The older man working at the counter judged my boyfriend and I the second we walked in the door. We were not greeted. Instead we were immediately asked if we knew what lane courtesy was. We were then challenged by the man when we replied with yes. When we finished our bowling we asked by the same older man if we closed our tab. We felt very disrespected. Unfortunately we will not be returning to this bowling alley which was once our favorite.

Pinarama is a guaranteed good time. The place is very clean and employees are always helpful. Lanes are always ready to go. It's a vintage bowling alley but has modern conveniences. Food is good as well. Make sure you get there early as the places fills up fast.

I come here every Friday with my family and sometimes friends. The venue is smaller than most bowling alleys but much more intimate than the chain bowling alleys in Tampa. Service is always great! The lanes are never too oily and the seating is spacious. My friends always enjoy their evening here due to great prices for drinks, food, and great company. It's becoming a tradition for us to come here each week now. I don't have to break my wallet to enjoy a great evening here.

The bowling alley, to include bathrooms and eating area, are neat and clean. The staff is very friendly. Food was good and well priced. Also well priced was the bowling itself. Visited here on a Thursday at around 3:00 and it wasn't too busy.

Had my daughter birthday party here. The place is very clean. The staff was very helpful with all our needs.We had a large party and they were very attentive to us in anything we needed. Great customer service!!!! I would definately revisit again. I recommend anyone doing a party to definately consider this bowling alley by far the best all around in tampa.

I took my granddaughter today. The staff was fantastic. They set us up on a lane and helped me set up the names and bumpers. He even brought her a ball. She had so much fun she wants to go back tomorrow. Definitely will recommend them to my friends.

We take our kids here on weekends, and just had a birthday party for our 6 year old. Could not be happier with the experience. The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, one of the nicest people you meet! All the kids and adults had a very good time!

Love this place, we go here all the time. They do $1 bowling mornings and nights on Sundays. Usually the mornings are filled with more experienced bowlers, while the nights are a younger crowd with much less bowling etiquette. Nevertheless, a fun time! And the owner (and workers) are really nice and will help you get on a lane that works for you if you have specific preferences. They also offer a military discount when they aren't running the pricing specials. Shoe rental is also only $2.99, so it doesn't completely break the bank like other alleys. The food here is pretty decent too! They have a TouchTunes jukebox, it's clean and the lanes are well maintained.

Recently my company did two different events here in the past few months. Great for team building and just an overall good time! Only feedback I would provide is in regards to the pizza. No sauce and the crust and cheese were hard and dry. Service at the front was friendly and efficient, the older woman at the bar was a bit forgetful. I would still recommend Pinarama regardless of the above.

Very fun place with great customer service. Their staff is so friendly and willing to help with anything. Also they have pool, and games besides the bowling. They dont allow food and beverages from outside but they allow you to bring in cake if you want to celebrate a birthday.

I came into town from Miami with my family. I stopped in to two other bowling alleys before coming here and left due to the poor customer service. Not only was THIS bowling alley open, but the customer service was incomparable. It turns out the person at the counter just so happened to be the owner as well. His name was Bobby. He was able to guess my shoe size correctly and pretty much waited on my family hand and foot. I told him how great his service was and he gave me three cards for three free games for my family whenever we return. Besides the place being clean, safe, and affordable, Bobby is a great guy! Can't wait to return.

We took our family with young children here to bowl during the day. You can tell it was an older place. The bathrooms were a little dirty and the place wasn't that busy. Overall though it appeared to be well kept. Our children had a great time and the staff was friendly and helpful. He automatic bumpers and the ramps allowed our younger children to bowl and get excited when they knocked down the pins.

Great place to roll some balls down a lane to hit some pins. It's a little dated but don't let the hipsters fool ya - bowling is supposed to look like this place, not some fancy disco hall that serves only microbrews. This is the way bowling should be!

My family and I went for my birthday. We were moved mid-game to another lane because of a supposed league coming (not sure why that league couldn't use the lane we were switched to), bluntly disrupting our enjoyment; supposedly another guy was moved beside us as well for the same reason. Expect to leave one of your shoes as collateral. The desk staff seems a little slow and inept. I was first given kid's/small-women's socks that wouldn't reach my heel in trade for a women's 9.5 shoe. Upon leaving, I heard a snarky comment (from who seemed to be a lead) to a woman in front of me regarding a signed receipt, and an attendant seemed to have great difficulty finding the slot that held my other shoe among the very few there after giving him my rental shoes, picking up what seemed to be a men's sneaker during his search, leading me to begin speaking up about which one is mine. My family is what made it a nice experience, but the facility could have been run better.

Bunch of liars. Called at 605 to confirm availability was told "15 of 16 lanes are available". Show up at 635 and was told it is league night and no lanes will be available. Waited 10 minutes by the counter for the idiot to stop farting around with what appeared to be friends to be told that. Completely unacceptable behavior and no apology nothing. Wasted an hour driving there and back home and was lied to. Why did the person I called not mention they were booked after 630? I called at 6 not 3 ridiculous and the counter person could have said something instead of making us wait 10 minutes.

We had our son's 8th birthday party here last Saturday. It was our first time at Pinarama. It was a wonderful experience!! The owner was there supervising all the birthday parties. He is a kind and genuine person. The staff was kind and courteous at all times. The children had so much fun as well as the parents. The bowling alley has a welcoming, comfortable, your at home ambiance. We ordered the birthday package 3. I am thankful we did. It was the first birthday event in 18 years I did not have to be concerned with anything except the cake, guests, and showing up. Overall, an excellent experience and money well spent. We had one of the most horrific experiences at this establishment. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with unwelcoming comments from the tall employee with glasses, I wish I got his name. Then that same employee harassed us while we waited, arguing that our valid ID's were fake. We continued to wait for two lanes to open up... when there were over 6 lanes open and ready.. the employee just left us sitting. ALSO, this establishment advertises for DOLLAR games on EVERY Sunday 6-10 pm, however this week the deal was conveniently invalid and not acceptable because it was "spring break" ... no where were there any signs to explain this "rule". All in All... an awful experience. I usually love this establishment but now I'm not sure if I'll be back.

The only place to bowl in Tampa! I chose Pinarama for our company party this year, and the experience exceeded everyone's expectations, especially my own. The staff was very friendly and surprisingly accommodating with all of our last minute changes and adding late arrivals to our party. I was also pleasantly surprised to find they have a solid Craft Beer selection...a must when bowling! My overall impression was that Pinarama is one of those rare businesses out there with old-school integrity and a belief in taking care of their customers to forge lasting relationships. I will be back for my birthday in January!

First time guest here. My daughter was invited to a birthday party there. Kids had fun, restrooms were clean, pizza ok. My only advice is if you come with kids bring change for the arcade machines because kids will be drawn to play. Overall, we had a great time.

Amazing venue and excellent staff. We were running a fundraiser here and the man working the bar even donated to our cause. The owner was very nice and accommodated our needs. Interior was clean and open. Everyone of our guests had a great time!
