Cool place and cool ambience that are all held back by some flaws. The food was average and the service was friendly but it took a long time to get food and several of the items we asked for never arrived. By the time we could ask them they were no where to be found. It was also pretty expensive and most of the cool extra things to do cost money. So with so many options around this place scores towards the bottom but if you are just looking for a place to drink with your friends at a bar this might be a perfect stop. The WiFi is also slow.

The atmosphere is great! The music selection is great! Service is awesome! Very friendly servers! The food and drinks.... not so good. The drinks on the menu all had a salty taste so I had to ask for a drink not on the menu like a rum and coke. I have never known a place to mess up chicken wings and onion rings but they did. I should have known cause they had a bologna sandwich on the menu as an option along with a pimento cheese sandwich. We had a party of about 12 people and only one person thought their food was good. We all had to eat somewhere else. Go for the atmosphere and fun; not the food. Karen is definitely cooking in the kitchen.

A multi-floor place with a huge variety of games to play (for a price): bowling, scrabble, VR games, corn hole, ping pong, connect 4, etc. Eat, drink & play! I had the Mason Mule, it was tasty.

Awesome hangout if you love the night scene but aren't fond of clubbing, dancing, and loud party music / noises. Plenty of board games, bowling, foosball, and other relaxing activities in a terrific venue.

The punchbowl has a nice rooftop bar. They also have bowling upstairs. The drinks were good but kind of expensive for the size.

Visited during a work social event under the assumption that there would be lots for the kids to do. I never saw the arcade or the VR studio. There are only about 8 bowling lanes. And although we were able to rent a lane ( @ $12 per person per hour), the overall quality was mediocre at best. The food was supplied buffet style and as the rest of the visit, was mediocre. The overall experience was pretty meh, likely won't go back...

We always enjoy hanging out here. But they changed the nachos and they used to be perfect. Now they're just ok. Please bring back the cauliflower original nachos that we love and crave. The service is always friendly and helpful.

This Place is SUPER Fun! There should be something like this everywhere. There are all kinds of games and activities. It's a perfect place to chill all day with friends. The reason I gave 3 stars was because of the food. The was alright. Nothing special. Our glasses had a couple of unauthorized particles on them. So that was dissappointing. But overall if you're looking for all-in-one fun...This is the spot to check out!

Fun place, even has a 3-lane bowling alley! Loud, crowded, loved it! Shrimp tacos refreshingly yummy-left me wanting more. House margarita cocktail -delicious. Can't wait to go again. I will definitely bring more people next time to try the "punch bowl"!

If I could give zero stars... I would. Very loud, crowded, and not clean. The food was terrible and the service was lacking. Could not find our waiter for 45 minutes. We had no menus and no drinks. Food came out quick, but the food was not good. Not coming back.

Had an event and the taco truck wasn't very good. Way over priced. Not worth over $1000 for 15 people. When your 2 hour event is over, they shut the bowling down (in the middle of a game) and push you out the door. Not even an offer to extend the time. They were not busy either. Not good service. Also when you have an event you can't take any leftover food with you. I recommend ordering from the menu instead because they will give you a box then. Mini cupcakes were dry. I could have done better but they won't allow outside food in unless it's from a commercial bakery. My guest were unhappy, and we will not be back. Waste of money.

I love coming here! Definitely my go-to place to meet with potential clients, friends, etc. just all around great space! Last visit wasn’t the best, however, it was late and close to closing so I wouldn’t suggest coming within the last 2 hours but throughout the regular day, best place! I still feel like a valued customer and I will return.

Party atmosphere where drinks, good food, and games are the buzz. First floor seating needs a reservation. Second floor had more bars and bowling among many other things. Great spot to meet up whenever and especially before an event at the stadium. Corporate events are pricey but you get a ton of great service for the money. Punch Bowl Social was just that a lovely restaurant where you could dine in upstairs or socialize downstairs. We came on the day of the Braves playing so it was packed!!!! But once everyone cleared out to go see the game the experience was far more enjoyable. I had the shrimp burger which was interesting because it wasn't in form of traditional shrimp but it was stilla delicious meal. A high school friend has the chicken and waffles and they were absolutely amazing, I will be getting those next time. My partner had one of the salads and equally enjoyed it. Highly recommend this place for visitors!

Just had lunch at this fine restaurants for the first time with my lovely wife. I had the knockoff Burger which is a knock off of the Big Mac oh, and I have to say McDonald's is in trouble cuz it's delicious. My wife had the pork belly tacos with your soon to disappear from the menu but they are absolutely delicious as well. Overall the restaurant experience is quite nice and I would give it five stars but the waitress decided to take my $20 in change for a tip and I had to chase her around the restaurant asking for my change. Wow she acted like I said keep the change. Other than that great place serious

Great Experience We walk in to Smiles, laughter and professionalism . Front the front door to the bowling up stairs . The Best time in ATLANTA we had two 18 year olds that had a Really good time. The server was nice perfect timing when my glass got low they was right there . Enjoyment we low cost everything was fresh and taste great. P.S the Manager was AMAZING That Show Good come from the Top Will recommend to everyone and will be my first Stop next visit to ATLANTA:)

Restaurant changed for the worse. I loved this place, the PREVIOUS menu and drinks. Now they skimp on drinks so the restaurant can profit from drunk customers coming from the game. Food menu is limited and they don't even have their punch bowls available. Manager tries to make it right and service is friendly, but still doesn’t account for the quick downfall of this place due to upper management

The environment is unique and so is the decor. Everything is overpriced. You can get a similar vibe and experience at Live at the Battery for cheaper. The food at social is okay, but they are trying too hard to be "high-end" or "hipster" for generic bar food. The bartender also said they never run drink specials. Lastly, there was very poor communication between the wait staff and management as they tried to charge us for items we were told were complimentary.

Great place for college students, not a good place if you have any sort of standards or expect any type of service. Came with a reservation for a party of 10. We are all a little older, mainly in our mid to late 30s. We did notice a younger crowd (maybe because it was a Saturday night?) but we are a lively group who spend a lot on drinks and food. We had a couple more people join us for a birthday party and the hostess completely freaked out after she noticed we squeezed in a couple of chairs at our table to accommodate for our friends. We already all had a round of drinks and ordered our entrees. She stated that we could not take those chairs (although they had extra chairs just sitting at the corner) and would have to cancel our food orders. Now this was a hilarious statement because our table of 10 turned into a table of 14 and she wanted to cancel 14 entrees? Luckily, being as we were all older than her, we explained she could use the chairs in the corner to replace her missing chairs at the other tables and it would be unreasonable for her to cancel our orders since the kitchen was already making the food and we were on our second round of drinks. Sadly, the staff needs have more logical sense, and apparently they are horrible at accommodating large parties. There was also a large party of older people sitting next to us and we noticed they left pretty early and looked unhappy also. Food was mediocre, at best. Tasted like plain bar food. Drinks were very sugary (I'm guessing to accommodate for the younger crowd). But I will give two stars for the lively atmosphere.

There is so much to do at this place. The food is good however a little pricey for my liking but it located at the Battery so... I had a bloody mary which was delicious- I was with a large bachelorette brunch party and they accommodated us. The only thing I can say negatively about this place is the large tables are made out of a log so my knees were hitting the log and I couldn't sit close to the table to eat.

Ate there Sunday Sept 22. Sat upstairs outside. Like to eat outside as a general rule. Picked outside here though mainly cause the interior had a weird mildew smell. Thought ok will maybe its just me but then another member in our party mentioned as well. Service was a little slow at first but got better. Drinks ok and food ok. Just average at best. Too many other places that are better at battery to come back here.

This place EXCELS when it comes to customer service! I go out to eat alot and this is the first time in a WHILE that EVERYONE was so nice and helpful! I cant remember the names of the bartenders but my friend mentioned them in a review a few days ago. The food was great but honestly, I would just go back and hang out with the bartenders!

The entire experience was terrible, I had a chicken sandwich with white BBQ sauce. The chicken was dry and I think there might have been sauce on it but it was so little it was hard to tell, two tiny slices of tomato and two pickles sliced so thin I could see through them. The Rosemary seasoned fries, were not, and having it served in the skillet may have seamed cute, it was not, the pan came off as dirty. All of this and you charged $14, I have had a better chicken sandwich at Zaxbys, I know then go to Zaxbys and next time I will. My daughter had the same sandwich and it was prepared the same way. My mason jar water glass was chipped so I had to make sure I did not drink from that side. I could deal with the unbelievable noise level, it was that type of venue but to make things even worse was the disgusting condition of the ladies room. I tried to find the manage, a nice young man who actually stopped by our table prior to our meal, to make him aware of the restroom but he could not be found. Would not go back and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Horrible service. Our server acknowledged us twice in the two hours we were there and we never got our food. After waiting that long, we left without food to find better service elsewhere. I understand it was game night and they were very busy, but having the server check in and let us know the kitchen was working on our food, or asking if we could use more drinks would have been even just standard service.

Was there for my birthday. Nachos was greasy, fajitas not enough fillings and greasy. Drinks were ridiculously expensive. Waitress has a smart mouth, no birthday celebration dessert for the person having the birthday. At least 40 people came and spent money. The manager said they don't give a free slice of anything to the person having the birthday. This was St Patrick's day! I will not ever invite my friends or associates there again.

Awesome place! Came here in a Friday night to see what the hypes about. Bowling, giant jenga, corn hole, ping pong and more! Awesome drinks as well. I tried the watermelon polo punch but didn’t like the after taste it left. I ended up getting an old fashioned. I got the poblano Mac and cheese and it’s VERY cheesy. It was good! I couldn’t finish it. Parking is easy, they have multiple decks and it’s free for four hours. We didn’t play any games but we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitress was attentive but didn’t give us water until we asked for it...which we thought was weird. I don’t know if I’d be back for the food but I would definitely be back to enjoy the games and drinks.

So we show up and go upstairs to the diner to eat. The hostess pays us absolutely no mind so we seat ourselves. Then an associate walks up to us and states that we have to be seated by the host so we have to get up. We politely respond and say that we’ll move but the hostess paid us no attention so she come back in a snappy way. So we go to the hostess and she says the kitchen is closing in 10 minutes so we should sit at the bar to get faster service. We sit at the bar and the bartender tells us that he’s closing so we have to go to the other bar. We were being tossed around from one location to the next and the customer service was terrible so we decided to leave as to not cause anymore “inconvenience”.

Cool concept, poorly executed. Came in at 10 with a group of friends to enjoy some cocktails. Unfortunately our server couldn't have been any less enthusiastic about us being there. Took forever to get drinks from the bar. At 1130 they announced they were closing at 12 and turned the lights up and basically told us to leave without saying it.

First off I want to thank everyone who was there for me in my time of need as I had to deal with the worst and slowest servers known to man. It took us forever to get our food and once the servereft she wouldnt come back for around 30 minutes. I had to ask for water 3 times and once she finally took card she did not return for around 25 minutes. It was a nice spot but it was define ruined by the terrible service. Only go if you have plenty of time.

Right in front of the baseball stadium. I did not walk through the whole restaurant but they have games, food, drinks, tvs, upstairs and downstairs. There is a outside area where you can see the inside of stadium. They have vegan options. If you spend a certain amount they will validate your parking ticket. Parking can be tricking depending on the time of day you arrive. They also have shopping stores in the area. Very nice area

Saw a huge cockroach at the upper bar and when we told the person they didn't clean anything... I'd like to add that I did file a complaint with the health department of Cobb county and that you're automatic responses mean nothing to how you are going to actually clean that dirty place. I saw the same response on like 3other people's complaints about cleanliness in the reviews.

Absolutely worst place in the battery! We went on a non-game weekend and the service was absolutely the worst! We asked for a beer sampler which came after 20 mins! I don't know if the waiter was racist or just pure lazy, she just took forever and was barely around! Charing you 9 bucks for beer and serving in plastic cups is absutely unacceptable! I would never go back to this place! It left such a bitter taste that we didn't even stay back to eat!!

The Punch Bowl is a really neat venue for socializing, hanging out, and spending time with friends. You could easily have fun in small or large groups, but I can see how this could be a popular/busy destination on a game day. Everyone we came across who worked at the Punch Bowl was very welcoming, helpful and friendly. FYI: they have baby changing stations in the ladies’ room!

Went in with a buddy and had a great time. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and laid back. This place is set up in a way that you can easily make new friends effortlessly. Our waitress was a gem. She was extremely attentive, and never once failed in keeping us hydrated! Not a fan of the pool table however. That is the only thing I felt could use some improvement. Overall, I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a great time. Bring your friends, and get ready to make new ones!

Love this spot! Been several times with coworkers from work..Service is good..bartenders can usually whip anything up for you. Went solo today, had a little issue but the manager Joe was very professional and made sure I was satisfied. Thanks again! Oh and the mushroom gravy is EVERYTHING

A friend and I went for early morning brunch this past Sunday. I ordered coffee and it was delivered lukewarm. I informed the waiter and he promptly brought back hot coffee. Both my friend and I ordered the monkey bread french toast. My friend requested extra crispy bacon and the bacon had to be returned for more cooking. After it was returned, the bacon still was not crispy but we did not return the bacon a second time. Our monkey bread was doughy and under cooked. While this venue may be highly entertaining in the evenings, our brunch was very underwhelming. We won't be returning.

The punch bowl social is a cool place to hang out. It has great food, games and atmosphere. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because some of the games are missing pieces, therefore need to be replaced. And the tacos are ridiculously small.

Customer service is awful. I called, left a voicemail, and submitted an online inquiry about private events, but no response after two weeks. I even visited the location, but the sales rep was busy. I was told they would contact me, but again no response. I called and FINALLY got hold of a rep. She said she would send over an email with pricing and options, but I never received anything. After a few days, I called again and a different rep promised to send the email by end of day. But again, nothing. This was an incredibly disappointing customer experience. If this is how you treat customers during the sales process, then I can only assume this is how you’ll treat us for the actual event. No thank you.

I went to brunch with a few friends this past Sunday. The food was great the service was terrible. It took the waitress 15 min to come over to us and that was only after I walked over and told the host no one had waited on us yet (Also it was not super busy either). There was no apology from the hostess or the waitress for the wait either. The waitress walks over and says are your ready to order? So rude. Not a hey how are you guys doing today? Or I am so sorry for the the wait. So I was really put off by that. Then we don’t see her for another 15-20 minutes. Some other random waiter comes over and asks if we’re ready. I don’t know what happened to our original waitress. My friend and myself ordered a second mimosa from this other waiter. It never comes after another 15 min, so I walked over to the bar myself and asked for one. I told them I ordered one and no one ever brought it to me which their response was to just stare at me. I then asked if they could just make me one. One of the bartenders goes over to another waiter and says something. He walks over to us (again no apology for never seeing our original waitress during all of this) and asks us if we want to go boxes?! I said no I just ordered two more mimosas from the bar because our original waitress never came back. Again no apology for that from the waiter. It felt like they were basically telling us to leave by asking if want to go boxes. The whole exchange was bizarre. The food was really good but the service was so abysmal that I will never be back.

My husband and decided to go on a date night. We came in around 7:30 or 8. The greeters told us that there was open seating upstairs. After findind a booth we sat and waited 20 minutes for service. I finally found a group of servers standing around chatting. I asked one of then to make sure it was in fact open seating. After the long wait I thought I may have misunderstood. She siad 'Honestly we just didn't see you'. She told me she would be over right away with menus. After another 10 minutes we found her continuing her group conversation. After 30 minutes we hadn't even received water. Needless to say we left and will not be returning.

It's a nice place. We had a large party (30) without a reservation and they actually handled it well. The signature drinks arent all that, but everything else was a sight to see. Bowling, arcade games, karaoke, and all kinds of board games. I'd definitely go again.

Love this place. I was hanging down stairs enjoying some fine whiskey and someone mentioned an upper deck. Walk upstairs and mind is blown! Very nice scenic views. Super clean and good overall attitude from staff. Will deff be back for more whiskey and virtual reality gaming.

Cool atmosphere. Food is too pricey and the tall tables outside are so off balance we held on to our drinks to keep them from spilling. Waitress was very nice but received a smaller tip since all 4 of us where grossed out about being served our drinks and food while she has 2" fingernails which we feel might be against health codes.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. I went here to wait for my girlfriend to finish shopping and I had 2 beers which I paid for.. but when I got home from my trip to Atlanta I noticed I not only had my $20 transaction from my 2 beers on my card but they also charged me another $60 for a transaction I never even saw a receipt for. They basically swiped my credit card for someone else’s bill and never even said a word to me about it. So I call them to dispute it and the response I receive is “take it up with your bank”. I thought it was a cool bar but I’d never spend my money here ever again.

Met a large group of friends, (Table was Reserved) and the Punch Bowl was very accommodating! Our Server was very attentive to our large party, and was quick to fulfill orders! Great atmosphere, with multiple games (Bowling, Pool, Fooseball...) through out the place! I will definitely return here!

Fun atmosphere to watch your favorite team and to grab a quick drink while doing it. Upstairs there is more full bars and games that you can enjoy as well. Also, they upper deck is perfect for a nice day! Must visit when you are near the Battery.

If I could give half a star for just effort, the only positive thing about this place is the location. The service is very poor we had to wipe our own table, get up and fetch our own silverware after having sat with food on our table. As for the drinks I started to wonder if they had gone to the distillery to get them...smh!

As I sit here after 18 minutes of waiting at a table after the Braves Game...it’s actually not that busy, it’s just a symptom of poor service that we haven’t been acknowledged yet. Don’t be surprised when this place closes because it can’t cover its rent due to poor service. We’re about to walk out.

Punch Bowl Social puts you in mind of The Painted Duck, The Painted Pin. You would think that it is a third location. First of all, Battery Park is awesome, especially at night. It comes alive. The food was awesome, the games were fun, the people were cool. The service was good, though I didn't see any desert on the menu. If you go upstairs, they have dessert! I didn't find this out until I was leaving, so I have to take a star from them. Other than that, if you're looking for solo OR group fun, this is definitely a venue to consider.

I live at the Battery and this place always underperforms. It's fun if you're just going to grab a drink and hang out, but insufferable if you want some food. Staff has been (on 10+ occasions that I've visited) lackluster at best. Service moves slower than a frozen snail. Expect an hour's wait for your food. It's a shame, because the food is usually pretty decent if you do wait for it... The idea is great, the space is attractive, and the potential is boundless. The execution, however, leaves much to be desired.

really crowded and loud. was here on saturday with my 20 y/os and 2-3 times managers came to "remind" us that we had to leave before 10. A bit of a put off, but Taylor the waitress was nice and the food/drinks were great. I had the shrink tacos, which were AMAZING. my sons had burgers and they also liked them. will be back, maybe when my boys are 21 lol.

Family friendly sports bar. Every staff member was over-accommodating. There was a slight issue with the VR headset (no volume) and they quickly added more time to make up for it. The gaming team found a server to fulfill our requests so we had ample time to enjoy this experience and make it to the Braves game. We will be back!

Service SUCKS and takes a long time for anything/anyone to come. I would not suggest it, however the games and the lemonade saved my experience; THEY ALSO SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE A SALAD WHEN A WOMAN WAS EATING ONE RIGHT NEXT TO US, very suspicious and they made up some bs answers, in conclusion don’t waste your time eating here :)

You really want faster service when you go somewhere like this. It was actually hard to spend money because drink orders were rarely taken and the drinks themselves sat in the bar waiting for the server to grab them long enough to become watery. Everything here is great, but maybe they just need to hire more servers or somehow fix that issue.

It could be a nice date night to have some fun. Food was nothing special, very over priced in my opinion. The server came over 3 times in an hour so the service isn't anything great either. I think it's one of those places that you could have a fun time if you have a few alcoholic beverages in you so you will have beer goggles on to over look the exceptionally mundane service and food. This is a glamorized bowling alley. Don't expect great food or fair prices. The way the waitress described their 14 dollar burger top me was it is their version of the big mac, it is like that without the third bun in between the two patties.

Had the wolf and hen sandwich. Grilled bologna, cheese, fried egg, and homemade kettle chips. Very good. Various alcohol punches available along with a big drink list. This place is about 100 yards away from the Braves stadium.

One thing to note, this is within The Battery, right by Suntrust Stadium and The Roxy, so the prices are going to be high. However, the size of portions range from a bad value to a good value. The chicken and waffles is very good, the waffle is malted (Which I hadn't had before) and I the Milkshake for a King with the candied bacon. Also pretty good, but it was pretty small for $6. A buddy of mine got their chicken wings for around $12, for five wings. They weren't phenomenal to warrant such a steep price, and the pork rinds are supposed to be made in house, but it doesn't matter if they are or not, I don't believe them. They don't come hot, and they're super airy like anything from the gas station. I understand that the bowling aspect is a big draw, even if for the novelty, but if I'm eating, I'm just eating. I don't want to get up and down for my turns to bowl. So to me, I'm either eating or I'm bowling, not at the same time. And if I'm just going to bowl, I don't really have any reason to come here to do so. It's a weird mishmash of crowds renting shoes and trying to get a table from the same counter. Definitely reserve a table and time so you can be seated quickly because there was a wait time when we arrived. Perhaps due to the bowling crowd taking up table space for longer periods of time, but this aspect is at least maneageable. I won't get too much into how our server was spaced out and fumbled my order a bit. I didn't send it back and I was still happy with the milkshake, because unless you use sour cream instead of ice cream, you can't make a bad shake. Not saying he was under the influence, just neither here nor there. Maybe at the end of his shift? All in all, it's a novel experience, and maybe because I showed up through the door as a cold customer off the street, I wasn't hooked in. I don't regret my visit, I'm just not coming back due to how much I paid and what I got in return. It's just not a good value. Their front door says they accept all creeds, skin color, orientation, etc. but that doesn't earn points from me. No business in their right mind turns away money. I don't have 'gay money', it's just money and as long as I bring my wallet I'm welcome anywhere.

Very fun place. Went with friends after work. Like chilling in your basement with friends only way cooler, eye appealing drinks (don't look for a punch bowl) and food to stop a hangover (not that the drinks are that strong).

We were seated and given our water in timely manner on a busy night. Unfortunately Over next hour and 15 minutes we watched several tables seated, served and leave ... Our food never arrived... DESPITE our server's return to us TWICE apologizing for the "delay due to busy night". The second time she had stated food would be out in 10 minutes ... 25 minutes later NO food and WE had to track the server down. Won't waste my time going there ever again ... And could never in good faith recommend it to anyone that I like or want to keep as a friend.

I went here for a work event and it's cool bc theres a lot of games and different activities you can play. What I didn't like was the food. We had Mac and cheese which barely had cheese or even salt. It was more like just pasta. The burgers weren't cooked all the way either. I have no complaints about the chips and I really liked the strawberry fizz drink they have. Overall, cool place to hang but I wouldn't eat there.

Terrible! We went upstairs to find that the main dining area was reservation only, which was fine, because there was more than enough open seats in the open seating area. Our waiter came and gave us some menus. All good up to here. We then waited for 20 minutes.... No water, no drinks orders, no follow up. We saw the waiter having a fun social time with his colleagues with his back turned to us. I waved to try and get his attention but his social gathering was more important than the customers. We got up and left, unnoticed by anyone. Luckily there are many other good places at the battery that is actually willing to give some service.
