A little expensive, as bowling tends to be, but worth it. We (group of 5) had a little fun. Some misunderstanding in pricing, but that was mostly our fault. Very clean, balls too, shoes fit well (and seem to be very clean as well). Options for food, but we didn't order any, so I'm not sure on the quality or pricing. Overall, a very nice Sunday experience.

Had a really fun night, today's my father's birthday and we spend a long day going around and doing some great activities, our last stop was Bowlero Miami, although we were all tired, Jason (our kind host) made sure we had a pleasant experience, he was very attentive. He saw the struggle (ahaha) my pop was facing with scoring and came several times to help different ways. Jason is a great representation of your services, we'll return.

We went on a Tuesday night at 8:00 pm to take advantage of their special - $2.22 tallboys/Long Island iced teas and $2.22 games, but the wait was already over 30 minutes. We sat at the bar, which was busy and smallish, and the LIIT was really good. We didn’t end up bowling since we got tired of waiting, but it was awesome to have a couple drinks for $5! Seemed like a cool place to bowl.

If you love bowling you’ll love the music and the environment of this bowling alley. I always come here with my husband and his family and with being inside dolphin mall you truly have everything close by. Once you’re done bowling you can go shopping or catch a quick bite to eat. I definitely recommend coming here to bowl and by the way the have specials in case you are wanting to save. Look on their website and see what day best fits your needs.

Fun place but customer service is bad.... they shut down our lane because they "thought we were done" after the SECOND game and then when we told them we wanted more, they made us wait 10 MINUTES for them to say they that they cant extend it...... it looks nice but because of the customer service I'd rather go somewhere else

Received great service in terms of planning event. The event planner was always on top of communications and ensured we had a great night. It's a bit pricy but definitely one of the better alleys I've been to. Tons of TV's everywhere, a large bar, and a ton of lanes. The shoes were in pretty decent quality as well. You can definitely feel the energy as soon as you walk in and it gets pretty packed as well.

We visited there on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018. It's a bowling alley. It was nice and me and my daughter had fun there. It doesn't open til 4pm. Only problem I have with them was that they wrren't very helpful when my car keys went missing. It was the only place I had been, so I knew they were there, but they were very non challant about even though I explained the situation. I asked them to make an announcement and they wouldn't. I ended up missing my flight due to one of the customers picking up my keys. They later claimed a customer returned them at 11pm when I had been asking for them since 5pm.

We stayed here for my brother birthday party and everything was amazing! Great service from the beginning, they called me to organize the party and they were understandable and communicative. They helped us in every accommodation we needed and the party was awesome! Employees were nice and the food was good. We got the celebrity package with 8 guests, 2 choices of food and fries and 2 hours of unlimited bowling. The price was reasonable for the service, attention to the client and overall amusement. We paid less than $300 and they have us a $5 gift card for each guest. We are very satisfied about the outcome of the party! For sure we will be back even if during the weekend it is always full and sometimes the waiting time is for hours.

Perfectly fine place to go bowling. I went between Christmas and New Year's on a Sunday night, and there was an hour and a half wait! That was a bummer, but once we got in, it was good. The neon pins are fun. The space for each lane in terms of seating and table are somewhat small.

Little over priced, the food/kitchen needs a new, more tastier menu. Ordered some nachos with steak and literally looked like they just threw the 3 little pieces of dried up stale steak on top. It was horrible as far as the food goes. We ended up eating elsewhere after the game. The atmosphere is nice but again expensive, then again youre in dolphin mall everything there is over priced. Not my first choice for a bowling alley.

The manager at bowlero took care of me and my family after a miscommunication with another employee. He was quick to help us and make sure everything went smooth when we played laser tag. Great location and very clean.

Laser tag was not open when we arrived on a Tuesday at 3:00. They said they would open at 4:00 but did not. We had to wait until 4:25. Call before you come to make sure of their hours as their website is not reliable. There is no viewing area for the parents. There is no recording either.

Great bowling alley inside dolphin mall. They have great drink specials with a large amount of lanes. Normally the wait times are short, all depending on the day and time of the week. Sundays they host family day with half off all lanes. Very family friendly atmosphere. Higly recommend.

This place is awesome I did my girlfriend birthday here and it was great,the food was great the staff, event manager, event planner was great and our server was the best I spend about $ 560 for 15 people for about 2 hour of bowling time and buffet style food pizza and wings I will definitely do another party there and would recommend this to anybody that is looking to do a simple party

I had my son birthday party there and the staff was amazing. The event planner Christine was great. The bowling was fun and the staff was very attentive to my party guest. The bowling was expansive but they keep my guest entertained. The laser tag was fun but the person over it wasn't very attentive we mostly had to figure things on our own. Try put on seven kids vest while the person over laser tag just look at you. The food took a while but not that long for me. And I love the decorations because it blended with mines. The food was great, but again expansive and the wings were great.

In love what they have done to this bowling alley. I had my daughter's birthday there. Everything was planned the day before, which was Tuesday, for s party of 14. They were super accommodating. The food is good, better then most bowling facilities. Every one also enjoyed the last tag which they have on site. It was bigger than I anticipated. The service was also great, which I didn't expect. Overall great time. Can't wait to go back.

Prices aren't too bad. For the first game, you have to rent the bowling shoes, but not for any following games. You can pay for a set time or pay per game. They play movies in each lane and I was able to watch some Back to the Future while I bowl!

Went for a work party. Had a great time. They have a full bar and fast food type selections. Sliders, chicken tenders, fries, etc. Not super fancy just your basic bowling alley but at a reasonable price. Socks are $5 to purchase if you forget them!

Very nice place! On a weekend prepare yourself to wait a minimum of 30-1 hour to play! They have food and drinks menu but need to have more variety. Prices are expensive! For what you get. Food in Miami is expensive! Or practically anything you do in Miami!

I came to Orlando to visit with some friends and family memers. Went on a Saturday night to the establishment, I understand that with it being a Saturday night and my group of 13 there is going to be a wait. I called earlier that day and spoke with Scott on the phone who told me I have have to leave a message with the event to reserve a lane which I did and I did not receive a call back. I understand you are busy but I called at 11am and didn't arrive until 7pm. I went in and I waited in line asking for 2 lanes next to each other and was told that it would be a 45 minute wait. Waited the 45 minutes and while I was waiting the manager Scott was yelling at an employee on the floor in front of a line of clients when the employee in my opinion was doing the best she can phenomenally with her being the only one working the line while Nelson turns to Scott and tells him to look busy. Scott only helped clients that walked up to him impatient leaving the poor employee by herself to deal with the massive line. After I came back for the 45 minutes when I was paged I was then told that they did not have a lane for me available yet and it would be a longer wait. I asked if it was possible to get a wait time because if it was going to be longer my party and I would go some place else. Nelson then was able to accommodate us within minutes. Later that night we didn't see a server once and when we asked for one she came once and never showed up again. I get it's a bowling alley however the customer service was what I expect from teenagers not grown adults. The customer service was terrible all accept that one woman that was working the counter. Which forgive me but I cannot remember her name. If you are looking to improve business I would work on the customer service.

I like the place, but they have a really bad waiting system is out of control. They said write your name in a piece of paper then they will call you. The problem is that people walk to the counter pays and goes to play and you the one waiting on the list never gets the call. So the manager has to work on something better for that.

What's the point of using bowling shoes if the floor is so sticky they don't slide. If you want to go drink and throw bowling balls at pins to get out some aggression. It's fine. If you want to learn how to bowl take a pass and find someplace else.

HORRIFIC customer service they have an employee by the name of Myriam who is an absolutely disaster. After waiting for over 20 mins to be helped. She caught a major attitude when asked about a weekday special being advertised. She clearly did not understand what I was asking. When asked to speak to a manger she stated the manager wasn’t available. Will absolutely not recommend this location to anyone!!! The Davie location by far is the best location to go. Great Customer service and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy the experience. Miami location needs a retraining with this particular employee as she will cause them to lose business. I would give this location zero stars but it’s not an option. I will be calling the district office as this should never happen to a paying customer !!!!

This place is nothing out of this world. It's a bowling alley, yet it is waaayyyy overpriced for bowling. We didn't even bowl. We left, and went to Dave and Buster's instead. We were able to eat, have drinks, and play for the same price they were charging us for 1 game and shoe rentals for 4 on a Thursday night. Go somewhere else for bowling. Not worth it.

The bathrooms were decent given the Saturday traffic. The bar is in total disarray on a weekend. There are not enough bartenders so be prepared to wait for some time. Moreover, they do not announce last call. Laneside waitresses were courteous and dutiful. The DJ was fun. Reservations encouraged on the weekends. Not family oriented on the weekends. They hosted a very adult vibe.

Amazing service!! Great atmosphere! I booked my event online and everything was ready for us when we got there. The food was very good, especially the nuggets and fries; and they keep it warm during your party. We were helped by 3 hostesses so we were always taken care of. Karen, Kary, and Krystal were all more than attentive at all times. The manager also greeted us, making himself available, which made us feel very welcomed. I definitely recommend this place for any event, and I would definitely have another event there.

I just want to say that I just had the most amazing experience bowling that I have ever had, and it was all thanks to the unbelieveable customer service. We bowled around 12:00 on lane 10 and our server went above and beyond the call of duty, he was there every couple of minutes delivering us amazing food and spectacular drinks, this dude knows customer service. Thank you to our server for making our Bowlero experience a 10/10.

The lane spacing was very small and the prices were ridiculously high for bowling. My bf and I attended on a Saturday and it was $28 for us both to bowl just one game..$10 per game we were told thereafter, but everytime my bf went to the counter to pay he was charged $28! We played three games and had drinks and food then left...this place is a rip-off!
