First off I am a ex employee, who left on good terms gave a notice so this is not a disgruntled situation, I've been bowling at this center for about 20 years now, my entire family bowls there: my wife, my 2 boys bowl youth league and myself. We went in today April 14th to practice went up the the front desk and ask for a pair of lanes and we were given lanes 19 & 20, when we got down to the lanes my wife and I noticed the pit floors were very sticky, so I went up to the front desk and spoke to Rhonda, who is a manager, and told her the floor was sticky and she proceeded to tell my that the mechanic had already mopped them and I stated that the floors were still sticky so I asked to have her please to have the mechanic come and mopped them again. My family and I waited for about 15 mins and he never came, so being a ex employee I called the mechanic on duty on the telephone and asked him if Rhonda called him on the radio to come mopped the floors, he stated no she didn't call him on the radio so I asked him to please come and mop them and he sure no problem and within 5 mins he was there. Andrew and myself worked on our hands and knees to clean the floors so they would be safe for my family and myself, and the next family so would come in to have fun. I should not have had to call the mechanic on the phone after telling Rhonda what was wrong with the floors, my word should've been enough!! So about an hour and half went by and I called the front desk, on the intercom system, to please turn the ceiling fans on HIGH, they turned them on but on LOW so I called again and they said ok but never turned them up, so I asked fellow bowlers to please call and ask and they stated they were on HIGH, so I called a 3rd time and proceed to tell me they were on HIGH, now mind you I worked in this center as a mechanic for over 3 years and knew how the fans worked so again I had to walk up the the front desk and try to tell me they are not on HIGH and again they told they were, so I personally had to turn the knob on HIGH and show them they were wrong!!!! Do not go there!!! Rhonda is horrible!!!

You have to be very careful at this location. They stole money from me...Don't use card, pay with cash! Me, my father, daughter, sister, and neice came here on a Saturday night. My sister arrived before we did and took care of the lane and everything, so the only thing I had to pay for was me my father and daughter shoe rentals. I told the cashier (bald guy with missing teeth) that me and my sister were together and he begin starting a tab for me. My sister immediately said, we don't need a tab I already took care of two games and our lane, that should be plenty. So I explained to the cashier who had attempted to start a tab for me for an additional lane and two more games that again we were together and did not need two lanes for a total of 5 people. I asked him not to open up a tab for me and to instead just allow me to pay for our stuff right now. He paused and said okay and told me i'd have to come back up to add additional games and I said that was fine. He charged me for our shoes and said he closed everything out. The lane we had immediately malfunctioned so they ended up switching us from lane 17 to 18. I'm six months pregnant, so after the first game I gave up. We got half way through our second game and called it quits. Around that time they had reopened up lane 17 and people started playing next to us. When we returned the shoes I verified with a heavy set guy that the guy missing teeth had in fact closed the tab like he said. The heavy set guy told me he actually did not but told me he'd take care of everything and make sure I wasn't charged anything since I paid upfront. Well I woke up Sunday morning to see I was charged almost $60. I called and spoke to Rhonda who was very nice, but the end result was basically her telling me the GM has to review everything and figure out how to proceed. I'm a very calm person so I remained respectful to Rhonda as it is not her fault, but I wish I had paid cash like my sister. I'll probably have to stop by tomorrow until this is resolved, as I refuse to wait another day for these people to decide to give me back money that should've never been taken from me. Beware and pay cash if you go here, and if any mistakes happen on their part, be expected to be treated like a criminal who first needs to be investigated. Very disappointing experience. I've never had to go through anything like this when wronged.

A little on the pricey side for what it is, but it's been recently renovated and was very nice. They could use some new balls, though, as many we had had cracks/chunks taken out of them, including in the finger holes which resulted in some serious blisters.

I really like this place but we can never get in for any of the specials I am a single mom of two kids I tried to go on Tuesdays and Sundays and can't never get a lame due to the league my boy has been disappointed over the last two weeks just wish they wouldn't let the leaves take over on the family special nights some of us are on budgets

In the middle of the day with loads of children they not only turned up the music to an obnoxious volume is was very inappropriate music. Hopefully this is not the norm for this place. The "new" system is glitchy and the last 3 games we've played there (one being a league game) we have had to go ask for the score or pins to be fixed. If I hadn't joined a league and bought a summer pass I'd go somewhere else.

Great atmosphere. The kids had lots of fun, especially when they went "cosmic". The staff at the food counter were really slow though. It took over ten minutes for someone to even come to the counter so I can order some sodas. They need a bell or some way of notifying them that there's a customer waiting. Other than that, we had a lot of fun and the place was clean and tidy.

This Establishment Is HORRIBLE.!!!! THE MANAGER ERICA HAS A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND EVEN CURSED IN FRONT OF MY CHILDERN.! ON TOP OF THAT THE FOOD IS OVERPRICED AND COMES COLD. They dont use gloves to cook their food , the bowling shoes are nasty , and I seen roaches. The only good customer service ive witnessed was Joseph and another young lady whose name I did not catch. Amf has to do better and hire better managers

Recently went with my family on a Saturday afternoon between 2pm-3pm. The first lane was not properly keeping score. We informed the lady at the desk, the maintenance person "fixed" the problem but the lane continued messing up. We had to move to a different lane. The new lane worked but sometimes didn't return your ball. Despite the hiccups my family still enjoyed our time but I will be trying somewhere else next time.

The girl that checked us in said the pricing but I couldn't hear her over the music, so she yelled it at me very slowly, like I was stupid. When the screen wouldnt reset for our second game the same girl came over with a huge attitude. I domt think we will go back to this location.

The lady here was so grumpy. Any time we asked for help she just had the worst attitude. The bowling balls also had big gashes in them and there aren't many balls that are lighter weights. But w had a good time despite the balls and the attitude.

The environment was pretty nice and the prices seemed fair enough for bowling. The bar's prices were a bit high, but that's a good way to keep patrons from getting drunk and hurting themselves. All in all, it was a good experience.

We went on a good night. Were in town for a day. Prices were good. It was 5 of us and everyone enjoyed themselves. The bar however had gotten overwhelmed. The bartender ACE did the best he could. There was a party there that was relentless and demanding. I had to go to the bar 3 or 4 times to check on my order. I decided to just stand there. The drinks were fine. Lanes were really close together. Ball kept getting stuck in gutters. I had a 5 and 7 year old with us. The manager, I didn't get her name, claimed that was no way to set timers for the guard rails for 2 out of 5 people. We all had to bowl with rails. Took the competitiveness out of it for sure. It was a busy night, understaffed. We made the best of it though

Great level of fun. Outting was grand! This facility is very clean. Updates on certain items are great also. Customer service at the food counter could use a facelift. When asking about certain items on menu triggered an offset in mode. It disrupted my spirit so bad I refused to ask any more questions on the menu. That strawberry fussion drink ether wasn't prepared correctly or it was just right out awful. And food is very pricey to me. Other than that the experience was great. Next time we will just bowl and that's it. If you bring a big group with you if you do bowling and food you will spend an entire check.

Terrible managers especially the operation manager she schedule only 1 person on Christmas day he bust his butt pours over 40 pitchers of beer while running the front counter gets over $100 in tips just to give it away to his mechanic.and the snack bar was closed cause my husband was the only person there....then fired him due to not writing down a number right on the lineage sheet when he wasn't even trained correctly... he had 2 days of training with the operation manager and then had to train with other people and they said do it yourself figure it out... they always left early instead of working 50 hours a week... my husband has been a manager longer then they have been around oh yeah and my husband that got fired has frontal lobe damage due to a brain injury 2.5 years ago...if you want better you need to have better and Mel and Rhonda are not all that ...they do things they shouldn't be doing too...oh and upgrade the facility stars & stricks has couches instead of chairs and everything is electronic including the bumpers

Friendly staff. Just had my daughter's 9th b-day party here. Everyone was helpful. Nice and clean. I think its cool it has an arcade. And even cooler,,, a bar..lol. Thinking of having my 37th b-day party here as well. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because I feel it's very over priced. My daughter party for 7 children ended up costing a little over. $ 300

I’ve been going to this bowling alley for almost a year now and the customer service is getting worse every time. The pro shop is hardly ever open, I have to wait approximately 10 minutes to get service at the snack bar. The bowling alley rack system and scoring system is very out of date and it appears they have no drive to update it. If you don’t belong to a league bowling at this facility is very expensive during the day if you happen to hit it when they’re open

I attended a birthday party at the bowling alley today. Everything ran very smoothly. The kids had a blast bowling and playing games in the arcade. There was an abundance of food supplied for lunch as well. I would recommend this for a birthday party!
