Just had my sons birthday party there Saturday morning. Amazing. The bowling alley is fantastic, the arcade was fun, and the staff was incredible - especially Brie (maybe Bree?) she took care of everything and was 100% all over everything we needed, can’t thank her enough!

My daughters had fun playing bowling for the first time at AMF Forest Lanes. The Staff was very friendly and place was clean. Even when we had a problem, one of the staff helped us quickly. I ordered a drink from the bar and it was delicious. My girls really like the pizza.

I went there for a 50th bowling bowling party and really enjoyed it. The place is nice and clean and the staff is very helpful and there menu food is really good and you get free refills on soda. ☺

Very busy night but got a lane right away. Typical AMF bowling. Disappointed in the food and beverage service. A cookie and milk shake took 45 minutes. We were asked if we wanted the milkshake right away while the "fresh" cookie baked, and we said yes. Milkshake only arrived 3 minutes (42 minute wait) before the cookie. We checked on the milkshake after 30 minutes of waiting and staff was waiting around and not working on food prep. Good bowling but disappointed in the service.

So much fun. During the day its great to practice time and at night you can all the fun you want with friends getting many alcoholic drinks (seperate bar area)and great food. Kids are welcomed and many young adults as well as reg. Adults. Managers are very courteus and its worth coming again. New arcade games if your not into bowling check it out if you need after bowling good times

This place is the worst place .The employee are very rude. The bartender seems to not like her job . There was a lady there who was very mad cause they didn't want to take her food order at the bar. When i try to order something she was all mad and said she need to go home. When someone try to approach her she was pretty mad . I had to wait a while for are lane . People around there ignore you when you ask them for a cup. . I order a beer and they ask me for 2 Forms of id luckily i had a state id ,pnc bank card, and a Bmo bank card what more id do they need . This place clearly sucks.

Fun time, we went on a Saturday night. We had a group of 12 and they did not have enough lanes for us.However, they po ut us on a wait list for another lane. We waited about 40 minutes for another lane. I like the place but the staff can use a bit more training. I waited for 15 minutes in line to get a lane. There were 3 groups ahead of me, 3 people behind the counter, and only 1 person was helping customers. The wait for drinks and food was ridiculous too. I would have spent more if it was not such a long wait.

Never book a party with AMF! Totally unprofessional!! I spoke to the party coordinator to book a party and she called me after we put a package together, I was just waiting for the contract via email, and reneged on the package!! Who does that?!? She said it was because I was giving her too much information and she was confused! If your job is to "plan events" then your organization and communication skills need to be excellent. Get it together boo! I'll take the 10 minute longer drive to the other local bowling alley before I book a party with them!

Horrible service they had us waiting almost 2 hours just for one lane they were very rude and the bartender “Tiffany” was beyond rude, I was not the only customer upset other customers were upset with her as well. It seems like they are understaff and they took it out on their customers. They also pressed the wrong button and erases all our scores. I would NEVER go back again and would NOT refer this place!

Boneless wings are actually kinda good and they seemed to have renovated since last time I was here. Main reason i gave it 4 stars, its because they overcharged two separate people in our group and we had to ask for our money back. Its Friday and not packed, so thats a plus for me. They don't have a jukebox anymore, so you can't play play your own music. Overall, not a bad place, lanes seem fairly new, bowling balls are not falling apart either, but they don't have as many as they used to. Staff was friendly, and food didn't take long to come out our lane. Just make sure they don't overcharge you and it's not a bad place to bowl.

I went today around 6pm, it was pretty empty only 6 out of 20 lanes were being used. They said it was going to be an hour wait because there weren’t any available lanes. So my group waited the hour. Then at 7pm we checked back and they said that there weren’t any lanes available until the the people on them decided they didn’t want to play anymore! I don’t understand why we weren’t able to play on the other 12 lanes. Ridiculous! There were a couple parties at the moment but they didn’t take up all of the lanes. Don’t come here unless you have a reservation which they probably wouldn’t honor anyway

Tiffany is a great bartender, gave my girlfriend and I delicious drinks and helped us with any questions we had about the menu. Always friendly and remembers me by name. I come to the place every few months and its gotten better and better. They just got new renovations done which made it a lot more spacious in the game area. With the bar, bowling, arcade games, and slots (if you're into that) there's quite a lot of things to do so I like coming here rather than a "real bar".

All they had was medium and small drinks. There was also only burgers and sandwiches, which took over a whole game of bowling too be ready and my meat was burnt. They had no hotdogs, no fries, no combo meals. They didnt even have enough bowling shoes. The only good thing was that there was no wait time for a lane.

This place started off great but as the time progress it started to go bad quick! After we bowled we wanted to get some food. We just wanted to get some nachos and a refill - that's it! We had to wait 20+ minutes and we were second in line behind a couple of women who were looking at a menu and, for some reason, didn't step to the side. A line of 2 turned into a line of, at least 7! After waiting for over a half an hour we went back in line and waited for 10+ minutes we finally get to the front - again - and they're just getting our 1 orders of nachos and because of our constant waiting, one of our coats were stolen! We could of stood in line for over an hour to speak to management to see the cameras, but we were most likely not gonna get it back.

After a horrible beginning of a night going to the round 1 in north riverside il and canceling their services for a screw up on their part ( round 1) myself and family went to AMF Forest Lanes to celebrate a family members birth day.
