I have to admit I am not the biggest fan of these places, BUT the kids love this place so we will make it work. Bowlero is better than the average bowling alley with arcade but still is on the higher side when your there for a couple hours. We will be back on a rainy day for sure.

This bowling alley is pretty neat. It looks fairly new. The lanes are pretty high tech and they have some projector screens at the end of the lanes for those not so interested in bowling. The bar was nice, a little pricey on the drinks but the bartender knew how to mix them well. The arcade is pretty dope with a decent selection of multiplayer games. I didn't get to try laser tag but they have it available for those interested. I recommend this place for those looking to bowl.

My friend and I came to celebrate his leaving to the army. After my friend spent $40 on a drink, one of the workers named Sean told the other worker to go and "talk to the steroid guy and tell him not to drink one big drink on his own." At that time I was playing slots and turn around to see who they were talking about. I end up following the worker and he walked up to my friend who was checking out the arcade part of this place. I don't think it was nice to call a customer a "guy on the steroids" when they dont even know the past of that person. He has been working out with me for the past 11 years and he is under contract with military and he is not on steroids. It is disguisting to hear that from employees. No respect for their customers.

Worst service ever. I wouldn’t have given this one star too. There was no service at the lane. We had to self order the drinks and food at the bar. The drinks was not served, we carried it ourselves. The food reached us only after we completed the game. The complaints were also not taken seriously and they responded very rudely. The fries we received was so oily that we could all end up in hospital. I have the pics. It was such a sad experience. I am posting this sitting right here in Bowlero Mechenry Buffalo Groove

The staff is very friendly and nice. We were there at the party Saturday and my son lost the phone. They let every staff member know and they all look for it. They called me next day they found it. They are super nice. And of course place is fun and kids love it. Very clean. And food they served at the party was delicious.

Big and spacious, great for a party. I liked the arcade section, but I didn't really understand how the arcade card works. Many spaces to bowl, with nice couches and tables. The lazer tag place is nice but kind of small, and when I went in something went wrong and we had to wait for about twenty minutes while they fixed the problem.

My first hand shot at bowling in USA happened here. Without drawing any parallels with others, my honest feedback would be that this place offers many bowling alleys without any breakdowns and score keeping is awesome with total controls given to the players to start and end games. The bowling balls of various sizes and weights are available in plenty, while food options include pizzas, satays, fritters, nachos with plenty of beer and soda

One of my favorite places to go bowling. Its always so much fun because this is not your typical bowling alley. Its clean, newly renovated and has a lot of the newer equipment that my friends and I enjoy! The food was fantastic and the drink specials they have are amazing as well. Especially on Tuesday's ! Strongly recommend to anyone looking to have a great times with friends or family!

If you're looking for a nice place to bowl at (NOT Brunswick) then this is your go to spot. It's clean, new I think, and very modern. Great seats, huge TV's in front of your lanes, a bar, and a big arcade area similar to a Dave n Buster's, but smaller. It also has Lazer Tag! Definitely a good place to check out for a family event or even just a date or with friends!

They have gone through many transformations over the years, but this version is one of the better ones. Yes, bowling by the game can get expensive if you don't have a Groupon or similar deal. The arcade portion of the facility is always fun and I'm assuming the bar can get exciting with the number of "games" offered for the adults. They have an impressive selection of beers and a decent number of food pairings for everyone in the group. The facility is large and well kept...definitely does not feel like a "bowling alley".

Great atmosphere, food is good but a little bit pricey, in addition the service is good. Like the theme nights i.e. college night, taco night, cosmic bowling and no league s to wait to be done. Can take friends or family. Bonus laser tag and arcade too.

It's a nice place to go, lots to do besides bowl or you can stay busy while you wait pizza was very good. Just make sure if your bringing the family that you bring the check book it was a little pricey for 2 games and then the food and arcade I will eat before heading there next time.

very clean place and modern updates. The bar tender was great and made some good drinks. Pizza was very good too! It’s pricey; but you get what you pay for. Music was really good and overall atmosphere was relaxing. Some bowling alleys are very plain and boring and here it’s a fun place to go with friends for a night out activity. It’s just very easy on the eyes. I wish they had cosmic bowling after like 9-10pm on a Friday but oh well the modern renovations make up for it. Friday’s after 8 they had unlimited bowling and with 2 people we totally got our money’s worth. Employees were very nice as well.

Staff is very good. there are two entrance, We entered through the gate which have "Bowl" written up. La malnauti Pizza is very near to thi place. Sitting arrangements are very good. $100 for 4 people lol without the guy telling us in the beginning what the prices were. Bowling alleys typically charge per lane. This bowling alley charges $7 per person per game plus $5 per shoes. The bowling part of it is not even top notch compared to other places. Completely overpriced trash.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. Went here yesterday for my anniversary with my boyfriend. Everyone was pretty friendly, relatively quick service, and great prices. Everything was fun. Bathroom could be kept a little better and the prizes at the arcade could be updated but overall a great experience.

Went Friday at 6pm. Good service and friendly. Had a great time (mostly because of the people I was with). Super clean and really cool, though three huge screens each playing different sports games or movies plus music was a bit overwhelming and the lanes were too dark and arrows couldn't be seen. Here's the thing though, I'd love to return, but 2 games of bowling for 2 people (single lane), a single pizza and 2 beers cost us $76. That's utterly outrageous. If this cost wasn't so ridiculously high, I'd be back often, but as it is now, I doubt I'll go back.

What an awesome place to hang out. Go bowl a few games, hit the arcade, shoot some pool, or darts. And definitely grab something to eat off the menu. It's not your typical ally grub. They can compete with some of the best burger joints I've been to. No joke!!! Excelent selection mixed drinks and ICE cold brews. League bowlers always welcome. And don't forget to check out Groupon for discounted game and shoe rental. Note!!! You must make your Groupon purchase 24 hours in advance!!!

I just hated the hostility we got for having to use a groupon. We were shown a long face. They started to come up with all new RULES and asked if the groupon was purchased 24hr in advance to use. I just do not understand what is the technical problem. BTW.. we were given the corner lane. I PAID for it and not sure why these guys gave a groupon if they hate such customers. They treated us like charity. I just hate the behavior shown. Will never return or recommend this place if you have a groupon to redeem. I have informed the groupon customer service as well. Please plan accordingly especially if you are hosting your other friends. You would not like to be treated like a freebie beggar in front of your friends/relatives. Better stay away!!

Our experience here was very disappointing. We held my sons birthday party here and were charged extensively however the service was very poor. Whenever we needed help with anything or had any questions, we had to spend time looking for employees because it seemed that they were never around. Food was very over priced even though the quality was poor and most of it did not even come out warm. I would not recommend hosting a birthday party here.

I don't bowl at all so when my friends asked me to meet up for drinks and grub at Bowlero I was very hesitant. I am so glad I gave this place a shot! I was beyond impressed by the bartender, Sarah. I asked her to make a classic whiskey sour and she perfected it! My group ordered about $100 worth of food and everything was delicious, hot, and perfectly timed! The cook, Bailey I believe is her name, even came up to us to check on the food because we had some allergies in our group which made some of the food very special request. Everything was perfect! Before leaving, the manager on duty, Eliza, introduced herself to us and thanked us for coming in. Very cool! Awesome service, food, drinks, and management! I will definetly be back with many other friends! This is a great chill spot to get together with friends. Thanks, Bowlero!!

This place is huge. It's nice and clean inside. There is a lot of things to do inside for all ages. The food is very good. It's not cheap but it's worth it. They have bar with beers and drinks. I go there often with my wife and two kids and we always have fun. The staff is very friendly.

This is a solid spot for some beer and games. The place is huge and they have a lot going on. There was 5 of us and we placed two games with shoes and it cost about $100. Not cheap but it was a good time. I would definitely go back and it looks really nice inside.

Bowling alley feels upscale with good seating a step up from plastic seats of yesteryear. Good seats music and movies always playing. So there's always something to see hear and watch even for non players. Pool tables and surprisingly big game area. Good looking balls.
