Unlimited laser tag on Wednesdays is a fantastic way to keep kids entertained while easy on the wallet. The big negative I have is the food service. While it is great that you can place an order at the lane, it is very challenging to get the attention a server.

Definitely an upscale, nicer alley than most I've been to. As others have said, don't go Saturday after 6PM. Crazy expensive to bowl. For two games, two people, expect to pay at least $38.

Wasn't impressed. Staff less than helpful and one individual seemed pretty annoyed and almost rude.. walked away from us in the middle of our children getting their prizes to help someone else. Maybe more staff needed? No staff easily available for assistance. No information volunteered as to how things worked, options available etc. All new to us .. no printed info available so we had to ask .. for the prices I would expect staff to be more welcoming and helpful. Very expensive imo.. $35 for 2 little kids to bowl 2 games each.. arcade also expensive.. $20 card done in 10 mins. Very costly outing.

We picked the best day to go. On top of the usual fun and activities going on, they had kids fest while we were there. That meant mini games and coupons galore. The bowling prices were cheap as well during this. We took our kids and spent all day having fun between the bowling and the arcade. With all the coupons they gave us (for kids fest) it was a steal! And we still have some left to come back another weekend. Great time!

This is a really cool spot, and the Wednesday specials is are really good. The food, drinks, and games are pretty pricey compared to what I have seen at similar places, that would be my only negative though. I think overall this is one of the best multi activity spots I've been to.

Omg I literally love this place! Just threw my husband a Patron bowling party here last night (11-16-18) for his bday and boy when I say they delivered to my expectations they really did. From the food, hostess, the drinks☺ and overall service was amazing. The whole staff was very attentive. Made sure our refreshments were refilled in a timely matter, made sure we didn't have to stand in line for bowling shoes and etc. WE WILL BE GOING BACK REAL SOON. ITS WORTH THE 45 MIN DRIVE!

Definitely in need of a revision/ education in the service department. After putting in my order, on the machine at my lane, had to go to the front desk 3 times to correct food that was not prepared as requested, check on order, request my drink. This is all AFTER I tipped as I paid for my meal. Honestly, if you're going to make it an option to tip in advance make sure your service is impeccable!

So the update they did to this facility is really nice. It's in kind of like a retro 50's diner theme. Fantastic place to take the kids. They have arcade games, bowling you name it. However the service isn't all that great and the music is atrocious. It was so loud we had to constantly scream to be heard plus the selection was terrible. There was nothing current and no variety whatsoever.

Went for the first time last night love that you could order and pay for drinks and food directly from the lane. However i ordered a drink from my lane and waited 30 mins before going to the bar to inquire about it. Once at the bar saw my ticket was just sitting there once she made the drink it only taste like cranberry juice no alcohol at all. Plus seemed to be a little pricey for two people.

We were visiting and decided to stop here for family fun. Not only was there bowling but also arcade games. We decided just to bowl. The alley was a little worn down and needed some upgrades, and the bowling balls needed replacing; but overall it was a nice family place and customer service was Great. We would go again and try out the arcade games.

We love the arcades here & the special they run on Wednesy is always a bonus!!!! My toddler loves bowling here as well & the kiddie things to help are super genius. Bar is stocked well & always fast, friendly service when we have been. Group rates are pretty decent & come with lots of different options depending on your tastes. The food is not bad for a bowling alley, little over priced but thats how it is everywhere these days. We go here at least once a month to meet up with family & let the kids have fun!

This is one of the nicest bowling allies I have ever been to. Everything inside just feels nice and new. They a rather extensive arcade, a laser tag arena, a decent sized bar and two different areas of lanes. My one warning would be that this is very much a college hangout. It is usually very full of college students who have had one drink too many. However, if that's your screne, this is the best place to go bowling in the Kennesaw area.

Do not go on Saturdays especially no walk ins we waited almost 2 hours ,They should have a few open lanes for those of us who are just wanting to walk in for a family day. Apparently if you're not in a party your waiting. Here's a few things we did to kill time.

Very nice facility, tons of lanes and a great arcade. Prices are a little high, especially for the food, but you do get what you pay for and have a good time. Food was very good. I loved the fact that I could find a ball that fit my fingers in all weights. Highly recommended!

This was our at least third time at Bowlero. The place had terrible customer service. One of the waiters was very rude. The bowling alley was terrible. You could only use the bumpers for every player. When we grabbed a table at the alley, there was trash and someones previous meal on our table. We had went to the front and told them to pick it up. After 5 minutes, it was still left there. Below is a picture of the meal that was left from the previous person or people there. Honestly, the meal was left there for at least 10 minutes. People please don't waste your money at that place. With bad customer service and is super boring. I would recommend Dave and Busters or Andretti. We are never going back there. The only reason I gave them one star is because of the games.

Decided to take my son here over the weekend and play some arcade games and bowl. The food and drink prices are INSANE. $5 for a soda? Plus tips to have someone bring it to the bowling lane? Come on guys. The selection of arcade games is poor. I can think of many better ways to spend a weekend. If you want to take the family out for bowling, just go to an actual bowling alley. If you want to take them out to the arcade, go to Dave and Busters. Bowlero combines both, in a very mediocre and over priced way

Bowlero is always great. We go for the food and drink as much as we do the bowling. This was the starting point for my birthday outing. We meet up with friends at the bar to watch the end of a few football games. Moved to the lanes for food and more drinks along with some casual bowling. The service was great and being able to order from the touchscreens at each lane was very fast.

Everything is overpriced, you have to buy a kids a meal in order to get your kids something to drink, which I thought was ridiculous. The arcade area rips you off on the games, certain games are like 6 tokens, go to D&B the same game is 3 credits. This place is designed to burn a hole in your pockets people!!!! Drink menu does not have prices listed, but Food is Pricey!!! The bartender stated that they do not make 2 person shareable drinks, only 3-4 people shareable drinks, which i thought was insane. I have never been to a bowling alley that charges a 3 and 4 year old for a game of bowling, I could understand renting the shoes, but because my wife and I, and our two boys wanted to bowl one game, it cost 50 dollars. In my opinion, if you guys want to bowl go to amf, you wanna play arcade games go to dave and busters. At least if you order a drink from dave and busters it's worth what you pay, size and all. If you're looking to spend money, go somewhere where at least you're gonna get what you pay for. I left when I realized how much money i spent and barely did anything. Not worth it, if that's the only thing to do stay inside and play board games.

I just want to say this place rocks the staff was very respectful my kids had a blast and it was well worth the money and they make it easy to choose how you would like to purchas your credits even laser tag was cheap only $8 per person I expected Atleast $15 per person so I was very surprised. I had an awful experience at chucky cheese rite before I came here tonight and ended up getting a refund from the rude unprofessional employees but bowleros really changed my entire attitude I completely forgot about my experience at chucky cheese and had a wonderful time. I’ll be sure to bring my kids back next time we go out again. Chucky cheese just needs to be shut down completely there setup to play games sucks and it’s way to over crowded on Saturdays they don’t care about their business! Bowlero rocks!

Bowlero was pretty cool. It was our first time going, my wife bought a Groupon. The bowling was good, pizza was loved by the kids. Laser tag was fun and the kids had a blast at the games. Didn't really know this place was up to the standard of the competition, but this location did not disappoint. Great for a rainy day activity for sure.

I am here right now, on Tuesday night. This is the most mismanaged place I have been to in a LONG time. It is very crowded here (which is fine!), and they have ONE bar tender for a massive line of people, it took me 20 minutes to get a beer and the bartender was serving people that came up after me, it took 30 minutes to get an order of fries which came out ICE COLD. It is a joke. Needs new manager who knows what he/she is doing. EDIT: got an order of tacos. Cold. This place is a joke.

The wife and ng I went in the middle of the afternoon on a Friday. No lines, good music, great selection of balls to include 9lbs with large holes! Food and drinks are a but pricey but it looks good (we did not get anything). Games and shoes were good price so that is what matters. Give it a shot if you like bowling.

Had fun! Great place to go if you want to just meet up with people and aren't too sure what to do. You just hang by the bar, play games, bowl, billiards and games on in the background. I will break this up a little bit: Bowling: Great experience. The computer machines are very easy to use. However, the bowls and shoes are extremely worn down. They can use some TLC or new ones. EG: the soles and padding in all three of my friends shoes were bear/worn down so much you can feel the rawness just by putting the shoes on. The price is decent though for unlimited bowling Food Food is great and well worth the price. I ordered nachos - its huge and very good! Drinks DO NOT ORDER ANY TYPE OF LIQUOR HERE. Honestly, pre-game before you go here. The price here is some of the highest I have seen. A vodka + red bull would cost $11 or $12. However, they were out of redbull on a Friday night (before the weekend rush) at around 7PM. Whose out of redbull at 7PM on a Friday night? Sooo... I had to cancel that order and got a vodka and club soda. The drink was VERY weak. I mean you are talking 90% soda and 10% vodka (if that). It tasted like soda to me. Usually the ratio should be at least 60% soda to 40% vodka. SO very watered down drinks for the price (note the vodka + club soda = $9). The bartenders need some serious help here if they want to charge that much for mixed drinks + keep their prices. The beer is about average to outside places. ($27 for a tall paps isn't bad that would let 3-4 people have 2 beers each out of it).

I have been here a few times now; as it has a multitude of activities in one location. The drinks are fantastic and the food is your typical style bar food, in my opinion, nothing super fancy. Bowling is always amazing, laser tag is always a war, plenty of arcade games and I have never had to wait to play pool here. - Only reason that I am giving four stars is that I personally feel to get a rack of pool balls is a little expensive for an hourly price. Maybe me but that shouldn't cost me as much as a burger and some of the balls were damaged the last time I was there.

Do not come here. They racially discriminated against my friend and I we came today (Friday 3pm) and we’re bowling and after even deciding if we wanted to continue and do a second game a group of white teenagers and ones parents came in our section and then a few minutes later an employee comes to make us get up and leave. When we looked there were for a fact 5 OPEN lanes so I don’t understand why she chose to inconvenience us by trying to rush us to leave. She and a guy took away our food and drinks and all to please the white guest. I’m not happy and extremely dissatisfied. If I would’ve noticed the open lanes before getting up I wouldn’t have even moved.. ridiculous & sad. Never will return here again.

Definitely won't be coming back to bowl here. The customer service was awful. Both girls at the counter need work on their customer service and attitudes. We couldn't even get a Military discount for our family only for one person. Also, their Sunday specials said they started at 5pm but the girl said that they didn't start til 8pm. We saw 2 signs hanging up that said after 5pm and online did too.

TRASH, overcharged for drinks, argued and accused us of lying. Manager there needs to find a new job cause he clearly isn’t meant for customer satisfaction. I’d never step foot in there again if I was paid to. They need to learn a better system as to moving from the bar to the bowling alley instead of OVERcharging customer for drinks that were just not classified as paid in their system. No receipts ever given, just their false claims against our true claims. Whole staff needs to be fired. Learn how to speak with customers before ever working in a customer based environment.

Place changes names a few times each year but it's a staple spot for most people's childhoods in the surrounding area. Mall traffic is something else though
