The food is a bit overpriced, however, there is a McDonalds right next door so it's perfect for getting food inbetween games. I went with my coworkers last Friday and we are thinking about making it a regular hangout spot every Friday. We payed around 16 dollars each and for that price we got shoes and unlimited bowling. We played about 5 rounds from 9 to about 1:30 in the morning.

There are only TWO bowling alleys in Ocala, you think they would do some investing in the place. It's still stuck in the 90's. Their is not much to do in Ocala with the kids, if they invest in large TV's flooring, updated bathrooms, trained friendly staff and local marketing, families will come.

Food was super expensive. A reg. Sized pizza was $18!!! And we had to wait a half hour for it because the staff took it to the wrong table. So someone got a free pizza. They did give us ours, but a half hour later. They also have a " Sunday Funday" where after 5pm you can bowl for 2.59 a game and the girl at the front didn't know a thing about it and asked me to " show me please" where it said that on the website. Lol get it together please

The place was clean, they had decent rental shoes, and a wide variety of balls to choose from. The popcorn was hot, buttery and salty-just the way I like it-and the beer was ice cold. The staff were pleasant and helpful. With all these things going for the place, it was easy to relax and just have fun!

Was here a year ago very bad experience. Heard there was new management,new games etc. Came in on Thursday they were busy had to wait on lanes. So we took a spot close to the bar 5 minutes after being there a rather large man comes storming by and yells at the bartender I hope that's miller lite your pouring! My girlfriend and I locked eyes I was like OMG that was rude, but it gets better he comes back thru stops at snack bar claps his hands and yells for a rag saying counter was dirty and he better never see that again?? I thought there was new managers im sorry that's not how you motivate people

The amazing thibub about this place, is how little its changed in 20 years. I used to come here as a kid. Haven been since today. First, i dont remember it being so expensive. But 5 for shoes, 5 per game per person. Not too bad still. Secondly. The honey mustard is exactly the same. Hasn't changed a bit. It's almost like Ken's, but better. They somehow managed to get the cigarette smell out of the building. I thought the never would. Or even could. I'm definately going back.

I brought a party of 6 to this location, after the coupon I brought in was not accepted at the West location. I have an autistic son, and by an error on my part I didn't catch the fine print on the times to bowl with the coupon. I called AMF-East and spoke to Jen. After we were rejected by the West location my son had a meltdown and was crying. I let Jen know this, and asked if we could come in to her location, but stated that if she couldn't, I would totally understand since it was my fault. She allowed us to come in!!!! The night was saved, and I was less embarrassed to the other members in my party that were able to bowl! Jen went above and beyond the call to make me and my party more than welcome. She answered my questions. I will definitely be back to this location! Thank you so much! You made a child truly happy!

Had our office party planned to bowl..West lanes were full so they kindly called east lanes and reserved our lanes and they got us free pizza for having to drive a few minutes longer..that's what I call customer service..thank you amf for making our Christmas party one to remember !!!

Super fun place for a family to spend time together. The three of us really enjoyed a Saturday afternoon here. It's about $6 per game and shoes cost $4 per person, so for 3 of us to bowl 2 games, it was just over $50. The food and drinks here have gotten much better over the years and the prices at the snack bar are reasonable. Highly recommended for good family fun!

Went here for a night out with the family. The place uses an old operating system, but it works. Kids running around it's all night. Informed staff, but that did not help. The staff was friendly... but the reason for the poor is their handling of this drunken idiot at the bowling Hall. The staff admitted he had too much to drink, then continued to serve him. After he had already threatened another party, the staff have him a knife to cut a cake, which he then made another threat. We will not be returning.

We came in unannounced with a group of 18 and the general manager, Larry Lewis, was very quick to greet us and to help us have a great experience! The staff was all extremely helpful, and Tom came around to our lanes on several occasions just to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The cafe staff was awesome and kept us stocked with great food and constant refills!! I would recommend this location to any family or large group looking for a relaxing afternoon of fun!

Great place to bowl, loved the childrens birthday party option it was great and staff were very accomidating. They facility run good specials throughout the week so many affordable options to bowl. The blacklight bowling is also fun. They have a good selection of beer, drinks and food.

I was just in this bowling alley and the girl at the front counter her name was Sarah Z was unfriendly and quite rude with us as she kept talking to other employee swearing and all . . Talking rudely... Other than the terrible customer service at the counter the rest of the bowling alley was quite fun.. Would not recommend going there when Sarah Z is working I recommend calling before going there to see who is working .

Employees lack motivation. I rented out a pool table at 4pm on Saturday. Wanted to buy some drinks but the lady working the bar was eating food and smoking ciggaretsthe whole hour.. must be nice to get paid to smoke and scroll on your cellphone. She didnt even ask of we wanted anything. If I owned this place she would be in the unemployment line. I'm sure the place wants to make money. We went to bring the pool balls back and it took 15 mins. 4 people were trying to fix a customers receipt. Told the manager I'm paying by the minute try to hurry up! Then took another 10 mins after paid to get my I'd back. Employees dont cr this job is just a now job to them.

My family and I were excited for a day of fun but instead we were treated like we didn't belong. The lady tried to over charge us as if we couldn't calculate the right amount we should pay.If you are a person of color I wouldn't suggest that you NOT go to this location (unless you have someone white in your party ) and we were watched and stared at the whole time not cool!

first off, it was extremely expensive. i didnt mind paying because it was something fun for us kids and i knew it would make my little siblings happy. so we still decided to do it, but in the middle of bowling the management forced us too move. after we were moved we were encountered with rude people, must've been regular players because apparently there is “proper bowling etiquette” that regular everyday customers must abide by. we are just kids (not hooligans) who were just there trying to have a good time. we were not being loud nor obnoxious and that was not their issue but apparently we cant go up and bowl if the person in the next lane is bowling¿ okay. ridiculous. the manager did not care. and she was not very welcoming. over it, not going to return.

Bowling is always fun no matter where you go, but you can tell that not only do they need to change their frying oils but they need to change their employees. I can't tell you how many people we encountered with terrible attitudes or who acted like they were just dying and don't want to be there. It was quite awful and puts a damper on when you're trying to enjoy yourself.

Let me just start by saying that the place was really nice and clean. Our bartender was great last night very professional and attentive to her customers. The food was awesome way to go kitchen staff. Now for the experience I had it seem to me like the bartender was being harass by the manager on duty, see I'm visiting from Washington state. And I've been a manager for over 20 years, I've felt like my friend and I were being watched at all times, when I went to get my shoes I was told that " by the way I just wanted to let you know that is $5.89 per game" I felt at that moment like I could not afford to pay! Again the manager was right behind the girl at the front desk. Then I could not find the right bowling ball. I was directed by my friend which he lives here in ocala where to get the right bowling ball. Again the manager last night was there and my friend told her that I need it a ball to bowl with. She open the door with a very negative attitude towards me. Not to get anyone in trouble but that was the very first time out since I got here on April 9. I came here to be with my mom because of my brother passing and staying with her every night to make sure she is doing ok. As a professional manager I would say from what I saw in my prospective that the customers and staff should not feel uncomfortable for being there or working there. You should feel welcome at all times, and let your staff do their job. In other news the bathroom soap dispenser was broken. Need more pool sticks and the white ball for the pool table needs to come out of the opposite way of the pool table. I just want to say after all say thank you to the staff and I'm sorry if you have to work under hostile environment. You guys are doing awesome and continue to welcome your paying customers with your smiling faces and professionalism. Remember it starts from the moment a person that walks in to your house.

We had our son's birthday party here. Let me say the staff greeted us at the door and said we've been waiting for you, we already have set your table up! Melissa took care of us throughout our time and the others insured everything was running smooth and the kids were having a great time. I would highly recommend having your kids party here and the pizza, chicken tenders and fries were great!

My local lanes. Well kept, friendly staff, and they've gotten away from the bland, yucky food of days past. It's still not a bargain, but you get a snack worth having for your money. Also a great place to look for deals, fun leagues, and access passes that make it an affordable experience for the whole family.

I went there at 9pm to 12pm on March 5,2017 first thing was as we where paying for a lane cashier was extremely rude. Then upon finishing we had asked for a print out of our games in witch the manager Jenny I believe was her name, gave us attitude like it was so hard to press print on the computer after receiving it we left and as it is I will not be returning until management is replaced with even a little courtesy and respect to the paying customer.

Food is top notch great pizza the new gm Kurt is one of the best I have seen there in a long time. Im dont even want to leave a star for this place. As a league bowler, i see many people come and go. there's a young manager girl that has worked there for at least a year, always smiling, bubbly, friendly, name's Sara Z. I find this girl outside trying to not cry because her brother died the day before. I ask her why shes at work she says the other manager wont let her leave. Now Ive watched this other manager Nick I have never seen him do anything. To let you know, its illegal to make a grieving person stay at work. If thats how you treat employees, then i dont want to bowl there.

Not bad. A bit pricey, but that could just be because i haven't been bowling in decades. Same alley i remember from elementary school days. Staff is okay. Tonight they were nice and helpful, went a couple of months ago and the staff on duty that night were useless. Tonight went very well. Tried it this second time because of the Tuesday night discount - $2 shoes, $2 a game. The summer deal looks pretty good, going to check into it. If it's what it says, it's a pretty good deal.

The bowling was great but the concession was very expensive for what you get. The popcorn was stated to be fresh but was stale and not even filled to the top of the container. Overall hot a bad experience for the cost. If you will be there for 2 hours, the Groupon deal that is out right now is a bargain.
