First time there and I haven't seen a bowling alley like this. The place is very inviting with a quick staff to help you get set up. The lanes are well kept and modern, with auto bumpers for the kids that went down when the adults were up to go. The wait staff was very attentive keep the drinkings and food coming. Easy to get to with ample parking. The seating is comfy and great for socializing as it's not the regular hard plastics seats but comfy couch.

I had a pretty great time with family here. Employees were extremely friendly and helpful with everything. Very clean place, and it wasn't too crowded. Well worth the money, and can't wait for my next visit!

Came here to watch the Miami game. There are literally 30 televisions here and they would not put the game on even one for us to watch. We ordered food and they told us they would put the game on. But then they changed the channel and said they had to cater to everyone. They won't put it on. So we are subjected to watching the game on our phone! Pathetic! Definitely will never come back here for game day! PS there is no wait staff for the resturant/bar area - so we have to walk up to the bar to place any food or drink orders.

I went there with a friend... We wanted a margarita for each person and the lady at the register accepted my drivers license but not my friend's foreign ID. "We cannot accept that ID it has to be an state ID".. It's unbelievable that this place doesn't teach their employees to respect an individual's ethnicity/race...i used to have great experiences at this place because our foreign ID was accepted without a problem but now I don't like this disrespectful place anymore!!

I come to visit family from WISCONSIN. Today the bartender CAROLINE, rolled her eyes at myself and my family when we approached the bar and proceeded to give us half filled drinks. Then she refused to serve my other family members because they had FARMERS IDENTIFICATION CARDS. I asked the manager Garret (who was very nice) if he could verify and he personally spoke to upper management who told him she could serve us. When he told her she could., she looked at us and said, "well im the bartender and I can refuse service to anyone I want" clearly, racism is alive and well. We left, our food paid for and drinks paid for. Completely upset that THIS is the world we are living in. #MERICA

Had a great time at Vero Bowl with my wife and daughter. Great Summer prices for children bowling free. Very clean, and also had all the equipment for my daughter to have a great first bowling experience. We ate lunch at Vero Bowl, and the food was excellent. We will definitely try to go back soon. Terrible place. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Plenty of lanes open to bowl, but they had leagues coming up in 3 hrs so my kids and I couldn't use one. Tried the arcade, half the games were turned off, and the bowling staff wanted nothing to do with helping us. Try somewhere else.

Very nice building, very friendly service, they do birthday party's and VIP catering. Food distribution is slow. so, eat something before going. The food quality is exceptional! Drink service is fast. Usually only one or two servers for all 32 lanes, so, wait time may be high if it's busy. All in all very fun and pleasant environment.

Bowling part was fine. Thats the 2 stars. The service and the food was terrible. Put in a drink order didnt get to put in a food order till we had finished our drinks. The food came. It was less than half our order, we have a big party so no big deal but she said the rest us on its way then disappeared for 25 minutes. When we flag the waitress down to ask she informs us theres only one cook on this busy friday night. We eventually get some more of our order. I ordered a $10 burger without tomato. It shows up with only a slice of tomato. A. Thats the opposite of what I ordered. B. If I had ordered that only 1 slice?! The burger itself was like a hockey puck. I told the waitress the topping issue (believing I'd never get to eat if I waited for the cook to churn out another) she said she would figure it out right now. 10 minutes pass, my hockey puck is getting cold and theres no toppings. I head to the consession stand and explain the issue to a man at the register. Hes very apologetic and helps me out. Then I muscle down a terribly cooked burger.we ordered at little before 7pm and still dont have all our food by 8:20. Dont eat here. Just don't.

We go here quite a bit as it is a nice place for the kids with arcade area and lots of flashing lights, etc. A little more expensive than need be, but it is very new and clean, modern. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if that was available.

Have been there for Numerous U.F.C Main event fights and every now & then for quick family fun. The Environment is great and the food Selection and Appperance as well. WINGS , Nachos, are Awsome !! Get them All the X. . The Philly Cheese steak is 1 of my favorites as well. Kids always get the Chicken fingers and pizza and never have a Complaint. Good FOOD, Good People, Great Time. What more can you ask for.

Vero Bowl is a fun filled atmosphere, great for the kids or just a date night out with your special someone. Friendly and accommodating staff. I was there for my grandpas 80th birthday and had an amazing time. Another great thing is the food that comes out of the kitchen. They've stepped it up A lot. The quality of the food and food coming out in a timely manner is something that's been improved. The wings are probably the best in the area and pizza is also very good. Not a bad thing on the menu. Definitely a great place to go!!!!

The lights went out for 45 mins as soon as we got there. The waitress Kassi never took our order. We complain but no one still never came to take the order. I was told by Brett that the bartender will take the order. After time went by she never came. We asked for passes or free games to make up for no one coming to wait on us. Was told by Brett we couldn't do that. And my game was cut short, never added in the time that the lights was out. Never will I return there. This place don't deserve a 1star... Poor service. And I spoke to a manager that didn't not care.

Had great prices. Had a lot fun. Didn't care too much for the wings because they were bland with no sauce. Ask for mild wings and I guess she thought I said no sauce or just a sprinkle cause I didn't get any. Overall the manager was nice and the ladies in the serving area were great too.

Bowling was a lot of fun, and prices are reasonable. I liked the comfy couches on which to sit and wait for your turn. I would not recommend the food, however. Service was very slow, and my taco salad was extremely disappointing. The shell was too greasy to eat, and the ground beef did not taste like it was seasoned at all. My daughter got the tacos, and her meat also wasn't seasoned. It is really not that difficult to make a decent taco. My husband enjoyed his pulled pork sandwich, and the sweet potato fries with apple butter dipping sauce were tasty. I guess some menu items are better than others. There are a lot of choices on the menu, so maybe they should just eliminate the items they don't make well. I would come back to bowl here because it was fun for the whole family and inexpensive, but next time we will eat before we go. Also, we were planning to play in the arcade after we bowled, but it smelled so terribly of cigarette smoke from the pool hall next door that we just left the arcade without playing any games.

Gotta love bowling alleys how many places are you encouraged to take your kids and drink in public the whole time amirite? Seriously though good wholesome family fun, arcade could use some variety but the lanes are always up and the food is really good give it a try if you're in vero beach

Fun filled bowling with lots of add ons. Upscale atmosphere, an operating pro shop, a Game Center and party room, a full bar, pool tables, and Over 30 renovated bowling lanes. Pricing is in line with other facilities and with some careful planning, lanes are generally available. Fantastic neighborhood addition!

I really like Vero Bowl! It's a great place to have fun, with a full bar and great food. Great employees too! However, if you're there for serious bowling, the approaches are sticky and don't slide well. In addition, the pins are old, with very little pin action. Seem to be dead wood. They would be advised to update their every day pins with new, active pins so that even the average bowler can have fun.

They literally gip you out of your money by charging you more than the asking price of things. Then will tell you to call the owner/person in charge about it, or tell you that it must be your bank, or completely deny it altogether, even though the proof has been presented to them. They're also very rude, especially the woman working behind the bar that took my orders, she was an older woman, and she was very snappy. I do not recommend coming here. They told me the money would be placed back into my account and I was never reimbursed the money they STOLE from me. I will never go there again.

I have been bowling all over Florida for 50+ years and I must say, Vero Bowl is a hidden gem. The smell of the lanes gets me every time! Just this past weekend I had the most wonderful experience ever, which is why I borrowed my grandson's tablet to write this review. A bearded gentleman at the front desk was so helpful. I had forgotten my bowling shoes (I am getting forgetful in my old age) so I had to ask for rentals. I was concerned, I typically don't trust shoes that have been previously worn but this gentleman double sprayed them for me! At one point, my husband and I needed to call up to the front desk for a ball return. The same fellow with the beard that assisted us earlier, went out of his way to get the mechanic to return the ball to us. Service like that is hard to come by these days. He was just so polite and handsome.

With the fully renovated arcade, pool lounge, and lanes, the new Vero Bowl is an incredible place for taking yourself, friends, or the whole family. Their prices are very good compared to other lanes, and they have weekly specials that are listed on the website, or can be found by calling the store. I would highly recommend Vero Bowl to anyone looking for a lively place to bowl, enjoy a social bar, and play some arcade games.

Now this place is something! Vero Bowl is an amazing place to hangout with friends, lots of fun! The food here is delicious too! I come here a lot to hangout with some buddies and we have a ton of fun and we sometimes stay here for hours. I remember we stayed pretty late here for a while and they started playing music and had a disco for the whole night! If you want a cool place to meet up with friends at, I would definitely choose this place!

Excellent place to hone your bwoling skills or just have plain old fun! Great deals for the weekends, during the week, and for all the early birds. Only thing I didn't enjoy was that the game room smelled of thick smoke from cigarettes. Otherwise, the lanes were clean and orderly with a good selection from the pro shop.

Ok. We went to their New Years ever event. We called earlier in the day to see what they were doing. We're specifically asked if this was a family event. They said yes and we made reservations. We waited around all day. When we showed up to pay 40 per person they said it was for 21 and over and refused us. My wife and son 16 and I were refused service. They started because the were give a champagne toast at 12 he could not go. They total ruined or night and event. They should have told us it was not a family event and we would have made other plans. Needless to say the so called manager would do nothing. We assured her or soon would not drink and that this was going to ruin our even. She didn't care and when I told her I was going to write this review because of what took place she asked us to leave. Poor customer service and no understand. No resolution. I will not go to this place for bowling EVER again. I really never right reviews bad or good but this non customer service issue along with the attitude of the manager seemed warranted. They were not family oriented and not customer service friendly.
