standing there watching us play, it was so uncomfortable. As we were walking out all 5 workers were standing there laughing at us. Please get better staff!

We only bowled here. Has an amazing time with family and friends. The arcade area it awesome!!! The food is very good. We saw a few birthday parties going on as well. I love how they have the kids names spelled out in the lighted letters! Some aspects of this place is a tiny bit outdated. Like the bowling part. The Ramps that assist the smaller kids in rolling their ball are a little old and not as fun looking as Main Event. Also the part where you add your name to the games is a bit dated as well.

Would’ve rated it 5 stars. The two things that brought it to 3 is that you need to pay like 4.99 for a cup of coke or soda and the fact that when I went my lane kept freezing and after every turn we had to press the reset button. We informed the employees of this issue and all they did was click the reset button. We really couldn’t do anything about it and ended up playing laser tag.

I went to Bowlero in Naperville for my 21st Birthday and it was a blast! All the employees were very kind and patient with me and my group of friends. We didnt have to wait too long for our lane problems to get fixed. To top it all off, one of the employees (forgot his name) deduced that it was my birthday and let me in on their tradition to allow a birthday guest to choose a prize from a claw machine for free! I got a giant panda and I love it! So, to conclude, I will sum it up by saying, if you are looking for a place to celebrate your birthday, go to Bowlero! (And if youre not, Bowlero is good for a regular day as well)

I Had a Groupon that made it reasonable to go bowling. The lanes are nice and the facilities are clean.hunting for balls is a chore since they are scattered on and under ball returns. I got a bottle of ice tea that luckily came with a cup of ice because the tea was hot and the ice was gone before I finished pouring my drink. Please refrigerate your drinks.

This place was AWESOME. Seating in the bowling alley is so comfy and laid back. Only complaint was the wait - but the drinks made it bearable! OH and one of the staff forgot to return with our lemons and after ten minutes he not only bought the lemons, but also a free game of bowling coupon for the wait! GREAT customer service!

In general i like the place. However, today I wanted to add arcade special to my summer games card. Which they do advertise. However, i was told no you exceed your limit! Apparently you can only use the special offer twice which doesnt say it anywhere on the advert nor i was told at the time of the purchase. Further more, the lady had no apology. Just said yes they should put it on the advert???

Nice and organized, making the party effortless. Slightly disappointed in the laser tag as they didn't count heads correctly and adults couldn't all play with their children within our group. We were also given game cards and not all of them had said dollar amounts on them but from what i was seeing they took care of those that had it addressed.

Visited the Bowlero (Naperville) on 01/20/19 with my wife and 2 kids. We had an amazing time. Between the arcades, laser tag and bowling the kids had a blast. The place is very clean. They have great daily promotions. The best part about this place is the staff. Trevon, Jeff, and long haired guy working the laser tag/prize station could not have provided us with better customer service. Weve been to location in Romeoville, which is a great location, but the staff here makes this place shine. 10/10 will definitely return.

We ordered loaded fries and these cheese was half melted. We ordered frame 2 of a game and it was server frame 10. 4 of us were bowling. We barely ate the fries and left. Lanes are not oiled properly, approach is entirely too slippery. Go to Parkside Lanes, Lisle Lanes etc. Dont go to corporate bowling locations.

Came here twice for two different birthdays, this location has a great bang for it's buck. Certain days they offer a 13 dollar "all you can bowl" past 7 or 8pm, and they have a great selection of arcade games, along with good food, pool tables, and even laser tag. Place was newly renovated and looks nothing like any other bowling alley.
