Managers really care about the patrons. I brought my daughter here to use their machines and one of them had some issues and took her money. Instantly the manager solved the issue and made sure my daughter was happy. This is the sort of business I want to support.

This is an older bowling alley in a recovering part of town. Lanes and Equipment are about as you expect. however the bar exhibited and extreme variety of pricing. Be sure and ask about specials because they can save you a ton. For example, one friend got a beer for $7, however I ordered a similar beer on special for only $2. While we didn't order food, it really appeared to be bar fare with nothing exceptional.

Tuesday’s $2.22 bowling and food is the reason I enjoy bowling at Bowlmor! Friendly and helpful staff! The atmosphere and venue is nice, but the food isn’t so great. Just eat bowl or after you bowl.

Prices are ridiculous! Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the bowling was good. Prices on the bowling however were ridiculous too. Will not be going back . They also double charged my cousin for my games after I had paid and left. Yea great place.

Super busy on a Saturday night! Food was fast, but way over priced for what it was (which would be fine if their menus had any prices listed). Only one location to place an order for drinks and food, so got crowded really quickly. Good lanes and equipment and staff is responsive.

I had not been rather in 3 years. Not sure when the renovations was done, but it looks nice. Tables are too big for the bowling area. Need rectangle size. Lanes were oily and the floor was sticky. I will give it another try.

Last night on 4/30 My boyfriend and I went for $2 Tuesday and The bartender obviously knew something about my boyfriend I didn't know and decided to throw hints about it in front of me, which I found to be VERY rude and insulting to ME!! I told her about herself because she was wrong and she got nervous and made me the wrong drink TWICE and charged me $13 for a house margarita but on the ticket it said Patron and she told her manager that if they hear her cussing someone out its me for whatever reason. I told her make sure she tells the whole story as why she would bring something like that up. After given a $23.00 tab on a $2 Tuesday, she told us we could leave before we could even get food and hadn't even had our drinks. So we left. An hour after we left the bartender had her friend call my boyfriend and the drama continued. This was very unprofessional and I have patronized this business before. I don't know her reason for pulling such an act but it escalated quickly and I'll never come back here as long as she's there!!

Bowling is too damn expensive. The prices are per hr per person. Ended up paying $196.xx for 3hrs - 2 adults. Well, 3 adults technically but the additional player wasn't there for more than an hr. Including bar tab? fuhgitaboutit.

I come here often for small group gatherings or just to have fun. I'm here once every month or so. Typically a clean environment, decent music, and reasonably priced. This location has deals running all the time so it's never too expensive. Food and drinks are average (price and taste). Can get crowded on the weekends, but that's expected. As a result, drink service is really slow. There's a private bowling area with about 4 lanes if you wanted to rent out space for an event. I recently came here for Father's Day 2019. Was impressed with how quickly Alec handled the customer service booth. He was very professional. This particular visit we had a small hiccup with the lane reset, but the staff response was timely. Only reason why I didn't give 4 stars is because the bathroom wasn't clean again...Other than that this location is a really cool place to have a quick date or a group vibe.

My company hosted Holiday celebration at this location and it was the BEST TIME EVER. The staff was attentive and just made it even better. Each person from our group discussed how impressed they were with staff and location. Beverages and staff great / Food ok / Location was on point. Great job cater director and staff at Bowlmor - I will be back.

They charged us 78 total for two people playing 5 games (shoe rental included). The price per game is 5.70 per person. Such a rip-off. I will never come back here. The balls have bad dents in them. The AC doesn't work well enough.

Wow! No wonder the guy on the counter didn't told us anything is because their prices went up so high! We expect to pay at least $13 each and there's only 2 of us playing. We played 5x and we're charged almost $80!!! We played longer than that the last time and we only paid $36!! What a rip off!

Bowlmor made our family fun night so much fun! We were greeted by the friendly staff who patiently helped with shoes. We had an awesome server named Dee who handled multiple lanes and never missed a beat. Dee was the best! Our family will be back for more fun at Bowlmor!

So family friendly, . I attended a Birthday celebration on Saturday, and was pleasantly surprised as to the service, organized staff and the food and drinks were exceptional for a bowling alley. The adults were just as entertained as the kids. Great ambiance.

Lot of nostalgia for this bowling alley, as it's where my father was in a bowling league 30 years ago when it was under another company. Bowlmor has been modernized with video screens and overloud music. It's a good place to take kids or for a weekend adult outing.

Upon arriving to this establishment I called the place to see what type of environment it was, what type of music they play etc... the front desk told me that it would be clean hip hop and R&B. I decided to take my kids there. It was a nice environment, but the music was very vulgar. I feel like if it’s a family friendly environment, there should be clean and friendly music. Don’t get me wrong I love every song they played, but my kids were there. I’m just saying have some respect for the kiddos! If it was a night club I would give it a 5 star.

This place used to be good but I was here the other night, Friday night at 10:30, wanting to play till 12, when they close, and it took them 15 minutes to get a server to ask if we wanted anything and then she took our drink orders, took another 10 minutes to make 2 lemon drops and 2 Jack Cokes, and the bartender was not even busy...and then when we ask to order food after she came back with our drinks, she told us the kitchen had just closed, I asked "not even one appatizer" and she she her head. don't come here if you don't have too, there's a stars and strikes 15 minutes away that is well worth it then this bowling alley. Super pricey food, drinks,bowling prices. Drinks were watered down and service was slow and rude

Bowlmor was fun and an amazing place in itself... gorgeous place actually with good food and lots of games, great TV's and music, and the lanes we're beautiful....BUT the staff was unorganized and not very friendly. The line to get shoes was extremely long and the "used" shoes were just stacked in a huge pile on the side... We were there for a birthday party and had ordered 2 Large pizzas and drinks for the kids (when we first arrived) and after being there for more than two hours, our food and drinks FINALLY came. We had paid for 2 hours of bowling and they cut our game off in the middle of a game without even letting us have an option to pay for more time.... I loved the place, but I feel it just needs better management....

This is a decent alley, but there are better in the area. The lanes are very oily, and the food is very average. The staff can be totally absent at times, and high-numbered lanes break down frequently. I recommend just going to bowl and passing on food. Dont go if you're picky about oil level.

Set up the outing with kay Holt and she was the best! She helped me set everything up with my company to have the best outing ever. The server who served us our food and drinks is also awesome I think her name was Asyleee. Everybody was great. We really enjoyed ourself for a couple hours of fun and no work! I went back and forth on three vs four stars because this alley is nice, but the prices are just a bit outrageous. I remember when it was 300 and it felt a bit more upscale, but for the level of service and food quality/portions, I just can't get behind the prices. It's still a bowling alley, not Disney World. Other than that, good clean fun and usually there's not a wait.

This past Friday we celebrated my husbands birthday here... The customer service was excellent. Our event planner was attentive and so was our waitress!! The drinks and food were good. The bowling shoes were new and the overall appearance of the bowling alley was very nice.

Great atmosphere. Has so much potential,however the one part that stinks is actual bowling. $$$$ when we went on Saturday. The actual bowling there is terrible. Lanes are in terrible condition, not enough service staff to fix constant problems on lane. Service buttons don't work. Ghetto cheap bowling scoring sytem. Lanes worn out and haven't been maintained. Not enough visibility, it's not like cosmic bowling but literally bowling in the dark.

Very busy the evening we visited. Waited about 45 minutes for 2 lanes, but the arcade area did help to pass the time. Too bad there isn't a better system, perhaps timed rentals?? Not sure if i would like that myself, but it's a thought. Also, a quicker way to pay would be helpful. Otherwise, we had a great time. Would visit this location again.

I went with my girlfriend, her daughter and my son. We were placed in a lane directly next to a kid's birthday party with a very large group of people. We had to continuously go find someone to place our food order, get drinks and a refill. Then I paid for our bowling and our food with our server before we went to play games in the arcade. As we were leaving the guy at the front desk said I didn't pay. I told him that I paid with my server. He said no that I only paid for my food. I had to put down our leftover food and the prizes my son won to get my receipt out to show him I had indeed paid for everything along with a 20% tip. His only response was "Oh she didn't tell me." He accused me of trying to run out on my bill and then didn't apologize for the accusation. We won't going back at all. If you want true upscale bowling go to the Painted Pin. The staff is 1000% better, the food there is fantastic and there is lots more to do than just bowl.

Took the family on a 4th if July outing and we had so much fun! There is something for everyone to enjoy. Benjamin (manager) was awesome. Food was surprisingly delicious. My husband and I split the chicken Caesar wrap and smokehouse burger. The garlic butter fries.... ay dios mio! Delish! It was pricey but they have weekly specials so try to go during those.

We did a team event and had a great time! Our booking coordinator Darien was cordial and very responsive. The bowling alley area was set up with our food when we arrived and the lanes were stocked and ready. Our catering rep, Jean, was friendly and worked hard to get our food out to the buffet shortly after our designated time. They replenished the food and gave us plenty of time to bowl. Overall, it was professional and the memory was so positive, I would book it again.
