good place to spend time, alone, with friends or family. it has more than 20 lanes to play bowling, and special room separate than everyone to play bowling and have fun. place to play arcade games, you can eat here too. the price is reasonable. the staff are friendly. recommend visiting it.

Came here with my daughter and granddaughter, took almost ten minutes to find somebody that worked here so we can play golf. We got a deal on Groupon that seemed very fair, two play cards with $10 each and the round of golf for four. Once again trying to collect tickets for my granddaughter was a chore trying to get anybody that worked here to help us out. The place is clean and the games were do decent which is the reason for two stars instead of one. The rating is almost solely for the staff.

Some employees were awesome, but then there were some that seemed as if they didn't care. They are definitely understaffed, however their arcade is the smallest I've ever seen and most of the games didn't work at all, no wonder they are using groupon to promote their business, they can't get business any other way. We played the mini golf, was really cool, there really was no counter or anything telling you where the mini gold was, you had to ask.. The mini bowling arcade game was completely out of order, that looked like their best game there. NONE of the claw machines would close their claws.. The bowling alley part was absolutely ridiculous, rude customers that the employees had to deal with, we were put on lane 19, and couldn't even set a drink down on the table because of the people there before us and the people that were still there crowding 3 lanes but only paid for one.. I asked to switch lanes, they refused.. I was looking for somewhere that me and my family could enjoy and have a good time, we had fun, but definitely ran into more issues than I would've wanted to on our night out.

This is a nice little spot to pop into if you're looking for something simple to do with the children. The bowling lanes can get a little crowded. But it's a nice place to hang out with your children. The games for the kids are reasonably priced. It is not an extravagant place but a nice spot to visit if you are looking for something to do.

Pretty run down, some of the arcade games are broken down, the mini golf was full of lips and hills that rolled it off the course... still had fun though.

I am visiting family and brought my brother and son here to have fun. I called and asked about rates and dress code, the guy said casual. We were there for 45 mins having fun, i went to get snacks, the manager came and said i had to leave because i was wearing a plain tank top. I told him we had been there 45 minutes and no other employees said anything to me about a tank top, plus i was from Milwaukee and didnt have another shirt. The manager was a real jerk, but a kid at archade area gave me a plain white tshirt to wear, because we had just paid for hour of pool. After 30 mins of playing pool, i was about to play a game with nephew, when the manager sent the kid from archade to tell us we had to leave because 13 year old couldn't be in family pool area after 6pm, it was 6:10pm. The kid at counter appologized for managers rudeness and asked the manager if we could finish game or get a partial refund since it was our first time there and we were not causing problems we were just trying to have fun. (Actually, my brother and family are very religious, good christians, i am suffering from diabetes related problems). But the jerk manager said we had to stop the game, no refund. No we were not drinking, no we were not loud, no we dont do drugs. 2 employees appologized for the managers behavior, and we left. NEVER, EVER WILL I GO HERE AGAIN!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

Had fun today doing laser tag. What made me give it a one star was snack bar. Placed and order for two 5 inch pizzas and a order of corn nuggets. After 45 mins it was still not ready so I waited, while waiting I watched the lady in the kitchen pick up a knife that fell on the floor up. And she processed to the cooler and got some onions and put them on the grill and continued to fix her orders all without changing her glove or washing her hands.

We always enjoy our time with family at Batt Bowl. A clean establishment with a family atmosphere. The Sunday special is awesome and we are so thankful it's still offered. Snack bar food is good and the staff is pleasant. My only complaint is the price for drink refills. A $1.29 for large is fine but not for the other sizes.

This is a great place to spend an afternoon. We did laser tag, bowling and the arcade and spent about 3.5 hours. It's great for the age that's too old for Chuck E Cheese and adults. My 3yo had fun but not a whole lot geared towards that age. It is a little pricey though; arcade games cost from $.75- $1.75 each. And we spent about $50 on laser tag and $50 on bowling in the nice, dark lounge bowling alley. (4 adults, 1 8yo and 1 3yo). Haven't bowled at the big, normal bowling alley but it's only $1 cheaper per person. Even the food from the snack bar is really good and fresh.

Gave me the wrong size shoes for my child & then had a bad attitude when asked for the right size. Just to give me the wrong size again. Very dissatisfied with this place. Loved it years ago. ☹️

Tried to go to Phoenix for something new- the girl up front was extremely rude. The football game was so loud we couldn't hear each other and she said she wouldn't turn it down at all. We came to Batt's and dealt with all nice and helpful people, and we can actually have a conversation without screaming directly in someone's ear! Customer service is everything, and while Phoenix doesn't understand that, Batt's definitely does!

We've enjoyed bowling and the arcade here before, so we decided to host a birthday party for my son and daughter here as well. Setting up the party was easy and only required a modest deposit. The day of the party was awesome! They allowed us about 15 minutes before starting activities to give guests time to arrive. We had two lanes of cosmic bowling, then we had pizza/cake and opened gifts, then we did the blacklight golf and two rounds of laser tag. Our party host, Jessie, was very helpful and very accommodating as we had to 'switch out' the names of guests as more kids arrived/left, but at no time were we told we couldn't be flexible with our guest list. We also never felt rushed, in fact since we had a bunch of little kids I'm sure we went over the time limit and no one ever mentioned anything about it. We were only charged $10 extra to add another birthday child and that was just to cover the extra arcade credits. Jessie helped me take our gifts/food to the car at the end of the evening and no one rushed me to pay. I feel like I got an incredible value and everyone who came had a blast. I will definitely be doing more parties here in the future!

We had my sons birthday party there yesterday. Brionna was our hostess and she was amazing! She really worked her butt off! She assisted with all the kids bowling, and even made balloon swords and hats for the kids! Everyone had a great time. The manager at the time, Ron, was super friendly as well. I will say that if you're coming for a birthday party or hosting one come about 15-20 mins early so you can get your groups shoes and get set up. You are supposed to be on the lanes when your party is supposed to start and I didn't know that. My group started coming in at the time the party was supposed to start, but they kindly let our group finish their games even though we were slightly over our time. All the kids (and parents) enjoyed the experience, and were exhausted after hours of fun! And the pizza was surprisingly good too! Ohh and yall tip your hostess! They earn it!

We had a great time on a random weekday with my out of town friends and their 3 year old son. The indoor minigolf was very detailed. They have some of the most creative decorations I have seen. Their selection of games is pretty good and no so pricey that you don't want to play. We did not bowl, but their lanes looked to have the most comfortable seating areas in the world of bowling.

Went in with a group of 7 we needed 2 lanes side by side. I had a coupon and was going to purchase an extra game. The older guy was rude and took us to the other side had a young guy ring us up..he was really mean to him and made us feel uncomfortable...they didn't have any lanes in the regular side had to go to arcade side. Took forever to get served and never could figure out what the issue was between the sides and the worker. Felt bad for the young guy. He was very nice and helped get us all bowling.

Miniature golf was awesome! The kids loved it. I like the miniature golf because no one else was there so we had the entire area to ourselves. However, the arcade games were very expensive. We exhausted our card only a few games after about 10min.

My girl and I have Wednesdays off as our weekend. She wanted to go bowling. As we got there during the evening, we ordered our food then went to get a lane. We were told no lanes were opened and it was all taken for the bowling league. We checked the website and specials were available for wednesday, l but did not mention bowling league would take all the lanes. Got an extra star for food service refunding money without issues. Otherwise wasted our time and gas to find out we could not enjoy our time there....

One of my favorite houses to bowl in. Awesome staff and the lanes are well maintained. The owner is a former pro-bowler herself and you can tell she fixed her house up like a bowling center she herself would want to bowl in. Great place for kids and families. Great place for parties. Food is quite good, too.

We were a group of 26 visiting Jax and found Batt Family Fun Center through a Google search. We called ahead and set up a party, where we got 2 hours of bowling that included pizza, wings and drinks, then added on an extra event for each person. They had options of mini-golf, lazer tag and arcade cards. Our group had a blast and the staff was great - both when we called and when we were there. Thanks for a great time...at about $27 per person! Extremely reasonable for a party of that size with all the options! Definitely recommend!!

Pro shop was great. Bought my first ball tonight and the staff was awesome with sizing showing me how to properly hold it and was helpful making sure it fit after the initial sizing. Lanes were freshly oiled and made for very fun and interesting learning with the ball. Overall had a great experience!

I may have been a bit harsh in my previous review. I bowl in a couple of leagues at batt and my frustrations is with the AC. I will say that I have never had any issues with the staff and I now completely understand the underlying issues regarding the AC repairs. Additionally, the pins not being replaced comment was misstated and I was provided clarification by the staff on the rotation of pins. I would recommend this bowling alley to anyone wanting to have a good time with their family.

I can't say enough about this place. It's a great place to not only bowl but to play lazer tag, minature golf, billiards, and arcade games. It has two sections to it. The main bowling alley which includes the snack counter and the bar. The other section includes all your other games and a small boutique with a couple of bowling lanes. It's a wonderful place to bring your family during both in a rainy and or a sunny day. If you live in the area they have a wonderful youth program that they run. A definite place to check out not for only visitors in the area but also for locals young and old.

Unfortunately they lost power and it wasnt expected to come on for 2.5 hrs. We only played 2 frames of bowling. I asked for a partial refund and they refunded my whole amount. I will definitely be back. Possibly for my daughters 17th birthday

Rented two lanes and bowled two games. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The concession stand had decent food for a bowling alley. The screens for inputting info for the games need to be recalibrated because pushing the buttons was a bit of a workout. We didn't check out any of the other areas; we only bowled. We arrived at 2pm on a Saturday and it wasn't overly crowded.

The web site doesn't state there is 2 different prices from regular lanes and the darker ones. When I asked the staff about some of the ads on the screens they didn't know what they was. The approach on the lanes had sticky spots and there is not a very got assortment of house balls for adults. Other than that it was a fun time.

There's tons of fun stuff to do at this place...I wish I would've known about it sooner! My kids and I went to a birthday party that was hosted here and we had a blast! There's bowling, cosmic bowling (all day), an arcade, mini golf, billiards, and their food service was pretty good. There's a full service bar, and the kitchen has a menu that includes a wide variety of food and drinks from fun stuff like pizza and nachos to full meals like fish and chips. They even serve cake and cupcakes, and for that reason, no outside food or drink is permitted, and they are pretty strict about it. However, if you spend enough money here, you may be able to get special permission from the staff for bringing in something like a custom birthday cake. Also want to give a big thank you to the manager, Greg, who was very attentive and friendly, catering to us throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something fun to do with your kids and/or family, or as a hang out spot with a group of friends or for a date.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bowling time was cut shorter than the hour we paid for. Then another group had paid for an hour of pool and had to leave; said they had 30 minutes and my group could take the rest. They must start their clocks from the second you cash out and do not have any warnings before time is supposedly up. The manager sent out a teen to tell us out time was up and his exact words was his manager made him come in to tell us. Then the "manager" came in and pulled all the remaining balls from the table in dramatic fashion telling us we had to stop because we had not paid. The same "manager" came back in and cornered one of the people in our party saying he was already told to leave. The situation got loud and ugly on both sides with this "manager" continuing to stand in the way of the individual he was telling to leave. I will never go back to this business and would recommend no one else give their money to them as they will cheat you on time and treat you in a very inappropriate manner. I hope whomever owns this establishment takes a hard look at their supposed leadership team and how they treat customer.

Went today for my nieces birthday party, The staff was very nice and professional. The inside was clean, and has a lot to do, tons of games, laser tag, krazy black light mini golf, regular and black light bowling. All inside this 45,000 sq. foot area. The pizza wasn't bad. I was surprised. The kids and the adults had a great time. Definitely recommend u visit, and play the blazer tag. It's fun, even for adults. I took tons of pics, check them out. I went for a 9 year olds birthday recently and him and his group of friends seemed to enjoy it. They have bowling, laser tag, and lots of other kinds of games. Even adults in our group seemed to have fun. They have packages that cover food and games with private rooms for birthday parties. If I had a kid I would probably take then here at least once. If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The service was beyond terrible. Every single staff member was rude as all get out. We were sitting at one of the bars by the food area trying to enjoy our meals, when one of the employees came up and started throwing and slamming the balls on the racks underneath the table. It was time for them to close and instead of just telling us one of the guys who worked there came in and just started grabbing the pool balls off the table in the middle of our game and just yelled “Goodbye” at us. It was mine and my family’s first time there trying to enjoy a little family time and it was absolutely terrible and ruined, when trying to ask the employees about prices for golf, or just questions in general they were rude, and acted as if we were a bother to have there. Not to mention my husband got so sick from the burger and fries he ate there. Will NEVER go back to this place.

This place was alright. Approaches for the Lanes were dirty and cause the bowler to stick. Carpets were not vacuumed and had food all over our set of Lanes. The Lanes themselves played great

The staff is great and it is very family friendly it also has so many things to do like there is an arcade ,bowling, lazer tag,mini golf and a snack bar.
