Definitely no frills. If you have a child who needs bumpers... everyone has to use them because they are manually set by the staff at the beginning.(seriously) Paid $60 for 1 game for 4 adults and a child. The staff was friendly though.

This alkey is amazing, the lanes are freshly liked everyday yes I said EVERYDAY. Manager Carvell is friendly and very knowledgeable. This is a must go for all of those league bowlers. Full bar and kitchen. Overall awesome place.

Visited today with my husband and played a couple of games. The staff were super friendly and very helpful when one of arcade machines ate my tokens. Multiple arcade machines were broken, but not labeled out of order. They said they didn't own them, but seeing a review from weeks ago with similar complaint me think they need to get the vendor in asap. Concession seems overpriced and on par with movie theater prices, which I wasnt expecting. Will definitely be back in the future.

We attended AMF for a friend's birthday party. My son had a good time. He spent most of his time in the small arcade area. I know it is a bowling place, not an arcade, but the games are somewhat limited. There are mostly claw machines. Overall, the place appeared clean, and the food was okay. Our hosts had a full spread of pizza, chicken tenders, mozzerella sticks, fries, dipping sauces, and a big cookie.

Bowling here is super fun with a small group or a whole crowd! I've been on Tuesdays & Saturdays and both are a great time. AMF offers accessible bowling options (ramps for rolling the ball, as well as gutter guards), so my family was able to bowl with our grandmother. Unfortunately, gutter bumpers can't be set per player, so we had to all use them. But that's just part of the strategy for some people. ;) The food is tasty; however, it is fairly greasy and can get expensive if you don't keep track of your spending. Overall, the whole place is fun to be at, but try to go on a night where you can get a good deal. (Tuesdays are really good for this!)

Good place to bowl, staff is friendly and they have a decent arcade. A lot of the machines are old and half were broken down. The building is old and it shows on the inside. The bathrooms are not the nicest nor the cleanest but still useable. Actually bowling it self was good, also have a pro shop which is nice. The food is a bit expensive for large boneless wings and a pop it is 17 bucks. The wings are good. I would recommend coming here. Open bowling is 3 dollars per game person. The shoe rental is 4 dollars per person.

I actually came here a month ago. The bowling was a great. Why I have only given it 3 stars was because I came during the day for the first time and it started to pour. After finally running through the rain I get stopped at the door with a man who held up a clipboard at me and shooed me to the door. He then said rather rudely that i couldn't come in as they were in a tournament until 7 and that I needed to leave the premises. I understood and went back out into the rain. My only problem was how his demeanor was towards me. Other than that when I came back later I had a great time.

6 of us bowled and had a great time! They run daily specials so make sure to take a look. They do run a league every day so make sure you get those times before making your own plans. Staff is friendly and helpful, didnt use the bathrooms this time, but no one in my party complained upon their return from same. Take the friends or family (or both) and have a blast!

Good bowling. Arcade is rigged, though. Claw machines are either too soft with no grip, or too forcefully pulled up, tossing your prize once it gets to the top. A waste of five whole bucks. If they truly cared about their patrons, they would resolve this fundamental flaw.

Smells old, seems expensive. The staff was nice but definitely trying to sell memberships. We said no but they kept trying. The last 3 times we've bowled we used a groupon for a place in Winter Haven. Much better priced and the family deal comes with a pizza and drinks. We will probably go back to Winter Haven next time.

3 games, shoe rental, food (hotdogs, chicken tenders, and onion rings. Nothing crazy like their $21 appetizer), and soda for two people came out to over $70!? What a joke. Half way through all the speakers and the music went out so they had to turn the normal lights back on. The music was barely audible and it really ruined the whole vibe and reason to go bowling on a Friday night. If I wanted the normal bowling experience, I wouldnt have came on a Friday night and paid extra. The only plus side was our waitress. She was very nice and friendly. She was on top of everything despite having to run the front of house from her computer because the other guys were useless. Ill be going to the Northside to Orange bowl from now on. I guarantee they would of gave us the normal rates without asking if their equipment went out.

One star was too many. DO NOT waste your time or money at this place. They have the most oldest scoring system I have ever seen (commodore 64 look advanced compared to this), and, of course, it did not work. They took my money, and when I told them I wanted to leave because their system would not allow for the game to have bumpers for my small daughter and then not have them for my game, they said they could not do that, and then did not give me my money back. Every other bowling place in America has better amenities than this place....a joke.

Dont go on Friday night with your family. This is league night and there's a wait list for fun. For a family of five on Friday night, it wouldve cost a guesstimate of over $100 for shoe rental and lane rental, you pay per game (per hour is not available Friday night). Bowling was a great past time for families - nowadays, not so much.

The place was fine, the staff was fine, but I thought the prices were a little steep. It's $6 to rent shoes per person (why you have to pay to rent bowling shoes instead of them being included is beyond me) and it's $6 a game per person, and a cheesburger meal with fries and a drink was $12. For my son, my wife and me, it was $50. Maybe take the prices down a little.

My fiance's family held a birthday party here over the weekend. They paid for an unlimited package of chicken and pizza. Our server (Jenn) was really good. The tables and chairs were high quality. The bowling lanes could use updating, but were functional. What's keeping me from giving 5 stars is that the reservation was for 1:00, we arrived at 12:45 and the food wasn't ready until 1:45. That was a late lunch!

I would not recommend this place AT ALL! They ripped us off and were completeley unprofessional. They charged us for 7 shoes when we only had 4 people rent shoes. It was $108 for 7 people to play two games.... when we asked for a simple break down of the prices Glenn (the alleged owner) said he had no idea what we were talking about and that he couldn’t give us a price break down or receipt until after we pay the $108 dollars. He acted as if he had no idea what a receipt was and told us to “get our calculator out” and do it ourselves. The entire thing was shady and he wouldn’t give us any price break down at all. I don’t think it takes a rocket genius to understand what a simple written receipt of the price break down is or to understand that it should not cost 108 dont 7 people to play 2 games and for 4 shoe rentals. It doesn’t matter about the price if it was HONESTLY $108 dollars but the fact that it wasn’t honest and that we were ripped off is what makes me so mad. I have never in my life left a bad review anywhere but morals are a big thing for me and this place doesn’t have a good moral code. It’s a shame.

It was ok, but not great. Bathroom was pretty gross, but everything else was clean. Took my 7yo bowling on a weekday afternoon. All parties with children were crammed into one side of the building (dozens of people), while the 3 adult parties occupied the other half. Bumpers were not automatic, so everyone in the group had to use them. We travel a lot and love to bowl. This was definitely one of the poorest we've visited.

It is fun for kids and I love the lights and music. However, the management needs to either get more help, get more organized or both because the process of getting a lane and paying is slightly ridiculous (they had ONE poor guy checking in dozens of people). Decent price and place was clean.

Did children's party and left 5 expensive large helium balloons. I called no later than 10 min to let them no I will back to get them. The person assured me that we're safe in snack place and when I got there it was no where to be found. I believe it had to be stolen from a staff member.
