Cute place good drinks and food .. there was maybe 3 other groups of people besides us.. our server Juaun came over maybe 3 times in total even though we spent a good amount of money and could have spent more had he paid us attention. Worst service I've ever experienced in an establishment based solely on what should be fun! If anyone bowls, you know your shoes should slide on the lane. Wouldn't even take the money off for the rental although I couldn't even use the shoes. Chicken was a puddle of grease and server was extremely rude! Glad I chose that spot for fun on vacation.... not!

Great place to hang out for all ages! My huband, myself and our 2 kids had fun bowling, and the appetizers were pretty good too. We didn't get a chance to play in the arcade area but it looked like a fun area, with all the cool games. They even honored their daily specials during Spring break! We will be returning for another family bowling night very soon!

High quality in terms of clenliness and selection of bowling balls and sizes. Staff can be hit or miss depending on The day as well. The food could use some work and often times quality seems to based on who is working (I've have the same items cooked differently, one being significantly better than the other). But overall it is my go to bowling alley in the area.

We visited this location over the weekend with our friends and I was very pleasantly surprised. I'm not a bowling guy and I wasn't looking forward to the outing here. However, the server took very good care of us and delivered our food promptly. We ordered the appetizer sampler and a pizza. Both came out piping hot and looked exactly like the picture (important to me). The kids enjoyed both the bowling and the arcade games. On top of the good staff, I got to see that some of the lanes were closed off and being maintained with some sort of polishing machine. We will definitely be back!

It is very clean. The cost is not friendly for large families. There is no package deal; each person pays to bowl each game. The lane continously stopped working for the first game we played. I expected a discount, but it wasn't offered until I asked. The prizes in the arcade were not fully stocked. When asked were additional prizes in the back, I was told there were but the person who keeps inventory count did not work that day. So we had to pick from what was left. Though I've listed more cons than pros, the overall experience was great. I would definitely patronize this establishment again.

Our bowling all broke in mid game. 6 guys sitting around waiting fur it to be fixed. Except one guy who came into work during the middle of our visit nobody knew how to work the score name setup. Most of people working there had bad attitudes. Going to savoy drive next time.

Went on a Tuesday night and was not busy at all and still had to wait for an attendant at the counter. Not the best bowler but the lanes and balls were bone dry. Not sure if they even realize the lanes should be oiled. Scoring system also a bit dated.

We had such a great experience at bowlero! Alexis, our server was so great and patient with our large group! One thing I did not like was the other server who was so rude. He’s a white guy who was making Alexis pick up his slack and she still did a great job! They can fire him and get more people like her! Overall we had a good time!

Nice, clean environment, but need more help. It took me three trips to bar to get something to drink because no one was around. The time was around 1 00pm. Someone finally showed up and I ordered a bottled water and diet coke. A little pricey at $7.30. If i was a drinker it would have be fine with the $3 draft PBR they offer

Our company held an event for my our entire team last week at Bowlero Norcross, that was a complete fail. They were unprepared for our team, they were understaffed, and failed to pay any attention to us (we had to hunt someone down for everything we needed). It did not seem like they had ever held an event like this before. We had a private bar set up, but they only had 1 bartender to serve 40 people who were all schedule to arrive in a short window of time, while at another bar that we could not use they had 2 highly under-utilized bartenders. The food, while very good, was not replenished as it was supposed to be, was not served in a timely manner, and set up in a prolonged and piecemeal manner. My hope is that they learn for this experience and provide better service to the next large group.

We were in town gor the night looking for something to do and came here. The employee greeted us and was very nice.They have you leave a debit card up front and charge the total of your game and shoe rental after. $30 a game for 3 people? Oh no. And we were next to a childs birthday party. Needless to say we played 1 game and left.

A lot of fun for the whole family, all four of us had unlimited bowling and rented 2 pairs of shoes for less than $40 got a $20 bowling coupon just for signing up for there exclusive members at the bottom of their website. Really good and really big pizza a bit pricey on the cokes but who isn't now a days very clean every where soft seats to sit in while bowling and can eat at the lane. Has a pool table air hockey and games where you win tickets, definitely coming back Thanks bowlero for making our family night a 100.

I mean... It's okay. The food seems to be kinda mediocre to me and the employees are friendly, but not very well trained; one of them offered to give one member of my party shoes that had not been sprayed yet -- which is wrong for a couple obvious reasons -- and that definitely raises concerns as to the sanitation of the rest of the facility. The bowling is cheap though and the lanes are good. You basically get what you pay for here.

I am 69 and I bowled here with my son when he was a cub scout. I bowled a 287. Freak occasion. When I was 13, my close friend and I were taught to bowl because our lanes were empty and some pros were there. Basic skills that stayed with me. Bowling was fun stuff then and a whole new experience today. Give it a shot in good spot.

The facility was nice enough, though they charged me for two games when I only played one with my granddaughter. Disappointed. The arcade is also crazy expensive, so avoid that if you do visit. Oh yeah, the table was dirty and the floor in front of the lane was sticky. That's all.

My boyfriend & I went to Bowlero on a Saturday night..things started off on a not-so-good note then completely turned around. I ordered my food & they brought the wrong thing out twice which really frustrated me because it was pretty busy so the wait was kind of long..third time was a charm though. I wasn’t expecting it, but the manager ended up coming over, apologizing & took it off our check. (The food was really good by the way!) We loved the music & overall friendliness of the staff. Will def be visiting again!

Happy bowling place. Went there with my work friends and had a great time. The buffalo chicken flat breads were delicious and the beer cold and fresh. The service was great as well. Since we went there midweek it was not crowded at all. Will revisit.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this place as it has undergone renovations and management changes etc...we don’t cone often but we recently used a grouping to have some fun on Labor Day and had the best service ever! Pros - The makeover this place has recieved since I was a kid has been impressive. The food and drink service was nice and the atmosphere made it easy to spend a few hours here. Con - You pay per game. We had a small group and it became expensive to buy per game because we went through each game quickly. It would have been better if we could play per hour and not have to drag our games out because we only had 3 people.

We had a birthday party here for a 3 and 7 year old. I have to say the service overall was amazing. The food and atmosphere were great. I couldnt have asked for a better place to hold our party. We may be back next year. The manager Brooke along with her staff were top notch! I can't say thank you enough.

This place looks nice on the inside but they are wayyyy overpriced. Me and 3 friends payed 45 bucks for 2 games and shoe rentals. We were the only people on the lanes. It seemed rediculous. Then it took forever for someone to help us. The counter was empty the first 5 minutes we were there. Then we had a gift certificate debacle but that's a story for another day.

Check for their specials, late night bowling is always the best. I went to Thursdays night college night for $11 unlimited bowling 9pm to midnight. You must prepare your body for 3 hrs of bowling.

WHAT A GREAT NIGHT! I loved it here. The staff is great! Our server busted her butt to get to everyone and she was smiling the whole time doing it! The technician was phenomenal and helped with everything he could! The drinks and food were amazing! The games were a blast! I couldn't ask for a better time! THANKS FOR LAST NIGHT GUYS!!
