We celebrated my daughters birthday there. It went well. The pizza wasn't very good for the amount of money you pay though, but otherwise it was a great time and she loved her party. The prizes for playing games are very overpriced as far as the number of tickets it costs to get anything. But overall it's a good time.

We went here on Thursday August 22nd to spend the day with our son who was graduating from the military. This is where he wanted to go with a couple of his friends to celebrate. We had a really nice time. All of the staff was exceptionally nice. I wish that I would have gotten the lady's name who was working the virtual reality game area. It was a nice young African-American woman. She was exceptionally nice and very great at talking about the games and how much fun they were and encouraging us to try it out. On this particular day, they were having a special price to play the game. She walked up to us and told us about it and encouraged us to play. The game was a lot of fun... and we would not have tried it out had she not come over to talk to us.

It's spacious, I never feel crowded even though it's always busy. The food is great which surprised me although the service is slow at times. I wish there were better, all inclusive packages for groups/families, other than that it's a wonderful family fun spot.

I always have a great time whenever I'm at Stars and strikes. Weather it's a family outing with my kids or a girls night out with my friends it's well enjoyed. Friendly staff great drinks and lots of laughs. Plenty to do also from bowling laser tag bumper cars huge arcade a fully stocked bar and a great restaurant all inside.

The customer service was horrible. We had to wait nearly 30 minutes for our food order to be taken apparently by an intern that didn't turn it in. Then our server comes 30 minutes later claiming she thought we were the previous bowling group takes our order along with the group beside us. Finally we get our order 45 minutes before closing time with extra stuff added and the group beside us missing part of their order. We were promised a discount for our inconvenience by the server.We spent the last 30 minutes at closing time trying to get compensation for our inconvenience. The manager was not considerate at all, he made a meager offer went to his office and wouldn't come out. The asst manager settled with a reasonable discount. All in all, a terrible end to a Great Fathers Day!

I took my daughter to the noon years eve dec 2017 and was well worth the time we waited and she was so excited. Dec 2018 I've decided we will do it again. And let's just say IT WAS NOT WORTH THE WAIT and my daughter was very disappointed along with myself. We had our Hope's up on another good year. It was definitely NOT the case. Makes me think twice to spend my money here from now on.

Very fun place for kids, very clean. But, every time we go, there's never any staff upfront to greet us or accept payment. We've waited for nearly 15 minutes to just pay and ask a question. Horrible customer service! Please correct this issue.

Was pleasantly surprised with my experience of the bowling alley and arcade. The bowling side was decently busy but there were still plenty of balls to choose from and room to walk around and bowl. Arcade was fun, the money added up fast but that’s like any place you visit. Will definitely return in the future.

We arrived at 10:15 pm just a few minutes shy of the 11 pm deal. Our server Kayla took about 15 minutes to get to our table. From there we ordered a beer tower and a sampler platter. Our beer came quick but our sampler platter never arrived. Our server Kayla asked us to cash out with her. Still had no food. It took about two hours after speaking to the manager twice about our missing food for it to arrive. Our server Kayla was long gone but we managed to grab the attention of the server Xavier who seemed genuinely concerned about our misfortune with our food order. We finally received our sampler platter 2 and a half hours later. Xavier continued to check on us throughout our visit. If it wasn’t for her we may not come back. Glad to know servers like Xavier care about their customers. Thank you Xavier. We will return because of you.

This place is amazing! There are two restaurants...NOT FAST FOOD. To your left, family sit down. Good varied menu. Price line is $$, just a little pricey. To the right, adult dining. Beautiful place settings. Candles. Water art...very relaxing. Next up on the left is bumper cars...yes, real bumper cars! On your right, arcade!!!!!? On your left , get you some shoes and get a lane!!!! Be ready for fun bowling. Our grandchildren LOVE it here. The music, the lights, the lanes.... beautimous. Your PERSONAL waitress will handle your food and drink orders. Can you ask for more? Also, if your children don't want to bowl... trampoline park in the back!! Could you ask for more?

I went on Sunday and had an absolute blast. Their arcade has attractions that are not just fun for the kids, but also fun to play as an adult. However, there are a few things that I believe could have been better. For example there were several games that were down with no sign posted or anyone there to fix it. Secondly, my friend hit 1,000 points on there ticket wheel (this is not the formal name for it), and we didn't receive the points from it. That alone makes me wonder how many points didn't make it to the card. They do have a variety of prizes to choose from, but the majority of those are for kids. Overall it was a pretty good experience

Me my wife and daughter went there with our son who was on family leave from Army and had a really good time. We got a private booth for bowling which came with a great waitress. Great food!! I would recommend this place!! The only con was there was a big private party coming in two hours of our arrival and they acted like we needed to come back later. I’m glad we stayed.

A lot of games seem to be down when we visited. We went to get food but the hostess talked us out of sitting saying the kitchen was backed up with over 37 tickets. So we played games as best as could for an hour and left to eat somewhere else.

FIRST TIME GOING AND IT WAS AWESOME!!! I pulled up to the place and my 10 year old little brother said "WHOA! ITS HUGE!!" Inside my eyes just lit up. I'll be 27 in a few weeks. But today I was 7!!! What a blast!! I got high score on the lazer tag. I won connect 4. And we got to place a lot of other fun games. Super fun day!!!

I have a huge problem with the marketing. Nice place, more so more for big kids and up. However, not including food you spend an average of $20-$30 for the arcade (per child). If you don’t have enough tickets (younger children) you can only pick out candy and a plastic fish basically. Then you have 3inch paw patrol stuffed animals on the wall for 400-600 tickets along with the other mini items. There has to be some balance in the rewards when your customers are spending crazy money for food and games. The bar area, the waiters are not attentive.

My friend and I came here and order simple meals. I asked the waiter how long the food would take and she gave me an estimate of 10 minutes. Our wait for food was over 30 minutes and the customer service was very poor. Some of our meal was uncooked.

Went on a Tuesday, was not busy at all. My family had so much fun, that we ended up sending 6hrs there. Being from CA, I've been to a few bowling alleys, and I must say, this one beats a lot of the ones I've been to. Super clean inside, food was great, staff was very helpful and engaging, no complaints at all!!

Had a wonderful time with my kids, boyfriend , my dad and 2 aunts. My kids keep me running all day long. My 6 yr old son never bowled before beat us all in 2 games. We love the huge claw games. Only issuse we had was we decide to eat in the restaurant area. To sit down have a bite we waited almost a hour for our food and there was only 2 other tables being servered with us. With 3 staff members in this area working this section. Food was good but wait was to long. Over all our day for great.

Stars and Strikes is a family friendly environment. They have laser tag, bumper cars, bowling and lots of games to try and a photo booth. It is lots of fun but be sure to bring extra pocket change to be able to do all that Star's and Strike's has to offer. It is a fun family outing though. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun family environment.

Great atmosphere. Decent size arcade room and bowling lanes. My family celebrated my grandmother's birthday here. You're not allowed to have children in the VIP section of the bowling alley after 8pm. Still had a GREAT time

I don't care too much for the food. But I only tried it once and it was too salty for me. But I'll probably give it another go before I make my mind up that I truly dont like it. Overall fun.

Horrible service. Very under staffed games were good but don't go hungry. Only three tables were seated when we got there. We waited over 15 minutes for drinks of water and tea. When they brought out our food over an hour later they brought it out one plate at a time and 5 minutes wait between each one. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. Wait staff was at least friendly and not rude but kitchen was inexcusable.

Love this place! Was right by our apartment complex too. This was the only place where I didn't feel like the claw-machines were rigged. We won the huge bouncy ball claw-machine and won the stuffed toy one too (we even got the toy our daughter wanted - a purple donut). Lots of games, we also played laser-tag too; the only thing was that the bumper cars never seemed to be on when we were there.

We have been here several times. Customer Service is awesome. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. All areas are very clean, including the restroom. We leave be to play the laser tag. However, this place has many game machines that are very interesting. We have not tried the bowling yet but I see the price is very reasonable. Just one concern: some rude customers need to be removed from the area.

Employees were rude and indecisive about prices. But would take my kids there it seemed great but they should have a talk with some of the employees about there prices or it just may be the owners. Didnt stay was gonna bowl with my nephew and daughter,was told a certain price for all three of us for an hour then we just said just two and we were just gonna let my 7 year old bowl a couple of our frames. Well then the time went from an hour to 40 minutes for the same price. Unacceptable in my opinion not a good way to get return customers just saying.

this place is amazing, everyone is so helpful if anything ever goes wrong with a game or a gift card, the last time we went we somehow ended up leaving with more credit on gift cards than we came in with, and we played for 3 hours! Definitely recommend this place as far as getting mileage for your money. the VIP bowling areas are great, and only a dollar more than regular lanes.

We waited 45 minutes for our food to get it and it was cold. The booth was dirty from the last bowlers, and we paid for unlimited games and they cut our Lane off after the second game. This place SUCKS! We will NOT be coming back!

It was all you can bowl Tuesday and the price was right for practice. The only issue I had was there was no oil on the lanes. So, I had to play extremely deep and hope I didn't get the ball out early or it would hook before the arrows.

Took 3 hours to get a lane so we ate at the restaurant. One appetizer came right before dinner the other during dinner. It took over an hour to get our food! Service sucked and no drink refills so we was eating with no drink. Then they take their tip out so regardless server got his undeserved tip.
