Good scoring alleys, a nice little spot to get away from the hectic-ness of center city. Bowled there yesterday and today. For the most part the staff are fine. The mechanic guy was very nice and helpful. But my biggest complaint is GET NEW BALL RETURNS!!!!!!! Even if it's from another alley. I shouldn't have to reach in and yank my ball out of the hole every single frame. They are like dead horses; stop beating them!!! Otherwise the bowling alley is one of my best go-to spots in town.

Great prices, staff is phenomenal. I love the place and have an excellent time every visit. Dollar pool table, Pac-Man, and just about some of the best music you'll hear at any alley. 10 pins outta 10.

I give "Elmwood Lanes" 2 stars because the workers behind counter weren't to enthused. ENERGY is says alot. And also there wasn't any food to order while I bowl and have a great time with my family. Also the music system/surround sound wasn't that great niether. As far as the sound goes.

Horrible customer service everyone has an attitude. Some of the arcade games don't work. If you tell em something is wrong they look as if a child who you told to clean up there room when it's as simple as something you'd do for a job because last time I checked in customer service employees at a bowling alley get paid to do their job

My family and I were hoping to have a great time bowling for our first time. Unfortunately, this establishments employees and/or owner was very impatience, unprofessional and not very informative for someones first time bowling.Despite the constant nagging over the loud speaker every five minutes and the lack of good customer service we still made an effort to enjoy ourselves. However, I decided it was time to end the game early because we weren't there to be ridiculed or chastised but in fact, there just to have a little fun and learn how to bowl. Our experience here has demonstrated our patronage isn't appreciated....I will say it was quiet and clean but intolerable.

Automatic score boards and great family atmosphere. I've been a member of two leagues at this establishment for the last 3yrs. I find that the owners are very in tune with what goes on in their bowling alley. Not only are tjey friendly but they also do a lot for the Community . I've personally witnessed Steve and Vanessa give back on sever occasions, be it collecting gifts for umder privileged children or throwing a block party in their parking lot. In this day in time its hard to find Black owned business that i would strongly consider a Cornerstone of the community. Thats why i took tue time a rated V&S 5stars . When in reality they are much more than that. Keep up the great work.

Great food, bowling lanes are wood lanes and it's a challenge but that's what I love about it. Friendly staff, doesn't have a bar but it's a byob bowling ally, can't go wrong there. Dislike are support beams blocking some areas of lanes which is on my side off play.

Very pleasant no frills bowling center. Has that 1970's Brunswick retro look, but does have modern computer scoring. Employees are very polite and friendly. The mechanic is quick at resolving mechanical issues with the pinsetters.
