Awesome place for friends and family! Birthdays, parties, just a fun night and more. They have good drinks with a full service bar and good eats too. Pizza, nachos, all American food that has good quality taste and not just frozen. Definitely recommend this place for a date, weekend out, or just inside unwind

Pretty disappointed in the staffing when we went.. it took way to long to fix the issues. Then the girl.got very snappy at us. We shouldn't have had to have an attitude when it wasn't our fault the lane kept shutting down. We haven't been back because of this. I'd like to but concerned we'd have attitude again.

I haven't visited for the bowling just yet, but the Califlower Pepperoni Pizzas are amazing! With such few options available for Low Carbers, it's nice to find a place that's reasonably priced for things I can eat. Way to go guys! Can't wait to try out the bowling. Will probably grab a pizza too. Hahaha!

Great lanes, equipment, shoes, etc. Staff are very nice. Music is too loud on the weekend. But, there are worse problems to have :) generally a great bowling alley. The pizza at the table next to us looked REALLY good, too.

I hadn't bowled in over 3 years and these folks helped me get back into the sport! I had went in randomly one night and they noticed I am a pretty decent bowler and the next day recieved a phone call from them asking me to please join a league. So I did and they have always treated me wonderfully! It is like Cheers because you really become a family and everyone knows your name! The icing on the cake is their food is fantastic!!! I love their French fries and their pizza and chicken strips rock!! Thanks for everything guys and keep up the good work!

The owners of the place are extremely rude. Could not serve a beer. Served us the bottom of the keg and when we asked him to switch it, he was extremely offended and rude. I've been going here for over a year now and never had this problem. But then again it was the first time dealing with the actual owners.. I will never give this place my money again. Sad service.

Went to play a few games and it was busy, no problem, guy said it'd be 15-20 minutes and he'd come find us then. Sat and waited 45 min and nothing. Finally got up and left.

Nothing “family friendly” about this place. We went on a Friday night and found that they were playing horrific music videos on large screens and blaring rap and hip hop music at top volume the entire time. We left after our first game and will not be returning.

One of best gems in Post Falls. They have a great beer and alcohol selection, great comfort food and the bartenders and staff are just all around good people. They have karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights and black light/cosmic bowling on Friday night's. Great place to go whether you are by yourself or with a group.

Its a pretty fun environment the staff seem to be generally pleasant. I go there for the batting cages usually. They recently upped their prices on them though which is frustrating but it is what it is. Sometimes the cages are off with their aim but if you go inside and let them know they will adjust it for you and make it right. (They used to at least last summer.)

Standard bowling alley. I had a fine experience. A clerk commanded one of my group to put the balls away. It was unnecessary as all of us weren't finished and we were going to put the balls away. Needless to say he did it himself that night.

Lots of arcade games and bumpers for younger kids. We took 3 generations and had a lot of fun. Very convenient if you live near Post Falls.

It's a fun alley for bowling, but if you have your own ball, bring it. If you're a straight shooter, you can use theirs without problem, but if you like to spin, theirs don't grip well. The people are nice, could use a new look, and the type of customers are well blended in character. I wouldn't bring the kids, although you could because they do have an arcade.

It's a good bowling alley. But it's expensive. $158 to reserve a lane for two hours. The food is decent. The on tap beer selection is decent. For my family, dinner and one game of bowling was over $150. Too expensive for family fun, in my opinion.

I love this place. Great for families and a night out. RC lanes is home to great pizza, wings, and drinks. It is also affordable on all fronts. The Huckelberry wings are worth the trip, but they pour a stiff whisky, too. The bar is nice and the arcade riom was well maintained. Decent selection of house balls and the lanes are in great condition.

My fiancé and I are new to the area and had heard Brooklyn Nights was really fun. I called ahead because the website encourages reservations, though they do take walk-ins when there’s room. The lady I spoke with was friendly and said not to worry about the reservations because they weren’t busy. She DID however, stress the fact that only groups of four got the special $15 pricing. WHAT? I can understand groups of four to a lane. We’re new in town, and don’t yet have friends who can tag along! So the woman explaining this had just finished saying they weren’t busy and basically lost two potential loyal customers due to the fact that we don’t feel we should have to pay full price…especially if it’s not busy. I guess we won’t get to find out how “great” River City Lanes is since they only cater to groups of 4 for Brooklyn Nights. (And really, it wasn’t just $30 you lost out on because there would’ve been plenty spent on food and alcohol as well). Here’s a thought for management: if it’s not busy wouldn’t it be smart for business to allow two people on a lane (for the $15 each) and then if another couple comes in put them on the lane where there are only two other people? Seems like a win – win to me. ALSO...It might be a great idea if you change your website to state that the Brooklyn night pricing is only for groups of four so that way people who are new to the area like us don’t make the mistake of coming down there and paying full price for exactly the same thing everyone else gets for $15. I’m definitely glad I called ahead and didn’t waste a trip! I am sure we will have just as much fun bowling at Sunset Lanes this evening.

The kids had a good time bowling here unfortunately we ended early and got a refund when the people next to us came in with guns. I'm all for the right to bear arms but dont like the open carry laws in Idaho nor do I feel comfortable having three 6 year old running around with a group of gun carrying people next to us. Does make you wonder why they were needed to go bowling. Is there a lot of violence here????

Hadn't been here before, though we've been past it many times. Had no idea the place would be as hopping as it was. We went on a Saturday night to do karaoke, and meet up with some friends. Had a few drinks and tried the pizza the people that work there kept saying how great it was. We have to try a full size pizza, as we only had a 10", it was ok, not really great. Karaoke was ok, the sound system was a little loud and distorted. The drunk singers were fun to watch. Over all we had a good time and will be going back to actually do some bowling.

Brooklyn Grill is awesome, so far had philly sandwich, Cobb salad, club sandwich and pizza. Eli from there is so rockin awesome. And can say the pizza is not frozen out of a box because Eli makes my sons cheese pizza specially in a way the he will eat it.

Night bowling wasn't a good experience at all. Blaring music videos of hip-hop gave it a night club feel that seems out of place. I won't go there after 10pm. I wouldn't advise this for family / teen agers either

I mean, it's about as white-trashy as a place can get, even by North Idaho standards. The staff tend to be a little rude, like all of them. The one gal behind the bar was the only friendly one there. The rest all look like they hate life. It's still a family friendly place to go bowling. Gets a bit crowded on a Saturday, when there's usually many many families there for kids birthdays. The food sucks. Been here three times over the past three years or so.
