Took my family and a few friends to cosmic bowling and use kids bowl free time coupon that is advertised for summer and was very disappointed. Our lane kept booting us out of our lane and Person at front counter apologized and said there was glitch in system. Then when we went to order food for kids our coupon states meal is 3.99 includes fries and drink, when you go to counter they have big sign advertising this meal as such, however when we ordered they over charged us. The guy at register said it 4.99 because drink is extra. I’m sorry but you have app that says 3.99 and you clearly have sign on counter that says 3.99 witdrink included but you are going to be rude because you charge me 4.99 and I ask you to change it this is unacceptable. When we spoke to the manager about what happened he was not concerned and just stood there. Our kids were hungry and that’s why we paid the stupid charge but after experience with lane and Manager not offering to make it right this location is a disappointment.

The service was great, we went from cosmic bowling and since they've renovated the interior from when they bought it, the lanes look beautiful and the wood is well maintained. The bar and arcade are a great addition to the bowling alley. The food is very good and fresh, and the music during the cosmic bowling was a great selection of new and old music.

It's a cool bowling lane to go to. The food and arcade are pretty cool. Staff is friendly enough there. The only downside is if you're looking for cosmic bowling where the pins and ball glow, this isn't the place.

Wow. My last time here, it was Countryside Lanes, and man did they update this place. The bar looks like a place I'd want to hang out on a Friday night, the arcade has been updated with functional, fun games and the bowling Lanes themselves have been updated with new tablets and new UI. The lanes have an awesome senior discount and they always run promotions in the mail. The balls have all been resized and organized with a system that made finding the right ball for every member of my family super easy. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful. It is really nice to see this place keep up with the times. I will DEFINITELY be returning!

Had a great time, they have a bar in the back and allow service to people bowling. Was there for about 4 hours bowling and drinking with a group of friends. They have good deals for bowling. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go bowling late at night and have something to drink also. They also have pretty good food there

Andrew could not have been more accommodating. He is a great asset to your company. The whole experience was really nice. We had a party of 20 or so and I ordered food ahead of time. It was all set up on a banquet table with tablecloth on lanes 1-2. Nice presentation. I had booked other lanes but this worked out so much better thanks to Andrew. We had plenty of room for our party and didn't feel crowded. The cocktail waitress offered great service (I forget her name now...maybe Kim). Some in our party had trouble finding a ball and they ran out of size 8 woman's shoes but it was a Saturday night and really busy. All in all a great time and everyone who attended said the same. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again to the staff for all their help.

Maple Lanes has been my go-to bowling alley since moving to Florida, since it’s close and decently priced. After being there a few times, I learned about the many specials they have each night of the week. I went bowling last night and paid $8.33 for shoes and 3 games. By far the best price I’ve ever paid for bowling. The in-alley arcade is also a blast to explore, offering most of the typical arcade games as well as some newer and entertaining machines. For those who like a pitcher of their favorite beer, there is a bar also attached to the alley including a couple of pool tables.

Brought my family from NY down here since it was blazing hot outside. We had a blast, time flew by so fast but Rebecca made sure we at least finished our last game. Very impressed with the level of service. Kimberly was attentive, got us our pizzas, pitchers, and constantly getting our drinks from the bar several times. Overall, night out with family we haven’t seen in a while was the best because of this place.

38 lanes was occupied. We took the last two lanes. There were no available lanes in order to have 4 players playing on each lane instead there were 6 players on each lane. When there came a time that there is a lane open. I went to the front desk and asked if I can split she said no coz we were on one bill. Management sucks. Not very helpful. I'm not gonna go there again. I will not recommend this place.

I enjoyed the modern way of bowling and how they used good and fast tablets and good tvs for scoring. They have no birthday room and pizza is pretty good. The lanes did keep getting stuck but that was most likely my fault as I kept touching and messing with the tablet.. Otherwise, really fun place, has a good arcade also!

Nice bowling alley when they allow walk-ins. Tried to take my family bowling 9 times and were told the bowling alley is closed to the public except leagues from open-9pm. Told to come back after 9pm every time.

Need to enclose new outside patio with mid size hight walls and glass. Extend bar outside. Lots of request ignored!!!! By management. Unreal, guest they are generating large revenue to ignor customer's request. I met with customers not going anymore in Dunedin bars.

This place is where to go if you want a family friendly experience! Great friendly, helpful staff, great food, very entertaining, clean place, and just overall by far the best bowling alley I've ever been to. I will definitely return when visiting the area in the future. The best of the evening, they host contests and invite all ages and do giveaways! The cosmic bowl is lots of fun and has enjoyable music!! I reccomend this place to everyone!

PSA for LGBTQ+: Last night, my friends and I went in to ladies night. My trans partner came with and they let her in free with the rest of us. Following this, the lady working the front counter stopped my partner and proceeded to tell her that she thought it was "funny" she dressed up as a woman to get in, but she wasn't "mad." Gender is not a costume and I'm disappointed an employee would say those things without even considering what it might mean to the customer to hear them. Other than this extremely inconsiderate and uneducated employee, the bowling was adequate and the cocktail bar was good. The bartenders were very friendly. I feel we would've been better off skipping the bowling and just hanging out in the bar.

I went with my friend early last sunday around 4 pm. I was added to the waitlist via text. We both waited 1 hour and just decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. I still have not gotten a text from maple lanes saying it is my turn to bowl 2 days later...meanwhile I counted 12 lanes sporadically available. Dunedin lanes was happy to take our money and provided exceptional service.

If I could it would be no stars. This was my 2nd time coming to this place. I checked the website to make sure that there were no Leagues playing tonight. As per the website there were none. I get there and am told that they have Leagues playing until 10pm and would not have any open lanes until then. All they could offer is free lane passes again that they still didn't sign. My 1st experience with this place concluded with me waiting over an hour just to get into a lane By then I had already spent an hour waiting in the arcade with my daughter I was told I was only going to be 20 minutes and I was given free bowling passes for my time. I will never come back to this location again as the website is incorrect and not up to date and the staff including the managers are unresponsive and do not produce good customer service. the woman I spoke with tonight could not even give me any information when I asked for a lane she looked to her co-worker to explain that they did not have any open lanes until 10 as they h ad leagues which were not listed on their website specify. so do not spend your money and do not waste your time instead go to a different company altogether

Had a nice time at the bowling alley. They did make some improvements. The negative was that the automatic scorekeepers always gave a 9 no matter what anyone bowled. The bumpers on our lane came up and they couldn't put them back down and said that it happens all the time. I can't imagine there being any league play at this place.

This place had to be the worst experience of our vacation! We had poor service, and the gals upfront were very rude and weren't friendly! We ordered a pizza and were told after checking on it 3 times within an hour that it was on it's way, then had someone come to us about an hour after and told us they ran out of pizza dough! We also went up to order something, and not one, but two people walked out of the kitchen and didn't bother to tell us the kitchen was closed as I proceeded to wait on someone for 15min, went to the front desk and ask and they told us they were closed. They kept telling us they could give us a coupon for our next visit as we kept telling them we weren't from here, and lived far away! Least to say, worst experience...and if we were from Flordia, we wouldn't go back and we don't reccomend this place especially with the poor service we received!

Rude employees. Everything was sticky place looked dirty. Employees were seriously super super rude. The lady cashing is out asked the guy spraying the shoes with lysol to give us our shoes. Stood there for 15 minutes before we had to ask him to get out shoes. He used profanity and still took his sweet time. Terrible place do not come here.

I personally had a lot of fun. I met up with family I haven't seen in a while, and enjoyed the experience. The pizza and drinks were good. Sorta expensive and a long wait, but the bowling was fun. Arcade was fun but needs more choices in games and prizes. I suggest to bowl here.

They have laser light bowling blacklight bowling it's pretty fun this place is almost always hopping and they have cool bowling plans you can participate in saving money and bowling... The food's not bad either we ate pizza had some chicken strips it was good all the way around for my young granddaughter all the way up to me as an old man

Wow, since the Bowling Center has been remodeled by this New York owner, Maple Lanes, the place is awesome for myself and especially my 7 year old daughter loves it. We had her birthday party in their party room they did a great job to assist. Very friendly management team. Plus the bar now is smoke free!! Love the remodel.

Best bowling alley ever. I'm from Jacksonville but whenever I come to Clearwater with my fiance, we always go here. They have awesome deals like 15$ all you can bowl cosmic bowling, (shoes included) and sundays 80s night after 8,80 cent games, 80 cent shoe rentals, 80s music, drawings for prizes etcetc. Very nice staff and relaxing chill environment. We have tons of bowling alleys in jax but none nice like this or friendly, and definitely not cheap. If I want to go bowling, I'll just wait till I drive down to Clearwater. Went tonight and my name was called in the raffle so I got to spin the wheel and won a free cosmic bowling card.

This is a decent bowling alley. The lanes are in good shape. The balls and shoes are also newer. Saturday night has cosmic bowling with lasers, fog, and loud music. It's $15/person, including shoes. There's an arcade, concession, and bar attached. Overall it was a good experience and I would certainly go back.

This was our first time at this bowling alley. We bowled for an hour, got a pitcher of soda, and had a blast. I would definitely recommend this bowling alley for a fun family outting.

Show up with some out of town guests on a Tuesday at 5:30, only to be told leagues were starting up at 6:15 and they had no lanes available for us. Out of 40 lanes only 2 were left for the public and both lanes were already taken! Ridiculous!! They need to save more lanes for the public. Was told they have leagues most nights of the week, so call before you drive over there! They have some pretty good specials if youre not employed and can bowl late at night, most people cant.

Haven't been here for awhile-decided to go today. Charged the 2 of us (Seniors) almost $30.00 for bowling a total of 6 games-quite expensive!!!! And then - it wasn't busy and they were loading up anybody who came to bowl right on top of each other! Really-to charge that much money you would think they could allow at least one lane between-especially since 3/4's of the place was empty. Won't be going back!!!!! (We were there on Sunday 4/21 - in the afternoon. And we have our own shoes, balls, etc-thank goodness, or it would have been more.)

Worst customer service experience I've ever had in an establishment. They are even over priced compared to other local bowling lanes. I only came here because it was a little closer. Manger was completely rude and could have easily made a better judgment call to keep customer happy. Instead she decided to play the I'm in control role. Won't ever come here again. Food isn't the greatest either.

I come to bowl every Thursday and I can confidently say this is by far the best bowling alley in the Clearwater area. Very family oriented, great food and excellent customer service. Great place to bowl!! Fun atmosphere & the specials are good. BUT Michael, a manager there, is not up to par with the employee handbook. An altercation occurred where a guy assaulted a lady last night and he did not handle that properly! He let the guy finish bowling, made sure he was okay, and yelled at the woman who had just been assaulted & her friend. Great place but poor management skills
