Had a great time here with my family. They have something here for everyone. Video games, laser tag, bowling and more. It is the perfect place to let kids run themselves down.

The staff could use more training. On more than one occasion we've arrived to play only to find out that they're opening late for some reason or closed for some reason (no web update - sometimes there's a little sign on the front door saying why). Good food. Fun and friendly environment. Clean.

My first visit was years ago with a group of friends that wanted to bowl. There was a cover charge to enter so I left. I was recently invited to a birthday party so I went inside this time. There was no cover charge. I decided to bowl and it was fun. The facility was okay. It didn't look very clean so I didn't eat anything. The party seemed to go smoothly. The employees were accommodating. All in all, it's an okay place.

We had a great Father's Day at Pin Strikes! Our server Storm was great he attended to all our needs and was very helpful, friendly and polite. The sweet chili wings were good but stay away from their fried green tomatoes! They use too much batter on them. Overnight a great experiment!

By far the most rude and un professional bowling staff I have ever come across in 22 years of bowling. Spend money to bowl and the lane isn't returning balls and I spend more time waiting to get my ball back then I actually bowled and they have half the lanes open and wont switch us lanes or give us extra time to bowl for the inconvienance. So I wont be joining any leagues or bowling at this establishment ever again. Timed it took 12 minutes to get my ball back so I could throw my second shot.

I know it's a bowling alley but the drinks and food was good for a bowling alley. We went to a child birthday party and the coordinator did an excellent job. She nicely decorated the tables and took pictures of the party too.

Went for a birthday party and the kids really enjoyed it. The staff was all very friendly and my kids enjoyed the pizza. The bathrooms were clean and there was a lot of space in the party rooms. If you come around 2pm it’s not that crowded .

Went to bowl to celebrate my daughter birthday, lane were constantly not working. Because we were trying to eat dinner, we asked for our money back. We were told that we could not get our money back and gave us a credit on a gift card. The policy is ridiculous and the problem was due to no fault of our own. PLEASE PLEASE be ready to get a credit if your lanes are not working and you don't have time to wait for another lane. Will not go to any Pin Strikes EVER AGAIN.

The Singing Brothers of Stilwell held our end of the year awards program and social at this venue. Aneesa was our party host and she took great care of our group. We had a party package that included the party room, pizza, drinks, and two hours of bowling. The guys had lots of fun and the party package is worth it. I highly recommend this place!

We are from NC & this was our first time here. Lane 2 light didnt work. Lane 3 pins had to keep getting reset. The balls kept getting stuck on lanes 1, 2, 3. Had to keep looking for attendants in the game area!

Fun to hang with friend and family. Fairly quick check in. New shoes but bowling floors in desparate need of cleaning. Feels like years of accumulated gunk buildup so can't slide into a good bowling form. Also, many of the bowling balls are damaged and need replacing.

Went on a Friday night at 8pm and there was too many kids. Maybe try going later for an adult crowd. Atmosphere is nice, music was on point, there was even a hype man in a mic. There was giveaways all night and a comedy show. Definitely more than just your average bowling alley. Oh and they have nightly specials.... even on the weekends!

Great place to take your kids. My family doesn't bowl but we love their arcade side. Good variety of games but many of them are often out of service. They have machines for you to buy your game cards you can pay with cash or debt. Great selection of prizes. The ladies bathrooms are very clean.

Our bowling ball continued to get stuck in the pit area. The maintenance person said that if the ball hit a certain in the back, he has to called to retrieve it. That was hecka annoying. Besides that the bowling are was eye catching and the music was appropriate for my children to hear. The food was good. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap and cheese pizza.

We had a family get together so this was the location selected for a fun time. Our family was so happy with the good time we had. The game room was the hot spot for us.

We had a blast on the bumper cars! But the service, with the exception of just ONE team member...was horrid. This was special olympics and the building was freezing cold. Colder than outside. The kids had to leave on their jackets. So did the group of senior citizens. Ordering food for the students was a challenge also. Apparently theybeere understaffed. We asked around and continued to get the runaround for at least 30 minutes in order to try out an event/ride. One red haired woman at the register completely ignored us and we were the only ones at the counter and were standing directly in front of her! By 3pm the building was still freezing cold. Unacceptable. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the attendant who tried to make it right.

Fun place for a night out with friends/family/date. They have a ton of lanes so you're not likely to be stuck waiting if you turn up at a busy time and a big enough arcade room along with laser tag

My son and niece & nephew loved it. Tons more to do than Chuck E Cheese. Plus the activities can be enjoyed by adults. Also my son lost his gaming card and they were kind enough to look it up in their system and replace it for me. The rock climbing wall was their favorite.

We attended this facility for a birthday party. Nice environment but the bar staff, the manager specifically was extremely unprofessional. The bar volume was low and as our party tried to cash out, we waited for nearly 20 minutes. We requested assistance and expressed we’d been waiting, and were met with a rude, snarky reply from the bar staff. To our dismay, it was the bar manager. The response was completely uncalled for. Never again will we support this establishment. It’s unfortunate that one bad apple can ruin it all. If you work in service, you should enjoy people, not the case!

I had a good time and I really enjoyed myself it's been awhile since I've been bowling the last place I went to as far as bowling goes was Brunswick in Austell if that's what it still called. I didn't order any food but I did happen to glance at the menu and some of the food did look pretty decent so maybe next time if I do decide to go bowling I order something to eat just to see if the food is decent. They have made some upgrades to the arcade games. My boys wanted to play all the games, but we only had time to play a game of bowling. We will definitely go back when we can stay longer. It was New year's day and there was a 30 min wait, so we ordered food and it was ready by the time our lane was ready. Only negative was that most of the bowling shoes that my group for were falling apart

This isn't a good place to go play arcade games. Most of the games are not working, but they want put out of order signs on them. Then you swipe your card and it appears that you are playing but your gun want shot, you can't select your players on another game, or your balls want come out on one. Then when it comes to selecting a prize, IT SUCK. You might as well just prepare your child that they will not be receiving anything worth it. As much money as I spent I walked out of there with six three pack of sweet tarts. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE. I would rather drive all the way to cobb county to go to MAIN EVENT. That's the place to go to.

This place is amazing! Everything you need for family fun,date night or just hanging out with friends.The atmosphere,the food,bar (and drink specials) and our server are great. Visiting from Jersey and looked this place up on line and it had something for everybody arcade games, bumper cars,laser tag,bowling, DJ, full bar and restaurant. We enjoyed this place so much we came back the next night and had as much fun as the 1st night with the same great service. If Jersey only had something similar to this .

Sooooo, I had my 4 year old son a party there and it was not what I expected. The price was very high almost $400 and u only got 2 pizzas 2 pitchers of drinks and 2 hrs of bowling. U got like 3 games and my son was given a $5 card for games but the games are very expensive. The staff and manager was very rude! The staff wanted to fight and argue now how is that for professionalism

Great bowling alley/arcade spot to take your family or loved one. Staff is very friendly and the best part is that they actually serve a variety of pretty good food! Most places stick to simple items but Pin strikes has a great variety which was very surprising!! I had a chicken philly, my wife had the hot wings, and the kids had burgers, fries and pizza. We also had the funnel cake sticks dipped in icecream, which was amazing! No complaints at all in regards to the food. The only thing I feel they need to work on is their air conditioning! It didn't seem like it was functioning like it should...personally I wasn't as comfortable. My wife felt the same but my kids didn't have any complaints..lol. We will definitely be returning!!

Lanes kept messing up and the guy that was at the front counter ready didn't seem to care . They changed our lane 3 times and each lane kept getting stuck . I don't think I will be going back . The food was high an wasn't worth it . Think twice before you think about going to this one . Because it's not worth it and I drove all the way from Fairburn , Ga .

My boyfriend and I like to come here and play games in the arcade regularly, they have a wide selection to choose from! I recommend this for dates & first dates it's a great way to break the ice. I've tried their food and it was delicious! Especially their Their Swiss mushroom burger.

Being close this home is a plus. The staff is nice (the gentleman that repaired our lane was outstanding and fast). We did have issues with the lane and bumpers, was moved and all the games were not working, 7 year olds dont understand that. Please continue to keep games in working order or adding more. Would like to continue to work and play on the Southside.

Looks like lots of fun things to do. The service at bowling counter was cool. We got there at 10 and of course the food station was closed, but we were told we could still buy drinks. However the lady at bar said she was closed and the people working the food station didn't want to acknowledge us or serve us non-alcoholic drinks. And our bowling section table was covered in food trash from previous group, so we asked if it could be cleaned off, but that didn't happen until we were dang near done with our game. Customer service could be better and closing food counter an hour before closing is too early.

My nephew had his daughter's sixth birthday party there. It were fun,we all bowl, the ladies and girls won. The pizza were great, so was the hamburgers, and the Fry's. Very good. Management sucks. Arcade games don't work properly. Pizza is improperly cooked. No compensation when you have all these problems in first and only visit.

This is an awesome bowling alley. Went 7p on a Friday and it was busy but we did not have to wait long for a lane. We did the $70 deal they had, which included: 2 hours unlimited play, shoes, pizza, 2 large drinks). This is a deal seeing that free 7p each lane is $34-and that does not include shoes or anything else. My friends had drinks and they were strong and priced between $5-$7. The pizza that came with our package was huge and tasted pretty good. The atmosphere was awesome. Everything was clean, there were screens with sports games on in between the bowling tally screens. There were also huge projector screens at the end of the bowling lanes for the songs that had music videos. The music was a mix between hip-hop and old rock songs. All the staff were great. Only concern is that I noticed two other groups have problems with their lanes malfunctioning and having to wait. One group had to move. The same thing happened with us during our 3rd game and we had to wait 15mins before we were also moved. They added back out time and kept our game progress but it was a bit of a buzz kill. The arcade was fun as well. Overall, I would definitely return even though we personally had to drive an hour to get there.
