They still have some kinks to work out since it's a newer feature to the complex. Overall it was fun and the kids had a good time. The slides are lots of fun and the lines move quickly. The food inside the park was less than stellar for the price, especially since you can't bring in your own food. I ordered a hotdog. The bun was like eating a wet sponge. I wanted a salad, but they said that wasn't available, however I could go to the large cafe to order if I wanted. I'm sure that would've only cost $80. Some of the lifeguards seem to enjoy their jobs, greeted us at each ride and told us to have fun, others not so much. Overall the kids had a good time and that's what matters.

Ok, for two kids with lots of energy it takes 80 to 100 for half a day of everything they want to do (if you don't eat there). The facility is well-maintained, though, and there's plenty for them to do. Mine are 8 and 10, but my 16 year old has just as much fun when he goes.

Fun place for the kids but super expensive! Impressed that they had go karts the littles fit in... My 6yo was able to drive but $20 for 2x is way too much for regular trips there. Staff present & easy to spot. A LOT of people. Parking was horrendous. Place needs attention to cleaning. Bathrooms obviously not attended to frequently enough. Found it strange that the water park people are intermixed with the entertainment park side... Should be separate & would help with conjestion of people in main area as well as the bathroom! More variety of music for roller skating please! A whole lot of rap and bleeped out N word songs, but not much else being played. Positive note- found the roller skaters dancing along with the ref on the rink to be amazingly entertaining, great way to engage customers if utilized in that capacity! I heard those kids work there, tjey are amazing! Use their talent to engage people

Only lazy river I've been too where you HAVE TO BE IN A TUBE. no swimming, and only kiddy rides. Good for my daughter but for me? Nope. I'd like a wave pool or to swim out of a tube. The lines are ridiculous and people don't know what line is what. But everything else seemed fun.

Although we were able to spend most of the day at the waterpark we ended up leaving about 4 hours early due to situations which the staff really didnt seem to concerned about. We paid almost $600 for the big bday package. We constantly had strangers coming I to our cabana and having to ask them to leave so while our son was able to have fun my husband and I spent most of our time in the cabana to watch stuff. Towards 3pm we went and got in the lazy river for about 30 min. When we got back someone had tore up our bag and stole one of our phones. We reported it immediately. We asked all the lost and found. Went to management but we had to find it ourselves with a tracker. Someone finally "turned it in saying they found it" so it was an ok experience I would advise they put cameras up around cabana areas and party areas for that reason hopefully our next experience will be better. Just alot of money to spend with no compensation for what happaened.

We always have fun going here! We went yesterday morning and there was just a handful of people, much more enjoyable for my two year old so we'll go in the mornings from now on. (Last visit was roller derby night and it was packed!) The lady at the golf counter was so nice, helpful and sweet to my kids which is the biggest thing in the world to me and always gets return business. We had the whole golf course to ourselves which was great because the rules went out the window with a 2 and 5 year old golfing

Overpriced is the first thing that comes to mind. From games and activities to food and anything else. This place can claim an easy $100 before you know what hit you. The pizza is right about on par with chuck-e-cheese as in; light marinara sauce and cheese on a cardboard crust. Stale tortilla chips, sugarless sweet tea and one way in traffic all start to add up along with the high prices.

This place is AWESOME! A customer service representative greeted us as we walked through the door and he gave us the run down of where everything is and how their card system worked. For every amount you spend, you get a bonus amount for their arcade machines -increasing in value the more you spend. Their lunch specials are also a big bang for your buck, when you order off their special menu, you get an extra $10 for the arcade (some of these meals are $9 and there is a vegetarian option on this menu too). This food is not like normal arcade food either -it is very good and even the pickest eaters will enjoy the selection here! Their mini golf lasts about an hour Each go kart race lasts 4 minutes Laser tag has 2 10-minute rounds (you can choose to do teams, every in their own, or a combination of both for the 2 rounds) All of their employees are VERY COURTEOUS and aim to please, the waiter constantly checked us for free refills and took our trash when we finished. Also, the prize counter clerk gave me some leeway when I was 2 tickets away from a prize. Another point about the prize counter is that they have QUALITY PRIZES for a reasonable price in tickets (fun socks, cutesey drawstring bags, headphones, iPod shuffle and even a Nentendo switch!) ALL IN ALL: Me and my family will DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK!!! 11/10 Stars!!!

Rigby's isn't a huge water park. However, the small crowds allow you to ride on the slides over & over again. It was worth the hour and a half drive not having to wait an hour to get on one slide.

It's not that it's a bad place, but it's not for my age group. We we're on the bar/ restaurant side. The food was great, but not so much the atmosphere. I HATE HATE HATE rap music, and that was all that blared the entire time I was there. You can't use cash ( which I hate) but if you're young, this is probably right up your alley.

Went for the first time to the water park with my 12 year old son for the last two hours of the day and paid the cheaper admission, just to try it out. We absolutely loved it and had a great time! It was crowded but spread out well throughout the park. Everything seemed very clean, and the staff was friendly. We can't wait to go back and spend all day!

This is a great venue for a birthday party. I recommend it especially when your kids are 8 and up; younger if they can skate and bowl. They have a variety of food items and alcoholic beverages for the adults. The food prices are comparable to a restaurant, not your cheap bowling alley food I like the bowling area best. The DJ is good and has interactive games for the skaters. If your child isn't a pro skater, they have a device they can skate with to prevent falls.

Absolutely horrible experience! We finally decided as a family to go to Rigbys for skating and bowling and other things that were offered for a fun Saturday night. Well what a surprise we got. We pulled into the parking lot and it was horribly filthy. Trash was absolutely everywhere! No landscaping has been done on this place since probably since they first opened. Dirt everywhere where there should have been straw or mulch or something. There were literally holes in the dirt with wasps swarming in and out. Even though the parking lot was so dirty we decided to go in and just maybe they had had a busy day and that was the excuse for the parking lot being so filthy. Well it wasn't. We walked in and the stench was horrendous. No one welcomed us and asked if we had been before or offered any help at all. We walked around and it was just as dirty inside. Stains everywhere. It's a shame that a place we have thought was a high end place of fun was a huge disappointment. For the prices they charge that place should be well maintained and CLEAN!!! Needless to say we left and didnt get to enjoy a nice Saturday evening of fun for our family. I really hope that the owners see this review and step up and take a real good look around and do some maintenance on their establishment. Shame on Rigbys!!!

The best $100 I have spent in a while. When we pulled in I thought we were going to have to stand in lines, the parking lot was packed, but once we got inside it was not over crowded like I had expected. I put $100 on a card and got a $15 bonus. My two kids and I played a ton of games, raced the go karts, and played putt putt. My son won 1000 tickets on the very first game he played. We left with a bag filled with prizes! We had a blast!! I can't believe we waited this long to come down and check it out. We will be back.

Rigbys has a great facility, a great staff, great food, a great concept, and great execution! Everything was spot on. The prices were a little on the high side, but I actually appreciate that. It means a lot to know I can pay a little extra and get SO much value! The demographic served was pleasing. The food selection and quality was restaurant quality, as was the wait staff. Management has nailed it here. Zero complaints! We did everything except bowl or water park. Highly recommend!

Our 3 older babies had such a wonderful time there. From skating to games, it was well worth the money. We also had a great time as parents. The New Years Eve party was incredible even though the drinks are kind of pricey. Worth it! Cant wait to take the kiddos back :)

Kitchens gets overwhelmed and ordering stops without notice. Arrived at 7pm stood in line for an hour only to advance 4 steps. Was told they stopped taking orders 3 times during that time. Also at that time they were already out of crab legs within that hr. I would not go again. Came to redlobster and many of the guest were wearing the wrist bands. I do not recommend going.

The waterpark was alot of fun!!! Highly recommend! The arcade is over priced just like every arcade but it was quite ridiculous. So we skipped that! They have laser tag, bowling, pool, skate ring, and the arcade. In the waterpark they have a swimming pool, baby section of slides, then they have the big attraction of slides!! I had my children(6 and 4) and they had things to do and so did I! I'm from florida and just visiting but I will definitely come back next time I'm in town!!

Went to Rigby's to play putt putt. Since it's the only place in Warner robins with that your options are quite limited. The course could use a bit of too but is otherwise fun to play. Half the water fountains are not working. The biggest aggravation was the crowd of children, unsupervised who would walk on to the green grass in the middle of our game. I don't mind children but they should show common courtesy and be supervised.

My family and I came in a couple weeks ago to celebrate a birthday and had a lot of fun. I know Rigby's has been adding a lot to their choices and I really enjoyed myself. Except for their (teenage) staff. The guy who was in charge of laser tag was an absolute a**. Made us feel like we were stupid because we didn't realize we had to HOLD THE RED BUTTONSSS. And when I went to find him, he didn't show me what I did wrong, just looked at it and said "everything looks fine, MA'AM." He needs to work in a different area if he doesn't know how to deal with people. Otherwise the manager was really nice and greeted us at the door and gave us the information we needed. Also, be wary of kids running over you from the roller rink.

I would give it no stars if I could. Went to bowl, the lanes were awful and there are only about 6 lanes. We decided not to finish the games we had payed for and then were told that we could not get a refund but they would put it on one of their cards. I informed the manager that I did not live around there, and she didn't care at all. She just continued to offer the same thing. One of the worst experiences ever and I use to work at a bowling alley in Statesboro. This is not how you do business!

Rigby's has all your needs to have a fun and exciting time. They have skating, bowling, laser tag, arcade, putt-putt, go-karts and of course Water World, "one stop for fun in the sun". The atmosphere also allows everyone to gain some wonderful memories. The staff are personable and provided excellent customer Service to all that needed assistance. I Definitely will be returning with family and friends!

It was a fun place to bring the grandson. However for a small park they charge big park prices. There is no way a family would be able to enjoy all the activities and eat . But if you want to lay in the sun and let the kids splash all day it's enjoyable

Crab and Margarita Festival on April 12th: Preparation is the key. We arrived about 15 mins after 5pm and was told at the counter that about 600 people arrived at one time and food orders was backed up but we could order drinks. We ordered drinks and about 7pm we were told the kitchen had stop taking orders (2 1/2 hrs back orders). We left and went somewhere else to eat. I will not attend again.

This is the best place in Warner Robins for family fun! There is such a wide variety of family fun from Laser Tag To Skating, Go Carts, bowling and an awesome arcade. The staff are all very friendly and ready to help out in any way. My oldest son enjoys playing laser tag. On one trip he was waiting to play when a scheduled party walked up for their turn. The guy that was working the party was really nice and asked the parents if it would be ok for my son to go in with them. It was so nice of him to do that so that my son would not have to wait longer. My boys absolutely love the place!

Unethical Business Practices I purchased 5 season passes in 2017 with the anticipation that the water park was going to be opening in May of 2018, as everyone knows the park didn’t actually open until mid-July. After seeing numerous Facebook post by others who had also pre-purchased season passes where Rigby's had responded that the passes would be honored in 2019, my husband called Rigby's and spoke with Steve Rigby himself who assured him that Season passes purchased for 2018 would in fact be honored in 2019 if we chose not to use them for the 2018 season. Yesterday was the first time that we were able to get to the park and when we tried to use our passes, we were told that to be able to “roll over” the value we would have to pay an additional $20 per pass. After speaking with the manager, he admitted that even though they had told people the passes would be honored, they did not know at the time that they were going to increase the price and that regardless of the fact that Steve Rigby had given his word to honor the passes, the upcharge had to be paid to use them. The funny thing is that they did allow me to return the passes for a refund of $69.99 per pass which is only a $10 difference of the current season pass price of $79.99, yet they are charging people $20 to roll over their passes. The manager also admitted that they had been dealing with this issue all summer… it’s funny how people expect a business to honor their word. We ended up purchasing day passes to take the kids since we were already there, and we will just find a more ethical business to give our money to in the future.

Great place to bring the kids or just to be one yourself. Roller skating, bowling, mini golf, go cart track, laser tag, arcade, water park, and a restaurant. “Cash” is exchanged for and loaded onto non-refundable cards. These cards are good for most activities and for food items at the restaurant. These cards are also good for causing you to lose track of your spending. You can go through $100 (per person) pretty quickly here. Most activities (Mini golf, bowling, skating) are $10 per swipe (PER PERSON). Prices vary in the arcade per game. If you’re thinking about one of the sit down style shooting games it’s $3 a pop. Rigby’s is fun, but it isn’t cheap. Which is why I consider this to be more of a theme park kind of outing - not something you’d do every weekend but maybe something you would save up for once in a while... Then again some folks can afford to buy their 16 year olds $50,000 cars and trucks to drive around in. Such is life.

This has been the best summer since I moved here thanks to my season pass to the waterpark. Can't say enough about the people who work here. Kind and caring. I have eaten here every time I have gone and have had just about everything on the menu. Food is always done to perfection! The flavors from the fish to the hot dogs are spot on.

Took the family to check out the water park. Everyone had a great time. The slides were a lot of fun! We enjoyed relaxing in the lazy river. Only issue was the food was a little pricey but considering the park is still relatively new, I can somewhat understand the cost. We are looking into season passes for next year!

We got an awesome wristband deal for $25 all you can play laser tag/bowling/skating and spent nearly 2 straight hours completely dominating laser tag. Those kids didn't stand a chance. Neither did the in-laws. Definitely will be back.

This is a good entertainment place especially for this area. I would give it a 5 star but the inside is a little dingy, and I was very disappointed with the "skating rink". The rink is an accident waiting to happen. It's extremely small and it is concrete. Why not put wood flooring down since it's such a small area. I didn't even care to play the games. It was so underwhelming. The payment system was confusing. You can even pay for the skating with money. You have to purchase credits for their plastic card, and THEN pay for activities such as skating with THEIR plastic card. I thought it was all too confusing. My kids enjoyed the go carts. I see they have a new water park area. Looks really nice!! I haven't visited the water park yet. I hope that next time I decide to visit it will be a lot better. I'll do another review if we decide to visit their water park.

It was our first visit and the young men at the front desk were super helpful with getting us were we needed to be. I love rhythm games and luckily this place has a Dance Dance Revolution X machine. The left's sides buttons are a little unresponsive and they recently fixed the right's sides buttons. The rest of the arcade machines are typical cash grabbers. They're roller skating rink is really nice though. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

Rigby's was ultra cool and the staff was super nice! The facilities were clean and family friendly. The water park had a salt water systen which was nice and we didnt have that over chlorinated smell and feeling after swimming. It is an awesome place that you must visit!

First time there today and had a blast. Didn't give 5 stars because half of the staff I interacted with we're not friendly. It is a bit costly but a great place to go for a family outing. When you get there you'll see that it's well worth it. Highly recommend this place!

Went to the watepark Saturday. Wasn't sure of what I was getting myself into because I hadn't been. My family and I actually had fun, stayed for several hour, but honestly, we only stayed as long as we did to really utilize the amount of money that was spent to get in. It was pricey, but I managed to get on all major slides (5) within the first hour and a half, even after some wait and little kids constantly cutting in line. The other few hours were spent migrating from the slides to the splash area where the huge bucket dumped heaps of water on people, and just walking around other parts of the play structure. I completely missed that there was a swimming pool(it was hard to miss). In the end, I do hope Rigby's decides to expand the park, to at least include more slides or even a deeper pool. **There's also an issue I'd like to discuss with someone that I noticed that I feel this establishment should be made aware of**

They definitely haven't cleaned the carpet since it opened. It's still a cool little place. Maybe with the money from the water park, you cAn make some much needed upgrades to the inside. Skates weren't all that good, we used quads. I also realized that I am poorly out if shape, skating is supposed to be fun!!!! But I'll def return to skate some more. Not a lot of options round here for nitelife ... Good ol middle Georgia... Yeeeeehaaaaaw mfers

So fun and good for memories. We went at night with not that much money so we couldn't do much but play in the arcade so I feel it would have been better if we did other things, but it was still fun. I'm very impressed by how much Rigby's has grown.
