Today, Sunday, (open bowl listed from 11am-12pm) I went to Millsboro lanes and asked for 2 lanes for a party of 7 at 3pm and they told me it would be a 40min-1hr wait. So i stood to the side until less then 5 minutes later they said they said they had lanes for me. An outrageous over estimation. When the rest of my party arrived it turned out to be 9 people rather than the 7 i expected, No big deal, more business for the alley. Well an employee walked to our lanes very irritated and stated that we were only allowed to play 1 game because we lied about our party size and would now take too long to complete a game. Never have i been to a business and been confronted in such a rude and unreasonable outburst. When a lane malfunction occured due to a novice mistake another employee came to fix it and was angry and told the teen that what he did was wrong, as if he didnt already know that. I felt like my business was unwelcome and that they did not value providing a good experience to their customers. I was a long time regular to Millsboro lanes, today i was very, very dissapointed.

The bowling was fun and the facility (including bathrooms) were really clean which I appreciate a lot. I wouldn't buy food there other than the finger foods or pizza for a kids birthday but eh. The only real draw back is they don't accept credit cards so I had to pay $4.50 in fees to use the ATM there to get cash.

The employees there are EXTREMELY rude. It's also a bit pricey, probably one of the most expensive bowling alleys I've ever been to. Don't expect too much out of this bowling alley!

CASH ONLY! Close your eyes and envision your typical bowling alley and you'll basically be seeing Millsboro lanes. Only reason I gave it four stars and not five is you can't buy pitchers of a beer to bring back to your table and the after the long wait at the bar the lady behind the counter was not helpful at all.

Millsboro bowling alley is a great place for family fun as well as a place for friends to hang out an have some fun with out getting into trouble. Everyone who works there is very nice and friendly to everyone who stops in-house. They will answer any questions you have for them. I use to bowl on a league for Millsboro lanes when I was in my teens they were like a second home for me. so stop on by millsboro lanes for lots of fun for the whole family and your friends
