This place is a total rip off. We were a group of 3 people and we got charged $173.09 for 2.5 hours of playing 4 games of bowling. We remember playing only 4 games but was charged for 7. Not sure how we played 7 games in 2.5 hours. This amount does not include the food and drinks which we purchased seperately. Feel like the establishment needs to promote their pricing better. Not sure if we will ever come back.

Don't waste your time or money. We were very disappointed. Food and drinks are too expensive, if you ever even get them. Unfortunately our first visit will be our last. Bowling was okay although we had to reset our lane often. They should really just stop "serving" food. We ordered a beer and 4 sodas which cost 25$. We got the beer right away but had to ask multiple times and wait 20 minutes for sodas. Then we ordered some food. 40 minutes later I had to tell a manager, again, that we hadn't gotten our order. I was told it wasn't ever made and she said she gave me a refund. The refund hasn't shown up on my account. She did comp one of our games though. Staff seems to struggle at the front desk too, it took a long time to get checked in. They are very disorganized and their staff and customers are paying for it. Definitely will not return or recommend.

Went the other night and the bartender seemed like she was totally out of it... when she was getting a pitcher from the tap she didn’t tilt the pitcher she just sat it down so it was pretty much all foam what a waste.. the bowling was a lot of fun though!! But I will definitely not be back...

Very corporate. They can’t answer simple questions without placing you on hold or collecting personal info to call you back. How hard is it to get a quote for a party? I have several events with previous owners and no issues. Not worth my time. Parties will cost you upwards of $$$$

This bowling alley recently received a remodel and new owners. It definitely feels more corporate with their barrage of deals for all different days and times. Over all we had a great time, the staff was super nice, I hope that corporate pays them good. If it felt less Cookie cutter and more unique I would give this place five stars. If you are a teenager I believe that they don’t want to serve you because they believe you are troublemakers. We asked for a server because we had cash and there was no cash option to order food. We waited for over half an hour for a server and never got one.

They've made a lot if improvements here and the lanes are generally very good. There is a nice arcade with a good variety of games for all ages. They have made vast improvements in the food quality. The selection is decent and the food is actually very good. Still need to work on the air conditioning on one end of the alley. It's way too warm and a lot of people bring their own fans. The other end is comfortable and easy to enjoy the game. There is ample space to move around and they can easily accommodate large parties. The only problem is that they rarely have enough staff available to serve all the guests. You will most likely wait much too long to get your order, so decide early what you want. There is usually a wait on Friday nights as they get very busy. All in all, I would recommend Bowlero over many other alleys in the area.

The actual bowling is fun, but almost not worth it unless you attend during an unlimited bowling special. Most things, including food and drinks, are extremely overpriced. If you're planning on going here I'd suggest eating before you get here because the wait staff is slow and inattentive at best. They're normally supposed to bring your food over to you but it's more likely that you're going to spend 30 minutes without food until you go up and bother somebody about it. Definitely needs work and is not worth the money.

It has boring old-school exterior. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a modern, clean, well-maintained interior. Prices are fine, the non-bowling entertainment is good and plentiful as well. Air hockey and pool tables and bar food are readily available with good quality. As a last note: whenever I have come, there has always been an open lane.

Place was an absolute disaster today, we were told that it was an hour wait to bowl which was ok because the kids played in the arcade. We asked about food and was told that also was about an hr wait because they were way behind in the kitchen. So we ordered our food while kids played in arcade. An hr later we got our lane and still no food. My boys were able to complete their game and food was just about ready. Server had to the nerve to get upset when I said I don’t need the food anymore. We will not return to this place. Manager in the front was also clueless!

We knew it would be a rainy day, so decided to head over for an afternoon of bowling to get indoors. The staff on reception are friendly and helpful; in addition to the bar/serving staff. My only criticism, aside from the manual bumpers (as we had kids, they had to be up all the time) was the prices for food and drink - it was $27 for a small Margarita (drink) and three soda's - fair enough it was refills on the sodas, but just way to expensive. The Margarita was nearly $10 and came in a small glass; pretty poor to be honest. We ended up having about 3 each, just to justify spending so much. The food was swerved, due to it being so expensive.

Really nice bowling alley. Great atmosphere, good selection of food and beverages, friendly staff, reasonable prices, nice lanes and a good selection of bowling balls. They also have a nice video game area. Compared to Revolutions in downtown City Place, this place holds it's own. It had a good crowd with very reasonable prices for a family to bowl and eat. Different themes on different nights but always a good time!

It was fun to bowl for the first time in 20 years. It is a good atmosphere and clean. The community balls are rough though. A lot of them were cracked and broken. The thing that brings down the star ratings for me were the food prices. It always makes a negative impression on me when something is overpriced. We had a few appetizers and sodas and the cost was around $35. Call me cheap, but that can make an outing of bowling too expensive for a lot of people.

My fiance and I stopped here to get prices, we ended up playing two games! The price per game and the rental for shoes were super affordable! The staff is super friendly and inviting, the atmosphere is fun and energizing! It's just an all around great place to be, I even found myself calling it Jupiter Lanes still, oops. Point is, I felt like I was in high school again, I haven't had that much fun in a long while.

My bowling experience was pleasant, my group was seated at a lane in a timely manner. We ordered food and drinks at the lane kiosk. I received my drink but our food was no where to be found. I went up to the snack bar seeking to resolve my issue one of the cooks Apologized and told me he would have my order ready. 30 minutes pass and we do a second check up on our small order of fries. The other cook in a very dismissive/disrespectful and condescending tone tells me that he couldn’t help me and directs me to a female cashier who asked to see my receipt when she should know very well that the kiosk specifically does not give out receipts. We found out the server made a mistake and handed out our fries to the wrong lane. I was told by her that the fries would be another 10 min wait and by then I had already waited an hour for a simple order of fries. We ended up leaving empty handed no food and no refund we were so fed up. I love this place and have been coming for years , but my experience with the snack bar tonight certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

I said no im not sure where to sign up and was told their was a 30 minute wait went to the arcade area where most machines are broken and run down by the kids. Food quality is ok, female bathroom has a bad smell (like it needed to be cleaned) Arcade it is quite pricey, and the worst part of it all, is that whoever designed the place... ...Didn't thought of the EBA league bowlers for a min.... Bowling bags all over the place, cause there is no room where to stored them... The seating for the viewers was too far and w/ poor view (I had to stand up for me to be able to see my husband and our team bowl) the place looks "fancy" ... But then again, it is not great when you have to jump over bowling bags and having to stand up throughout 3 games for you to be able to see the game. I hope they take in consideration what I have pointed out.

I thought about giving a two star rating, but because of the overall changes since it was Jupiter lanes, I raised to a three. I have been going here since it was Don Carters and will say the atmosphere now is the best yet, but that comes at a price. I don't mind spending money at all, but feel this place is charging way to much. To start, we arrived after a large dinner out, but my son and wife were thirsty. I ordered one Sierra mist and a bottle water and without asking for my check at around 9:30 on a Saturday they asked me to close out and almost $10.00 later with tip for a 16ounce sierra mist and a 20ounce bottle if water, I paid that and ended our second game of bowling. Upon checking out with bowling I presented a coupon that said up to two games free and they would only let me get one free game. Shoe rental was $5.00 each and games were $7.00 per game per person. I have been to every bowling alley from Port Saint Lucie through Delray and this is the most expensive of all.

Bowlero was a good atmosphere and fun for all of us from Age 4 to age 50. The only problem they had is the lack of help at the front desk cause a lot of delays and getting your shoes as well as if you were walking in getting checked in to get a lane. Other than that everything there was fun and clean. Make sure to sign up for their VIP a day before you go and you will get $20 worth of bowling taken off of your bill, which is broken down as $5 per player up to 4 players.

Since they've upgraded their facilities it is super cleaned and very efficient inside. The staff very friendly. The prices have gone up a bit but I guess that's the case in Jupiter in general. Always have a good time and the bartender very nice too.

Some of these reviews are hilarious. Most of the people can't read dates on simple flyers and the rest cant read menu prices. This is actually a great place to bowl at. They have an unlimited bowling night almost every night of the week and its about $12. So if you're looking to up your game you should check this place out. I just picked up bowling a couple of weeks ago and am hitting 169 at least one game each time I go. I have fun going to the night bowling with my girlfriend. I laughed at the "intelligent bowler" review. I maintain my score regardless of the lights being on or off - git gud. I do see clientele abusing the lanes at times but I honestly see that at every alley I go to lately. I will agree that food and drinks are WAY overpriced but they do have deal days to make up for it. I haven't been to a local bowling alley where food/drinks haven't been overpriced. Overall a 5 because I want to get better at bowling and this seems to be the cheapest/nicest way to do it....as long as you go on the right days.

Lanes, shoes, and atmosphere is great! Food took a long time. We had to clear our own dirty glass and food dishes ourselves. You have to tip when you order the food and drinks. 7 adults that had a large bar tab and was charged $3.47 for a small club soda. Not happy and will probably not come back.

Such a stupid place. Your lanes keep malfunctioning or just down right breaking and you think the only way to fix the issue is give “free” passes for the next time we come. Pretty sure I never want to bowl here again. Your staff isn’t the best either, I talked to one decently nice staff member who was a server and had nothing to do with the lanes and she helped us fix the problem faster than your front desk idiots. Fix your staff and fix your lanes and you’ll fix your problems. Thanks a million.

Im mad that i have to give then one star..I will never , ever go to this place again..Way overpriced, poorly understaffed..We ordered 4 burgers, 5 lemonades, fries and 10 wings..Our bill came to 118 $..Just for the food..When it got to our table 50 minutes later ,somehow everything was cold .My wife took one bite of her burger and refused to eat it..She told me to try it , it did and spit it right out..It was disgusting, the meat was clearly freezer burned and had that terrible taste to it..No one ate any burgers..All that was eaten were the French fries.We got the manager whi finally came over after many attempts only to look at us crazy and not even apologize..He then says he will refund our money..When we get the receipt we see that he only refunded us 80 out of the 118 dollars..Terrible business...I didnt even want to argue about it but i will never go to this establishment again..Everything is overpriced and the food and service was horrible..Thanks alot bowlarama for ruining my twins 10th birthday ..

Recently remodeled and well worth the fair prices. No need to go any further to attend those high end chic bowling night clubs where you can't see the arrows on the lanes. Good league quality lanes with quality concession items, good portion sizes and a nice bar with fair drink prices. Billiards and a game room too makes it a fun place to spend an entire rainy day. We enjoyed coming here before the remodel and now it looks great too.

I went to this location yesterday. I was a little disappointed because prior to going I checked the website for prices and saw the information below. No where on the site does it say that the game cost is per person. I know the shoe rental is obvious but the price of game per person is not. When I got there the girl at the register again told me "games are $3.49 and shoes" and said I had to open a tab and would get a price at the end. When I went to close my tab I was shocked by the price. She said it's supposed to say that it is per person. I showed her the website and she said she would let management know which I doubt. This might not seem like a big deal to some people but I think they should be transparent about all the fees before they ask you to open a tab for bowling.

Really loved the updated everything! Went on a Saturday night & thought prices were fair. Staff was friendly & worked as quickly as they could (especially the bartenders). I guess the kitchen closes an hour before the whole place does so make sure to get food before then! We will make sure to next time & give it that last star. Great place for everyone.
