Snack bar no longer open, the arcade games are ALL broken, even the vending machine is broken! The lane wouldn't score the game correctly, and no one seemed to know how to fix it. We paid $50 for 3 games, and nothing worked. The balls were dented and literally wobbled down the lane. Definitely will not be back here again! This place is a total trash heap.

I was under the impression that before 6 games $2.59 a game. I guess I was wrong because I was charged $4.29 a game. I asked for 2 games and shoes for just me. I was told my total was $17 and some change. I asked why is it $17, I was told 2 games and shoes is $17 and change. I said no 2 games and shoes should be around $13. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out without looking at a computer screen. The cost was adjusted. Maybe if the employee behind the counter would have out their phone down and quit texting when customers are at the counter the mistake would not have been made. When I went to leave I out my shoes on the counter and didn't get a that k you for coming or anything. I guess the phone that I can only imagine is surgically attached to the attendants hand, because she never put it down to look up and acknowledge me, was more important than a paying customer.

The worst bowling alley ever. Everything is run down. Nothing works right. Lanes break down in the middle of games. Not to mention the Parking lot is trashed.

This place sucked. I'm not sure what the average price for bowling is but $60 for 3 games seems overpriced. Especially when the bowling lanes act up half your game and the building is practically falling apart.

Needs some up dating. Did not have Budweiser but had signs up for bud all over. The 18 and older place to play pool need a vent for all the smoke.

Not really sure why this place hasn't been shut down yet. It truly sucks at this bowling alley. The bowling lanes are so old and the bowling balls get stuck, when someone goes to bowl, it keeps glitching like you didn't even roll the ball, so that is kinda in the grounds of cheating. The staff treat the people like crap. It is way too expensive to bowl there, and you end up wasting more time and money because the lanes do not work properly. They also cheat their employees out of money. Honestly I would rate this place with -5 stars if I could. I won't be going back to this place.

Needs to he updated the lanes need repairs we had to reset several times we saw on the guard rails on some of the other lanes they were broken just overall needs alot of improvements

The worst lanes I have EVER played at...the lanes scratched and gouged my new ball which they said was "normal" wear and tear! I will NEVER play here again! Goodbye you sorry people!

Over priced, out dated, run down. We used to bowl here years ago and it was much better quality service back then. We we're disappointed in the current place. Took 5 kids bowling all under 4 and only 2 adults bowled. The kids ball rack was broken too.

Lanes kept sticking and balls getting stuck..we had 2 hours of bowling and we had to move to another which we probably lost 10 minutes trying to get started again so needless to say they cut our game off at 2 hours so we didn't get to finish our last game which we only had 2 frames left..this place needs a total remodel..

Used to be a nice place. Now everything, literally EVERYTHING is either malfunctioning or just wore out. The kitchen is pretty disgusting and smelly as well. Needs a 100% remodel.

It's been a few years since we visited this bowling alley. Today we came for a birthday party and we had a good time bowling. The bowling alley is showing some age and could really use an upgrade. The arcade machines we're not all in working order and the ones that work were pretty beaten up. The pool tables were in pretty good condition. A couple of the lanes were down for repair.

Magnolia Lanes is bowling alley with nice, down home people working there. In addition to bowling, there's pool tables, arcade games and all the beer you can drink. So go support a nice bowling alley.

We went on a Sunday afternoon. We walk in and no one was at the desk. We finally see some and they say the owners are in the bar. We finally get a lane, but it was broken so they move us to another lane. We thought we we good to play our 3 games, that were overpriced at $60 total. We start bowling and every few bowls it breaks down by dropping pins when sweeping knocked down pins away. On our last game when it was my daughter's turn the light on the lane turns off and it ends that game. My daughter didn't get to bowl the last frame. That was pretty crappy. We will not be returning. We will go all the way to Newnan or McDonough. Please avoid at all cost.

The physical appearance and condition of the bowling center were deplorable. We waited ten minutes to be greeted and to pay to play. There were two male employees there who stayed on there phone for the majority of our visit. Needless to say, customer service was less than desirable. Food and beverages were not available, and the kitchen appeared to be closed. Our game had to be reset multiple times, due to pins and balls getting stuck. The arcade area was like a wasteland. None of the games worked. Lots of “out of order” signs. The kids resorted to playing air hockey with no air, because all of the machines were unplugged. The jukebox didn’t work. The pool table had no cues. As a consumer, I would really like to see improvements in the condition/maintenance/repair of the bowling alley. This is the only alley in the area, and would make an excellent place for frugal family outings if shown some TLC.

This place is trash now. Used to be a nice place to shoot a game of pool or even play a arcade game but now everything is broke. I do not recommend this place at all.Would rate 1 star. people are very rude. And a very trashy place

Awesome staff. My boyfriend and I took 4 out of our 5 kids and we had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even considering we got there a little late and we were able to finish our game (past closing time) without feeling rushed.
