Pretty good bowling place, the lanes are fun and the bowling balls are plenty. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded and the line is long but they give you some free credit to play on the arcade machines. Enough space to sit only around 4 people comfortably per lane.

We went on a school field trip and there were about 3 men /staff members who all seemed pretty annoyed we were there. Once the water and soda glass dispensers were empty, they didn't want to refill it. Finally a teacher asked if the kids could at least get more water refilled. My family and I have visited this location in the past, but I'm not sure if they've changed manganement, but we won't be coming back based on this experience.

Don’t be fooled by this bowling place Groupon deal !!! My husband purchased the groupon deal for bowling for 4 people for 2 hours for my daughters and their friends. We went to the Bowlero yesterday at 5:30pm and there was plenty of bowling lanes open and when we approached the counter we were first told there was a little wait and I advised them that we had Groupon deal for bowling for 2 hours. Once I did that, the employee’s attitude changed and they came extremely unprofessional. Then another employee rudely intervened in our conversation and informs me that their is additional wait for people that are using Groupon deals, and that we would have to wait for the league to be done with their game. He repeatedly told me we would have to wait till after the league with an arrogant attitude for no reasons and I had to stop the man and asked exactly how long do I have wait?? He then tells me he doesn’t know how long the league will play for and it can be hours- maybe 2-3 hours. I had 4 kids under the age of 10 looking forward to play bowling and there was plenty of other bowling lanes open for them to play. The place wasn’t packed and they were discriminating against customers who purchased Groupon deals. This establishment shouldn’t be able to promote their business on Groupon and not honor their deals when customers go to use them. This place is a disgrace for a business and is beyond unprofessional. We took our business to SpareZ and the kids had a great time there yesterday!

Prior to the lanes becoming Bowlero, they catered more to the league bowlers. Since becoming Bowlero, it is more of a party atmosphere catering to the open bowlers versus the serious league bowlers. If you're looking for a fun place to have some drinks and bowl a couple of games, this is your bowling alley. If you're looking to bowl to improve your game or bowl in a league, you'll probably want to stay away from this house. I do want to note that the staff members are very friendly and helpful...

Great place, went on a 2.22 night and had a blast with a group of about 8 people, it was full but the wait wasn't long and they were very properly staffed. The service was good, and there were a good amount of weight choice for your bowling ball. Overall I would say this is easily one of the best places to bowl in Broward County. Recommended 100%.

The staff is very nice and place is always clean. But the staff always looks tired and stressed.When they have parties, they are generally grossly under staffed. I feel very bad for them. A lot of the time they are running around like chicken with their heads cut off so I try not to ask for service. But when they have some free time. They are extremely helpful and immediately help and serve my every need..only when they are not going crazy from being under staff. I really like this place but and I feel bad about giving them 3 stars. It’s not the staffs fault.. it’s corporates fault for trying to save a penny and over working the employees.. shameful.

Food and drinks were good; small portion. Clean atmosphere. Customer Service not so great. Called at 8pm and was told no wait all lanes open. Arrived 10 minutes later to find out its a 1 hour wait which turned into 2 hours. We were told that all lanes were taken once we arrived.

This is a pretty lively bowling alley. I had loads of fun with friends as we bowled. The lanes, shoes, layout and computer equipment was very clean and functional, resulting in zero issues. The food offerings were very appetizing and reasonably priced. The drink selection was creative and my friends definitely enjoyed the variety. The management offered a military discount which was very fair. My favorite thing of everything was the decor. It was chic and modern. I hope to go back as we had loads of fun.

First and last time here it was Bowlero or sparez and decided to give this place a shot, first time experience was terrible,should of just gone to sparez. At first place looks great and all but when it comes to customer service terrible, first the bumpers have to be put up manual so all the players had to play with bumpers, second of all I asked for one those bowling helper slides for my toddler and the guy went and gave 2 away even tho I asked first, I asked him and he said ok and next thing you know, he went back to his table and forgot about me till he saw me again and then he gave it to 2 other people. When I asked him he said he forgot and sorry he gave them away to somebody else and didn’t have anymore,the food service was also terrible, a lot of people were complaining about the food wait, more than 40 mins and I saw how nobody order and when they did they waited 40 mins, and others that ordered after waited more also,Alot of customers were upset about this, they need better management and more staff, I would recommend eat before or after bowling if you do decide to go here, I know I won’t be going here anymore.

Went to get an alley for some friends, was told that there were no lanes available and to wait for the text and my name to be called. Waited for an hour with no text or name being called. When I showed up to the counter, I was told my name had been called 25 minutes ago. Out of 6 people no one heard my name and I never got a text telling me the alley was open. They then told me tough luck, so we just left.

Love this place every one is very nice from employees including management to guests you bowl next to. Wether you play pro or just for fun this is the place to be. Oh and if your a vegetarian or vegan there buffalo cauliflower is a must to have.

This place is great. They have bowling, a new arcade, and a good bar. I've had 4 corporate parties here and they have all been successes! They have leagues, so you do have to avoid that night, but otherwise they don't tend to have as long of a wait as some other lanes do. I highly recommend them!!!!!!

This review is based on a birthday party, booked for 2pm on a Saturday! New to the area so I have no other alley to compare it to, based solely on my experience from online booking, to end of party! Online booking is simple! Done in fifteen minutes everything it says you get, you get! The bowling pin a nice touch! A new wooden pin that's glossed over, not an old dirty pin like some alleys in the past! It's really nice touch for a souvenir! Wow, this place is a secret gem! Side of the highway right before you hit University. You might pass it if you aren't looking for it, they might want to invest in a curbside sign. Parking lot is huge, front and back of building! Upon entering in their main entrance there's an arcade area, light and bright, looks really clean. It's not a huge arcade but we're here to bowl mainly, aren't we, I was! The main desk is right besides the arcade and the bar and snack counter has a nice wooden design to it. It was a beautiful atmosphere. The lady at the counter directed me to the manager who set us up, she was nice and personable, we spoke briefly about the party and I was set up behind lanes 11-12. I'm not sure if they've just renovated or if their cleaning crew is just that great but this place is CLEAN! The booth seating at the lanes is a great idea and made for a very comfortable time! This place reminded me of bowling alleys in Times Sq, with less people. I did have an early afternoon party, it felt like we had the place to ourselves and by the time the party ended 4:30pm the place was filling up with families and other parties. As far as service: we experience nice and personable hosting from Ashley. She was attentive without being overbearing. Set up the food and kept the drink replenishes through your party. You're set up directly behind your lanes with a buffet style and I swear there's more food than I thought we'd get! A tray of chicken fingers and fries, mac n cheese bites, pizza and a big tray of fruit. I didn't buy drink tickets for the adults but the adults had the option of opening tabs from the bar. For the price I paid, I am extremely happy and will definitely consider Bowlero again. For the service and quality, in my opinion definitely worth it! For the fun and seeing my kid enjoying her birthday I'll definitely write this review. I've driven past this place so many times in the last few months, I'd have never thought it was so cool and fun inside! They have a league starting soon, I might check that out. As someone who has just moved to the area, I'm interested to see how it gets at night when I'm not hosting a kids bday party! If you find yourself driving by, go inside, check it out! Hopefully they add a sign so you won't drive past it!

Call ahead to make sure you’ll actually get a lane. It’s frustrating when they say there is no availability because of parties, but they let the lanes sit empty for an hour or more while you wait for something to open up. The lights are out all the time except for league bowling, and they only play dumb internet clips, back to the future 2, and the goonies for months straight on the projected screens. Staff at the front desk seem apathetic when you have a problem and the line for the front desk can be really slow, but Managers will stand by idly sometimes. Food runners do a good job checking in on you, but I’m not a fan of the menu. Just a general “Meh” vibe.

First time here and honestly I am not impressed. My party and I went to the bar and the service was absolutely terrible. The manager working behind the bar didn't greet any if his guest and the bartender was so over worked that her facial expressions showed it. She wasn't happy and she made it apparent. Half the bar had empty glass cups and been sitting on the bar since we came in. If I can post pictures I would if show it. This place has potential but honestly I would not recommend anyone here. Another manager came to the bar and did absolutely noting to help the situation. I've been here for an hour and I can not believe that there are dirty cups and pitchers still on the bar. The bar is literally losing business. They're three stools that can bebuse due to the amount of dishes that are piled up. Whomever is in charge of tonight's staff should be a shame of how this bar is running. Other guests are leaving due to the terrible service. The manager at this bar poured 4 shots of patron that he had to throw away because the clients refused it......Lol he literally had his hands all over the rim and the clients refused to drink out of a glass cup and rightfully so. What an embarrassment.

Place looks great, nice and clean, but customer service was horrible. Not enough staff, 1 cook who was taking way too long with orders.There were several families complaining they were waiting 40 minutes for food. We asked for the kids bowling assist and the guy gave it away and when approached he just laughed and shrugged.We bowled for 1 game and got out of there. The front desk was literally the only worker I saw on the floor. I’ll stick with Sparez.

Fun fun fun! We went to try it out and we had a great time! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was great! Only improvements I would like to see is more staff per lanes (1 staff for about 10 lanes-poor guys! I think I saw only two servers for the whole place on a Saturday night) and also better music, maybe a DJ? Dessert was great though and we enjoyed the drinks.

Great remodel! Very clean, hip and FUN! Food a bit pricey, but good (unexpected) quality! Family of 5: 1 bowling game & shoe rentals= $45 (that was half priced lanes) Food= $45 (4 drinks, 2 pretzel bites, and 1 chicken tenders and fries)...Fun night indeed!

Some great deals on bowling and drinks on Tuesday but the staff (especially Scott at the front desk) was extremely rude to me and kept me waiting in a line AFTER my reservation was ready to go (that alone took an hour and a half of waiting) for over 20 minutes. They continuously told me to switch lines to pay, and for only 15 people in line, the line management here is supremely embarrassing. Never again.

We booked the place for our 10 year old girl birthday celebration on a Saturday afternoon. Booking was done over their website with the assistance over the phone. Staff is very easy going and easy to reach over the phone and email. Our space was ready by the time we arrived with the right amount of chairs and tables and a bowling line reserved also. We got an all inclusive package with bowling, food, drinks, arcade credits and a cookie cake. Hot dogs, fries and pizza along with pitchers of soda, lemonade and water. Kids food disappeared pretty fast and they even asked for more pizza. We also ordered additional pizza for adults. They have also have a full bar with a nice selection of liquor plus many beers(cold) on tap and bottles. Even that we ordered only pizza the menu is extense and the comments from the lines next to us were all positive. The prices are very reasonable. This place have had a recent remodeling and it shows. Everything is nice and clean. Everything works as it should. The girls had a lot of fun. Our server and the staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking and conveniently located off 595 on SR84, Pine Island exit. Check out their website since they have promotions and different happenings throughout the week. 100% recommended!

This place is pretty cool. They have bowling league lanes, a full bar, and lots of cool themed nights. It has a hipster vibe. I wish I took photos because there is some weird decor. I kind of dig it. I recommend this for a novice or someone who really likes to bowl.

Nice place. Pricing is very high. If it were more reasonably priced it would be worth bringing my 3 & 6 year old there more often. My kids enjoy it but they have just as much fun going to the gym with me and playing with their friends. The gym kid care only cost $10/month each and I can go with them 7 days a week. I can only justify a family night bowling maybe twice a year. Bowling used to be an inexpensive outing. Not to mention that when I called the young lady on the phone sounded annoyed that I was asking questions.

We had a corporate event here for 25 people on a Friday night and it was amazing. The new set up was so cute and everyone in our party had a blast. We ordered a bunch of food prior to the event that was actually very good. We tried to stay away from the pizza and get a variety and I wasn’t sure how it was going to be but everyone ate it all and was commenting multiple times on how good it all was. The service was also equally great; Francesca ran the party and she was attentive and always came back to ask us how we were doing. Kim was our waitress and helped us whenever we needed more drinks or food. Nick also checked on us multiple times and was helpful since we were all the way on the other side of the bar. Overall - lots of fun was had by everyone and the staff at Bowlero went above and beyond!! We will definitely be returning!!
