As a competitive bowler the lanes were different then I was used to but I got used to them. If you're family is looking to bowl, this is a great place for you! There are a lot of lanes and it'll be lots of fun!

The location is great - came for a work event and had a lot of fun. Unfortunately the lanes we we're on weren't working correctly though and scores were not being calculated correctly. Management was already aware when we reported it.

I am rating this establishment at a 1 star because of the interview process... I applied for this job as a secondary job, and i got an email back welcoming me back for an interview. I went ahead and let my current job know i would need to take an early break from work being that i normally take my break later. Normally an average interview takes around 15-20 minutes or so, not this one!!! It was a group interview of like 30 people (which is fine) but Pin Chasers it's a great idea to let people know it is a group interview taking an hour and a half long!!!! Needless to say, I was late to work and walked out of the interview(as others followed) and was still late to work. Total waste of time, you guys need to really open up your line of communication!

Larry made my first experience here not as great as it could have been. He was rude and intrusive on my friends and I. He made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. Every time he came up to any of us, he treated us with disrespect. Because of him, I will not be back.

Love this place. Everytime we come the staff is very friendly and accommodating. They always help you get the most bang for your buck. The lanes are always clean and up to par. They always have great deals like $1 bowling, BOGO days and breakfast bowling. Its somewhere that caters to the whole family.

This is a great bowling alley. You've had two company meetings here, and then bowling after lunch. Food is always been good, and bowling is fun. They have a really great special if you sign up for their emails, especially around your birthday. You get 5 free games just for signing up, and five more games and $10 to spend at the bowling alley on your birthday. Great deal, we bowled 3 games today and got a beer at the snack bar for our birthday.

Family friendly atmosphere. Generally quick service on drinks and food. League nights get crowded and so it's best to call ahead and make sure they have room. Larry is the man who solves problems and makes things happen. The gentleman in the pro shop are knowledgable and want to see you succeed.

So much fun! I go every year when they have the bowling for rhinos event! It's always super packed but the service is really on top of things. The staff is nice and very accommodating. We would always order a large pizza and it's always hot and tastes great. I highly recommend it.

It's okay but Veterans is better. Midtown cyber bowling and cafe pales in comparison to Veterans Pin chasers. The music was lack luster and low. The lights were as dim and didnt have thar cyber effect. It just was not what I was used to.

We always have a nice time bowling here. They food is pretty decent and the pricing is always fair. They typically have the size shoes we need and a ball that fits everyone in the family. We love coming here for glow bowling. Also it’s non smoking so it’s great for families!

Pin Chasers is fun for kids- especially the laser bowling. Prices are okay. What I didn't understand is how long it took to get checked in and going. There were 5 employees standing around and only one person behind the counter helping people. It took a long time to get our lane and pay. I would assume for a busy weekend day, it would make sense to have at least two registers going to help expedite the process.

Wanna go bowling? This is the place to go. Cosmic on nights for $16 and you get unlimited bowling all night long! Beer selections are cheap, they’ve got Pool, Arcades for the kiddos, and a great food selection (I ordered the Pizza - it was delicious)

Ok. So I took for granted the need to make reservations for this place on a Friday night. That was my fault, but in waiting for a lane, every other experience just became subpar. The bar was decent and the bartender was nice. The food was whack. They say a pound of fries on the menu and the portion was far from that. They also mention veggie burgers but when you ask for it....they actually don't have it. We left after an hour of eating and drinking and they also never called us for a lane.

I had fun no doubt I made use of my time there. However the customer service was the worst. To keep repeatedly saying the same thing over and over to someone is annoying when you trying to get service . No friendlyness and they are definitely not courteous at all. They just look at you with a blank stare on their face as if your made of glass. This was my first time there and I don't plan on going back.

Everything I wanted from a bowling experience. Reasonable prices; played 7 solo games in 1.5 hours for $14 in the middle of the day on a Thursday, could have kept going for another half hour if I wanted. Staff is friendly, and the alley itself is clean and well-maintained. I definitely reccomend.

Had a great time bowling here, gentleman's on the next lane were so sweet and showed me how to bowl so my wrist didn't hurt. My server was kind, after mistakenly telling me they were out of curly fries brought me a free batch and was very attentive. My fave bowling alley. Only thing is the Spongebob games are always broken and there were tons of lanes under maintenance.

AWESOME PLACE! The staff are nice and friendly to kids, and they also have a free youth bowling program. They provide bowling shoes and socks for everyone. Although there are occasional mechanical glitches, I still recommend this place to anyone who just wants to have fun for a cheap price. There is also an arcade and many deals.

If you sign up for their membership on their website you get to bowl 5 free games, instantly, it's real easy all they need is your email address and your name, me n my cousins did it and we all went bowling for free love this place and when your birthday and stuff come up they give you 10 dollars for free on your member ship card so that helps pay for more free games and they give you a free appetizer (for your birthday) I tell everybody about this place,family atmosphere, love it!

Cheap prices and a good time. Me daughter took billing classes here and she really improved. Good instructors for youth and great program. Always a clean look and feel to the place. The food could use some major improvements for the price. The in house shop is nice and fair. They have used balls at a fair price for students.

From a league bowler's perspective, it's subpar. Lanes are not consistent from one to another, approach is dirty/unsafe, and they allow anybody to talk on a microphone during league play. However, this place is great for the casual bowler who's just trying to have fun. They have deals on certain nights. Food is pricey

Last three times I tried to play here, they havent had any open lanes for regular people. Aka Saturday at 9 am. And then we get there right at 9 am, there is nobody even there yet they cant give us one lane. Really dumb not to save 10+ lanes for regular customers when juniors, tournaments, etc. are here. Edit: Thank you for the response. Still think there should be ~10 lanes for non Move Academy people.

We love these lanes! Close to home... the staff is friendly and efficient and even for a bowling alley they have great food. Pizza is my favorite. We have attended several events here in fact most recently the Donovan Smith (LT for Bucs) had his raise awareness for autism that we enjoyed for our second year. The Pin Chasers staff does a great job during these events..BIRTHDAYS...PARTIES! Helpful and friendly...we tip our servers...and they seemed pleased by that. People if you are being provided a service dont forget to tip. Even a dollar sometimes means so much more to them than you could ever realize. Anyway great lanes and equipment! The pro shop is well stocked. We always have a great time here! Love the afterdark features!

I feel bowling prices are too high for the short amount of time you spend on one game for family of 4 can be pricey. Cyber really isn't cyber your just seeing different colored lights I think it need to be dimmer so one can really enjoy the different lights, the had no black lights like other bowling places have.
