I've been to a lot of bowling alleys and this one by far is awful. It may look nice, but man the prices are insane to bowl. We were told one lane, our names were on the screen, we then get told by another customer that they are on the lane, mind you she already put our names on the screen, then she put is on another lane, this lane had people bowling on it. Finally we got a lane. Ridiculous! Then a bucket of 5 beers was $22.00...$22.00 dollars for 5 beers. That's almost 5 bucks a beer. We came to Springfield for a sports tournament and needed something fun and reasonable to do. Definitely not this. One game for 3 people was almost $35.00. Ouch!

Place is very clean and well maintained. Food is a bit pricey but good. Took a while to get it but kinda busy and one person was working. Staff was really attentive for the lanes. They are having a special this summer. It's like $40-$55 per person one time fee and you get 3 games a day May through September. It's pretty amazing deal.

I was visiting a friend in Springfield and we decided to go do karaoke at the attached bar. When we got there we were inclined to go bowling instead. When we asked what the prices were we were told $16 per person for shoes and ONE game. When we asked why it was so expensive we were told "because we turn down the lights and turn the music up". They didn't even have blacklights and neon glowing balls to make it seem worth the 16 dollars. I live in the Chicagoland area and I have never paid more than 10 dollars to bowl per game even on a Saturday during twilight bowl. I will never bowl here nor recommend anyone even set foot in the place.

One of two bowling alleys in Springfield. They changed their food!!! The soft drinks are $3.50 for a small cup, everything is way overpriced for what you are getting. They must think they will make money off the food and drinks like a movie theater... I used to always get food and drinks, with me I will never order food or drinks again. The lanes are ok. The person behind the counter is usually out in the parking lot on slow days.

It's well maintained and most of the staff is helpful and polite. I see a lot of people complaining about price, but kingpin is almost double the price per game/shoes and they're some of the rudest people ive encountered this year. Concession prices are what youd expect from a bowling alley, yes items are steeply priced as is everything/everywhere else these days. S'nS has special pricing Sunday-Tuesday nights.

They used to have good deals. For my last visit, they lured me in with $1 bowling, but charged a $5 cover and very high beer prices!!!! Also, I should add that they shut off our lane after the first game and wouldn't turn it back on until we showed the receipt that we already paid for another two games... I haven't been back since that experience. Maybe things have improved. I suggest calling for details before planning your night at the bowling alley.

We loved the black lights and how the pins glowed, but their prices are outrageous!! A medium soda is $4.68. A beer is $4.05. I have never seen a soda cost more than a beer. We had 4 people, 2 of which are small children, played 2 games and it was $63!! Plus the $17 for 4 sodas!!

4pm Called were told they had open bowling till 11pm.. 5:00 arrived to an empty bowling alley with about 4 or 5 open lanes being bowled on.. Told us an hour wait at a minimum... Not happy..

I love bowling but due to bowling's decline in popularity the specials that use to be prominent are now more a secret. My suggestion would be to update emailing books and promote your specials. By doing such you will have a busier venue and this is in my opinion the best bowling facility in Springfield.

I love when an employee's idea of customer service is telling blatant lies to the customer and then getting mad when you call them out on it. That being said we noticed a problem with the scoring system and brought it to the counters attention and then it they acted like I had shot a baby with a 12 gauge and proceeded to get angry with me because I said something. Needless to say I will not be coming back ever, as if the $5.17 a game wasn't bad enough.m

Not very clean. Many ceiling tiles need to be replaced. The control boards for the bowling seem to have letters that don't work so we couldn't spell our names right on the display monitor. Our game was stopped at least twice due to equipment malfunctions.

I invited a group of friends who came to the United states to visit... the managers told me that they were not allowed to sell alcohol to them even tho they provided plenty of valid documentation (passports and IDs) from their respective countries... In a diverse global community like ours, this type of treatment is disgraceful and VERY short sighted. Seeing as the place was practically empty, one would expect management to treat customers with decency and respect to encourage them to come back more often. Instead, the complete opposite happened. If I could give negative stars, I would.

We were there for a fundraiser, but we have been there for other, casual evenings. Staff were helpful and things ran smoothly. We weren't serious bowlers, but we had fun. The facility seemed to be in good condition. I can't give an opinion for competitive bowlers, but for the casual bowler, this was a good option.

Terrible overall experience. We went on a Friday night. They wouldn't let us pay per game, we had to buy a 2 hour block. After 15 minutes my wife and her friend went to use the bathroom, only to find one ladies room locked, and the other closed for "extreme maintenance". When we went to the counter to talk to someone about it, we couldn't find a single employee. 10 minutes later, they would all come out of some back room together. Later we'd get a ball stuck in the gutter, and had the same problem of not being able to find any staff, this time they all came in from their smoke break together 10 minutes later. At this point I demanded a refund, which I was told I had already been there over an hour so they couldn't help me. Despite the fact that most of that hour was trying to locate an employee. Will never go back.
