Excelent place for a good time

When we went there service was terribly slow, and we waited 10 minutes just to order food. The business owner was incredibly rude to us just because we were a group of teens, and they over charged my friend, she only played one game and they charged her for two. When we tried to say that she only played one, she told us we have to pay no matter what.

The facility here is very nice. The lanes are great and the equipment runs with no problems. However, the lady that runs the place is incredibly rude! Every time we go, we have a bad experience with her. She has charged us incorrectly in her favor, refused to give out receipts if we pay cash (the one time we insisted, after she chased us down claiming she didnt charge enough, all she did is write the amount in a sticky note....),and she refused to let us split a large group on to 2 lanes but let other groups of the same size utilize multiple lanes. Tonight, when we got there, we tried to ask her how many people allowed on a lane. She refused to answer and snapped at us. I don't know if she is just unhappy with her job or what. She should either hire someone with people skills or find a different career. We are definitely not going back. It's not worth the hassle. It's too bad because we wanted to have our daughters birthday party here next month.

We love it! The place looks great, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly. We came with a large group and everyone was having a blast! The food was awesome and we hear there are going to be some tasty items added to the menu! Check it out if you want a new view on bowling alleys!

Fun place place to bowl. Lanes could be oiled better and it would be nice if they had automatic bumpers an all the lanes for the kids.

Didn't have an issue with this place before until now. The owner claimed she couldn't open the bumpers on our lane because they only do it for little kids. My 11 year old sister was unable to enjoy her time here because every single shot went to the gutter. Even when I asked again for the bumpers, they refused and said that lane didn't have any, then went back to saying that they only open them for little kids and that my sister just needed to aim for the middle. I refuse to come back here. Honestly, if you're looking for a place with good service and actual fun, just go to Bowladrome.

Decent atmosphere, the one younger male employee was very kind and helpful, the other female and the older male employees would rather sit and chit chat while customers wait to be helped, seemed like the younger guy was doing everything by himself. Overall decent.

Really fun! Gets crowded quick but to busy having a good time. You don't notice until you get loud drunk people next to you. Not really a kids atmosphere after 8.

I Called the bowling alley a month and week in advance to reserve lanes and asked if they could open at 6 rather than 7 (their websites says they can offer special extended hours), talked to mike and said that that would be okay and reserved for a party of 35. There was lack of communication between employees and we showed up doors still locked at 5:50 (I was told it was okay to come early so we could set up the party room for the birthday). 6 still no one. Called no answers. Messaged through Facebook and got their webmaster who tried getting ahold of them. No luck. 6:50 comes and they finally arrive. Wasn’t offered an apology or discount for the inconvenience, which would have been nice. The food wasn’t great, but we did have a good time bowling. About the only positive tonight. My review is from 2018, forgot to post my google review but did leave my Facebook review the night it happened. I was never reached out to by the owner for an apology and still have not gone back.

The dark headed lady working was really short with me but what really got me was the gentleman that came in and was looking around "I was only one there in a back far lane waiting for my friends so I was not bowling" he asked her if they were open she very rudely replied I have the door open don't i .The man was trying to be nice and said it's just really dark in here and she just turned her back to him. He walked out shaking his head. I wanted to call my friends and say let's go somewhere else but didn't. tab was little over 100 bucks 3 of us played 3 games and burgers seemed really high but didn't question it, Aftering reading other reviews looks like I should have looked into it more. Funny thing is she has a clear paper weight that says. "Killem with kindness..." Annnd one more thing she only plays oldies I'm ok with but my buddy asked if she minds changing it up and we'll that was a big no go lol.

I love that its cosmic bowling all evening. The food is pretty good. The thing that gets me is how rude some staff can be. 2 out of the 3 times I've been here I have encountered the same rude staff member. Overall we always have fun regardless of some people's attitudes.

Went here with a small group of friends. We played 2 games of bowling and had a few drinks for under $100! There are 15 lanes if I remember correctly and a jukebox to pick your favorite music on. The food and customer service is great!!

I don't usually leave reviews.. But This place was Amazing for our sons 6th birthday party!! Remodeled and under new ownership with a fabulous couple from Hailey! Fun vibe with Glow in the dark bowling!! First off..I was skeptical when I called (since I had such a bad experience with the other place in town wanting to charge an arm and a leg and acted so rude on the phone to me simply asking about the place).... so I was pleasantly surprised when I called Magic Bowl and they had excellent customer service, great rate, and even gave me fun party ideas with Glow sticks! Family friendly place, went above and beyond to accommodate us, Big Plus... They had a separate table and space for us to party with no extra charge! Will definitely be having more gatherings, parties, and family outings at Magic Bowl!! Thank you for making this a great place to bring kids!

These are some of the kindest people I've encountered. The food was amazing and homemade. Mike and Ruthie are transforming this business into a family environment for the community. To those who have left rude and impatient comments: Starting and running a business is expensive, time-consuming and oftentimes thankless dealing with lack of good help and sometimes an overflow of customers but Mike and Ruthie are committed to giving back to the community. Don't judge based on just one visit. As with any business there can be great nights and not so good nights but this couple wants to please and provide a good experience. We personally had a great time!

Approach was sticky . Problem with the pin setter that the new guy didn't know how to fix. Didn't even know the pin numbers. Beer was cold.
