The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the gal had us moves lanes twice because the screen wasn't letting us set it up. Their hamburgers are phenomenal!!! Exactly what a darn good burger should be! Wish I lived closer so it could be my new burger place!! Will definitely be going back again!!

Generally always got oil in the middle 10 or so boards then oil on the outer 10 or so. So the shot is somewhere around the 15 to 20 board. Food sucks though but Great prices. Desperately needs a pro shop

Bar is great! Updated in 2018: Hah, just noticed I posted this old review on an adult night out. I should add some more comprehensive information. While the alley is relatively old and run down in aggregate, the lanes themselves always seem to be in great condition. They probably are in need of a refresh on many of their house balls - im sure many of these are the same balls I played with as a kid 25 years ago. Nonetheless, the kids always have a blast when we go, even if we just sit and watch them bowl a few games. Its not too expensive, gets us out of the house, and its right here in town. "Black Light" bowling is a bonus fun as well, if you are in for a later evening. Be prepared for loud music, during that however. The above comment about their bar being great stands true - their food is nothing special. Standard entertainment venue fare for the most part. Drinks and bowling are where its at.

Very challenging lanes, excellently maintained Brunswick A2 machines, and decent prices. They also leave old balls people have left behind on the racks as a house ball; some other alleys don't allow this for some reason. First alley I've visited in Washington and I am impressed.

Overpriced garbage. They charged us incorrectly 3 times. They know they are the only bowling in town and take advantage of people. Wouldn't reccomend and would say drive for a better expierence! Not going back!

Decent place for an evening of entertainment. There are plenty of lanes for bowling, the snack bar has lots of choices, employees are friendly and helpful. It would be great if they had bowling equipment/accessories you could buy on a consistent basis as the Pro Shop is only open 5-8pm Monday thru Friday. I didn't notice if they had a game room (arcade games, pool table, etc.), but there are a lot of options to keep you occupied and the price for a Saturday night is a great deal.

Bowling, the underrated past time! We held our son's 17th birthday here and everything turned out great. First of all, the staff was very accommodating. He allowed us to choose between the two cheapest options for our group size. That alone would bring back to the business. We chose the Birthday package. Normally you are supposed to request that package at least a week in advance. He was flexible enough to allow us to choose it. The birthday bowling pin that we were able to sign for my son was the icing on the cake! He'll be able to remember the good times when he looks at it on the wall. The staff turned up the music for us. The staff was great at getting our pizza and soda out to us in a timely manner. They even took our group photo for us! Good times all the way around! Highly recommended!

Went here and bowled a few games. Very nice employee's. Roof was leaking (As it was raining outdoors). Food bar was very good. Place seemed kind of dirty though and outdated with beer bottles everywhere. So this place needs more maintenance and needs to have people to keep this place cleaner. Beer advertisements everywhere (So you know what crowd they are trying to cater to) I don't think I would recommend this place for bringing kids. If you are just bringing adults though i do recommend this place as I thought it was ok for adults.

Website has all the info you need for times, pricing, and events. Very clean inside with plenty to do besides bowling. Video arcade, food, and plenty of seating. Lanes are nice and staff is very nice. My family of 5 had a blast and my 2 youngest only made it through 2 games before arms started to get tired. Fun way to spend a couple hours.

I had a party for my daughter and was told I couldn’t bring outside food except for birthday cake. I didn’t have a problem with this rule until I see a group of people walk in with a cooler and a bunch of pizza. I was very upset by this so I went to the front and asked them about the situation and they proceeded to tell me that it was okay with the owner was with them. Rules are rules and I feel like if you’re going to have a business you should not come in on regular business days breaking one of your own rules.

Updated: The last three times we've ordered, they've gotten it wrong. I waited 20 minutes to pay for my order after 25 minute wait on making it. The order sat on the counter the whole time. The cook was busy doing her job but the lady taking orders and manning the register cleaned. She sent another patron away because his food wasn't ready and 20 minutes later he came back only to pay for his order which was sitting right next to mine the whole time. After he left I asked if mine was ready and the woman said yes. I expected to pay and leave but she started wiping down the counter behind her and only after she finished did she hell me. By the time I got home the food was cold. I called to complain but she left me on hold for 3 minutes. They weren't that busy. The food is awesome but the customer service sucks. Best hamburger in town. I don't like hamburgers, but these are REALLY good. The staff is sweet as well.

Lots of fun. Went to karaoke on Friday night and it was awesome. You can order food and drinks while you listen to people sing and you can sing if you want. The man running the karaoke was really nice. You can also bowl there and they have an arcade area for kids.

If I could give them a negative star I would ! To start off my wife and I brought our 2 daughters here for the 4th time this past Friday giving this place a chance again it seems like nothing has changed all their lanes are always broke pins were getting spit out onto the lanes, my wife said only 1 stall in the restroom work. I’ve came before and witnessed staff drinking beer while on the clock, customer service is horrible the staff are always on there phone away from there stations not paying attention food was okay but not worth the prices, seats are torn in many places the whole inside is not up to any good standards I will NEVER bring my family back here again I’d rather drive To another city just to bowl and have a good time

A typical (old) bowling alley which participates in the kids bowl free program. Very accommodating staff. Food available to order which can be eaten on the upper tables. Kid-friendly and a really fun place to go to celebrate a holiday such as New Year's Eve or birthday. Has a side arcade room and bathrooms.

Let me tell you something. If I were a good bowler oh, my suggestion would be to stay far away from Riverside Lanes, especially during the summer months. I'm here on a Saturday to practice on synthetic wood for my league tomorrow in Greensboro. They have not oiled these Lanes since Wednesday and as anybody with a hook ball that can create Havoc. Instead of practicing my normal ball I'm having to line up all the way to the left edge of the left gutter go to the third mark and it still comes back to the left side of the headpin. There is no controlling the ball. I have been told oiling these Lanes cost $60. The short-sighted owner doesn't realize how many people avoid these Lanes in the summertime. Maybe they would have legs that they took better care of these Lanes. I noticed at least 8 Lanes down for service they don't have a pro shop, their call buttons don't work and there's nobody in any real management position here to take control of the situation. The two young ladies at the front desk for nice but they had no control over the situation. I wonder if the owner realizes that if they did more for this bowling alley like running the air conditioner when it's hot they might actually have more business. Too bad the owner is so hands-off she doesn't know what's going on or doesn't care

I am a league bowler, because of break downs we have had to move two of the last three weeks. Many of the lanes need repairs and they are not getting them. Perhaps if you are just bowling for fun it wouldn't be so upsetting. They have started carrying many beers so if you like to bowl and drink beer you are set. The staff that I have dealt with are very nice.

Great summer program for kids bowl free and a wonderful way to spend a few hours. I recommend coming before noon as it gets busy during lunch hours

Terrible. The staff was terrible. They were rude to me and my friends and we won't ever go back. Money hungry and seem like they can't wait to get off work. Food was decent but $6 for a pitcher of mostly ice and some soda? Cmon now.

Never a problem here...all fun. They have accommodated my groups well each time. I would love to see them renovate this place. I've been to a few marvelous lanes, and this place could use some flare.
