Great customer service. Everyone was friendly and when I asked them if they offered a military discount, they actually adjusted the bill even after they already ran my card. The bar tender was a bit overwhelmed, but she acknowledged me and let me know she was a bit behind, which I appreciated immensely. Got a margarita for $8! Great place to hang out with family and friends on a weekend.

Lanes are dirty and sticky. Ball return keeps balls on lane 5 every week. Employees are very laid back, equipment in back fails a lot and takes sometimes 15 minutes to reset.

Rafael was the guy that helped us out paying for the shoes/games. He was super nice & so was his assistant that gave us the shoes. Kiara took our order for drinks & food. great specials on them , at least for a sunday. The staff was friendly, but the bathrooms do need some tlc.

Staff not in any way friendly. Cut off alcohol and food sales at 11:08 when the bowling alley closed at 12. Misleading special that caused us to spend way more money than was at all appropriate for 2 games. Go down the street to Orange Lanes. Gets 2 starts because it is a nice facility.

Terrible service, horrible cleanliness and condition of balls. Heard a girl at the food counter complaining about how needy customers are and using the f word with other customers around. To top it off with 30 minutes to go the bus boy took all of our drinks that were almost full and dumped them in the garbage. Won't be back

Had a Groupon deal so good 2 hours of bowling, Bowled some good games, some of the balls have got some major wear. Screens were good and clear. Not sure if it had league lanes as be good to try them out as standard lanes everywhere are poor.

Customer service is lacking to put it nicely. They have a serious issue with drug use by their customers in the parking lot. Typical AMF center, under staffed and under trained.

The place seem to be one of the cleaner bowling alleys I’ve been and the lanes are nice. They keep them maintained very well. The arcade area was expensive for the tokens for the kids to play games. Food was typical bowling alley food but wasn’t bad. They seem to have a lot of leagues for men, women, and youth. I would definitely come back.

This is a great bowling alley. The lanes are well taken care of. The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant are also great. Tammy is a great bartender! We had a fun evening bowling here. I recommend this bowling alley over any others in the area.

Bowling was fun, we did have an issue with our pins on several occasions. But I must say the food was terrible! The taco shell was stale, the meat was salty and the fries were way too salty. I'm not sure if the cook has a heavy hand with the salt, but it was definitely overkill.

I’ve been here many times before the renovation but tonight’s was not a good experience. Prices went up on food and drinks, the least they could do is bring them out in a timely manner. But unfortunately the two girls working tonight did not want to do their job. Spent majority of the time arguing about how they need to go the bathroom instead of making the orders in front of customers. Other people were waiting for almost an hour on their fries because they got skipped. Finished a game and food still hasn’t gone out yet. Will not be coming again to this location.

This place has a lot going for it. The lanes were super functional and the snacks were quite tasty. It has a nice vibe inside. Two things that made it lose a star, it looks like a horror movie outside, and the bathrooms were pretty bad.

GLAD WE CAME - WE WILL RETURN! We had a fun time - front desk was friendly and helpful, we called to ask some questions and Mindy was very polite, shoes were newer and in nice condition, easy selection for balls, snack area and game areas were available. We were a bit hesitant because of some reviews but we were so glad we tried it. We laughted and enjoyed our outing very much. CON: challenging to find because it’s behind other buildings- limited signage- but plenty of parking.

On that day,I was not pleased with the lane conditions way to dry, desk person was never at the desk for any problems, and the music in the place was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. I nomaly like these lanes but not on that day.

Front counter people were very friendly, lady in her late 20s early 30s at the bar was very rude when I asked a question because I guess we interrupted her gossiping. Place is relatively clean but for the price of 2 games ($50+) I expected a little more. Will be back but overall just average experience

45 dollars for 4 people to play one game was mind blowing. We wanted to try a different place than where we normally go, but we were priced out with our experience. When we went it was dead, not busy at all. The metal ball guide that helps the little ones was bent so out of shape it hurt my kids chances more than it helped. She actually started bowling without it it was so bad. The kids did like the arcade and the food which was served to our area promptly. The staff was friendly. On a plus side, all soft drinks are refillable for free. Maybe if we found a coupon, or had our own shoes, it could be worth it. But there are more places to choose from that are way cheaper.

As expected it to be from an UK view on an American blowing ally. The place was packed with the offer for Tuesdays which makes it very cheap to play just $2 a game each. You have to pay to hire the shoes (almost $5 each) Wide range of food and drinks to order Overall not a bad place to spend a hour or so with a few games of bowling

This place is awesome I gave a four star only because its very hard to find in the street. They need to advertise with a bigger sign... other than that this place is big. The food is good and the staff are great!! There was one gentleman that was super helpful and very observant. I forgot his name, but he was greatly appreciated for his attentiveness.

I have bowled here for 20 years. And in 20 years the lanes have never changed. All the furniture is,used from other alleys. The equipment is not in good condition at all if you love your ball...don't use it here!!! Tons of damage done to the balls. They fix them but.. Fix the equipment & then the balls don't get damaged severely . Now the food court is a complete disaster!!!! I ordered French fries and 1hour later I still didn't have them!!!! The management is,a revolving door. They try but this place is so old & outdated they can't do much!!!

This place is not worth the price. Went here on a Saturday night and spent over $50 for a pair of shoes and 3 games per person for two people. Thats ridiculous. Then our bowling lane keep breaking at the pinsetter, the service was bad, and they had funky lighting, and slippery shoes. Definitely the worst experience I ever had bowling. Do not recommend.

Medorcore crowd, great place to bowl, they have a summer pass you can join real cheap and you can go to any AMF bowling alley in the state to use your pass, free shoes and a house ball they have that you can bowl three games a day every day till the middle of August of 2019. It's a great deal for under 35 dollars for the summer pass.

Horrible place for out of towners. Our family arrived here 1-1/2 hours before closing, paid for bowling and started bowling. Ten minutes later the snack bar closed and they wouldn't allow us to order food. If they had of told us this before paying for bowling we would have left. We had four kids and a senior citizen that had not eaten since lunch. We told the manager and all he said was sorry, I played a song and the snack bar is closed. REALLY, 1.5 hours before closing, unacceptable!

This alley has been open for over 20 years at least. One of things about this AMF is that it looks better than it did when I was a kid. They keep the inside looking perfect ever visit. Even though the outside wouldn't lead one to believe that. Its like going from Detroit to Denver when you walk through the door.

Price of food is ridiculously expensive. $4.50 for a cup of machine soda. $8 for some chicken tenders or a cheeseburger. Lanes are Ok. And it is not as packed as other bowling places, if you just want a quiet place to bowl this is it.

This place gets pretty busy on Sunday, so I suggest reserving a lane. But the price is reasonable. The staff and manager super helpful and accommodating. Definitely a great way to spend time with family and friends.

This place has a new charge system which personel doesn't know how to use so they over charge for games they say the computer says we played. I've never encountered an unprofessional and BAD customer service situation in my life. The fact that the Manager wasn't there to manage this was so unbusiness like and all the employee had to say was if that's what the computer says that's what we have to charge. So I will never go back to this bowling establishment again. So if you plan to have a bowling party do not have it there.

It was a good experience, but the restroom was horrendous. It definitely needs a lot of work. It looked like a hurricane was there. Very messy. I've never seen a Wall soap dispenser laying down on the counter (both of them). No paper towel. Totally abandoned. It was the one located in the arcade area. I didn't want to go near the food area after that.

You get your money's worth. Went for the Monday special which starts at 8 pm. Didnt leave until around 11 pm. Bowled for 3 hours for $26 for 2 people. Customer service was decent no complaints.

It was great but the balls would not come up. They kept getting stuck. Apparently the oil they used was causing the balls not to come back out. We were actually wiping lubricant with rags and it didn't fix the problem. They just kept getting stuck. Eventually we ha story switch lanes

Cashier failed to explain in detail the price of the games. There's a huge difference between "per game" and "per person per game". I spent $110 on two people to bowl. Also the blue moon and yuengling were flat!

Such a great place to have fun and release the stress this city has. I recommend to go on Tuesdays, they have this awesome promo of “2.22 Tuesday” so you can play for only 2.22 per line! What an awesome deal! The machines are extremely new and they work really good that’s why 5/5 stars. The staff is friendly and ready to help you if you are having troubles playing this awesome hobby! Also the place is really cleans and Food is really good. Nice place to bring a first date or your family! Let the match begin! .
